Terrible room for two people, too small, security lights shine onto the bed all night. Pillows were terrible, had to go buy our own. Bathroom had no shelf to put toiletries. Toilet not closed off to the bedroom. Coffee station not with kettle. Very difficult to hang clothes.

The oven was extremely dirty and i had to scrub the oven rack before using it to the point where the sponge was almost black. When i removed the bottom tray in the oven you could see it hasn't been cleaned for sometime. The oven has a whole blob of dirt under the oven pan it gross and its an appliance that must be CLEANED PROPERLY AFTER EACH GUEST LEAVES whether they used it or not.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was beautiful, and I wish I could stay there forever. The serenity and atmosphere are a bonus. The dog Bluey was the highlight. Overall, the staff were nothing but amazing. They know how to host and keep people happy. I wish I could have given them more money for their excellent service. Everything was attended to timeously, and the manager is invaluable. The manager has a great heart, so this lodge is worth the stay.
Nothing, everything was on point. All facilities work, cleanliness is a priority, and they make sure of it. It felt like home away from home. Ideal for families or couples. There's nothing short there, great place.

The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive and fulfilled all my requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication was a breeze, thanks to WhatsApp, which was brilliant for me. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a serene getaway with fantastic hospitality!

I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates, but the team went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure everything worked out smoothly. I truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Highly recommend this lovely lodge to anyone visiting the area!
