The self contained mezzanine room was spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet and it was handy having the washer/dryer. The bathroom was good with very nice towels and robes. The kitchen had enough equipment to make basic meals. The location was very handy and close to some very nice restaurants and the large 'Gourmet Market' which was great for supplies and even dining in! The rooftop pool was also very nice and there was even a DJ on the Thursday night. I recommend this place as fantastic value for money in a great location.

The reception team were amazing; they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. There was 24hr security at the door also, which was great as a female solo traveller. The location is amazing but off the main busy street which was so nice! The rooftop pool was stunning, clean and equipped with complimentary towels.

You can hear absolutely everything going on in adjacent apartments, the walls are extremely thin. Due to the central location, hearing people coming from partying at nighttime is expected but definitely very loud and clear! Corridors were dully lit and a bit dreary.

Everything in the room buzzes. The fridge, the water machine, the air con, the lights in the bedroom, very loud when trying to sleep it makes for a restless night I had to pull my fridge out and disconnect, and same for the water machine just to have quiet to sleep and even then the lights and shower unit continued to buzz I was also charged a rather excessive fee for a very small black stain on the bed sheet which I have no idea whether I caused or not and I am pretty sure would have washed out.

Weird smell. Could not sleep at all due to noise in the common area, normally wouldn’t bother me but we paid a decent amount and it was louder than you’d expect a party hostel to be.

The property has a gym, swim up bar and pool. Great hang out spot on top with day beds, canopy, lounge and seating for relaxing and socialising. And as well board games everywhere. The rooms are massive. Washing machine, dryer and fresh water hot and cold are the deal breakers as well the kitchen.

It's only been two years and the rooms are always breaking apart. Cracks on the walls, scratches and scrapes everywhere in the room on the walls, steps and even faulty shower heads that wet ceilings, walls and floors because the faulty shower heard holes and leaks splashes against everything

Nothing. From the over incensed lobby - no ventilation and those staff members must breathe this poor quality of air all day every day, lung cancer. I'm not exaggerating. Burning eyes and coughing so bad we used a back exit.

Filthy room. Sweat stained mattress, we could smell the sweat when we entered the room. Pillows, sheets, mattress pad stained and stinky. Mattress below was absolutely disgusting. Asked for new pad and sheets which were better, and washed the duvet cover ourselves to ensure a fresh scent to sleep. We slept on top of the duvet and like a sleeping bag cause the mattress stink was still too strong, we had the worst sleep ever. The mattress was too firm, but hammocks in the centre. We did what we could to sleep on the edges away from the sweaty centre. CLE clearly the staff doesn't turn over the rooms properly and have no oversight, so disgusting room like this goes unnoticed. We should have read more reviews because they are there in between whatever influencers half and paid to give this more than one star. All the floorboards in the unit are warped and so you're constantly walking on ridged pieces, never flat. The bathroom stink like septic. The toilet was very annoying in that it was electronic and every time you walk past the lid would open and close wafting another septic breeze towards you. We couldn't turn off the fan which was also the light, because the smell would get so bad it permeated the entire livingroom and loft. The shower leaked all over the floor approximately 2cm deep if you didn't place bath mat to hold the water back. Need this to say we never had use of a dry bath mat, I had to ask for dish cloth and a glass, The unit only comes with two spoons, two forks, one glass, two plates, one dirty plot one knife, all dirty in the drawer. Nothing to dry with. Nothing to clean up with, two stain bath towels, no hand towels at all. The velor couch was disgustingly full of crumbs, fingerprints and sticky. The mattress and sheets on the couch were also unusable. You ask why don't we switch rooms? Because we worked so hard in the first 20 minutes to get this place right, why would I want to do that all over again in the next unit.

Great location very large apartments with wonderful air-conditioning and really friendly Staff I would like to thank Putra and Dipa on the front desk who were really friendly and very helpful and accommodating with all my requests and needs. And thank you to Sri in the cafe on the rooftop who was always so friendly and nice each morning for breakfast

Perfect location in Echo Beach! 10 mins walk to the beach and nearby many great restaurants. Facilities are decent.

I liked the fact that the staff was kind and polite and the place was clean.

I didnt like the fact that I had to wait 2 hours to get into my room, i was there at 1pm and they let me in at 3h30pm , saying that the room was still not ready. And I wasnt the only one . There was another guy who was there at the lobby since noon . Also , I didnt like the fact that there is no acoustic isolation whatsoever, I could hear everything that was going on in the neighboring rooms , which didn’t let me sleep a couple of nights.

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. L hôtel appartement est très bien situé, avec un petit market juste à côté ainsi que plusieurs très bons restaurants. Je recommande notamment le Poke Poke Canggu juste à proximité. L’appartement est moderne, spacieux et très bien équipé. Avoir une machine à laver et un sèche-linge directement dans le logement est vraiment un vrai luxe, surtout pendant un voyage. La piscine est également superbe et très agréable.

Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kommen wahrscheinlich nur von verwöhnten Deutschen Idioten die immer High Class erwarten. Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal.

Bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs - inconvenient. Bed was too hard. Our room was right below the kitchen so we could hear them from 6am until 10:30 at night. Also construction work outside our window, also very noisy.

لو علمت بهذا المكان لحجزت إقامة اطول. التجهيزات كاملة ووجود غسالة ملابس بالنسبة لي كان مهم جدا. وجود فرن وثلاجة كبيرة وتصميم عصير ميزانين جميل الفطور صانع البيض محترف ومتنوع إلى حد ما.

كان فيه مصدر رائحة مزعج يطلع بعض الفترات. ومكانه مو على الشارع غير كذا 10/10

Great location, incredible amenities, professional and personable staff. This accommodation was really perfect for our stay in Canggu. Close to the beach and lots of delicious restaurants, fun shopping, and wonderful spas. It was hard deciding whether we should go out to explore or soak in the amazing rooftop pool with a bar, restaurant, and sauna!

I loved the style of the apartment.....I thought it was a very clever design....bed was fabulous and the smart toilet and accessories was a nice touch.

I had to wait nearly 2 hours to get my room as they were short staffed and were behind on preparing the rooms. Common areas and restaurant, corridors are already looking a little beaten, not sure how old the building is as it may have been through a tremor, the joinery/cabinetry is moving away from the walls but it does look like it needs a deep clean. I got it very cheap so for me it was fairly good value for money but I wouldnt pay $400+ per night.

The apartment was super spacious, clean and in close proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Aster Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, der Service freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage war gut und insgesamt habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Preis-Leistung hat für mich gepasst. Würde wiederkommen und kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen! 👍

In der Küche fehlen ein paar untensilien aber nach einer Nachfrage wurde es geliefert

Exceeded our expectations and highly recommend. We booked an apartment with washer and dryer. The smart toilet was a bonus, they have sauna, gym, pool, roof top restaurants with delicious complimentary bfast. The best thing was the price. We'll be coming back for sure.

Nice modern facilities. Loft rooms are clean, and modern. Rooftop, pool, gym, and sauna are all great. Great location on a quiet side street, steps away from the main tourist main street, with all the nice restaurants etc. Nice gourmet supermarket close by. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Really friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions. Great room with lots of space. Free refillable water available in the room which was super convenient. Good kitchen set up (although we didn't need it personally). Air conditioning was amazing. Daily cleans and fresh towels was helpful. Washing machine and dryer were inside the room however keep in mind there is not washing liquid in the room. Buffet breakfast was a nice touch. Fresh fruit available and tasty food options. Great pool bar with affordable drinks and food. Nice area to sit upstairs and play chess etc. Location is perfect, walking distance to all the nice restaurants and beach.

Hard to get a pool lounge, families are by the pool by 10am and stay there all day. Our TV wouldn't let us sign into Netflix which was annoying but we had out laptop so used that instead. We were on level 1 and looked into a concrete wall which wasn't great. It meant we didn't have the best natural lighting.

The internet at this building is absolutely atrocious and not usable. You cannot surf the internet; cannot watch TV; cannot have video calls; cannot download/upload anything; cannot even upload simple webpages. Sometimes the internet shows 50 MBPS; however, 95% of the time the internet is slower than 5 MBPS (it is often in the KBPS, which is some dial-up level junk). Do NOT stay here if you need to use the internet at all---internet basically does not work. Aside from the terrible internet, I loved it here. The staff is so nice and helpful. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The rooftop and gym are great. Honestly I loved it here, but the terrible internet made me leave this apartment. It is 2026, so bad internet in Canggu is really just not acceptable (I had faster internet on a Liveaboard dive boat in the middle of Komodo).

We had to move rooms as in our first one you could hear running water through their pipe system which was a nightmare to stay in. We were initially in room 127

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Always saying hi and asking how I am which was so nice. Loved the layout of the rooms, pool was great and the location was ideal!

Loud noises coming from other guest rooms - very thin walls can hear everything. Showers weren’t great - pressure is really prickly. Not any dish washer soap, towels or sponge to clean cutlery and plates. Other than that the stay was great and worth the money.
