Terrible. Better to stay at the Inn

The room was very large and the bedding clean and nicely done. The bathroom was just as spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The social area in the middle was dirty and full of dust. The parking area was too small and if we wanted to leave early, we would have been parked in. Normal table salt in the salt grinder meant that a lot of salt ended up on my breakfast, so please use rough granular salt in the future.

Breakfast was good value for money, and facilities did not disappoint.

That the pictures are not what it seems. The pictures are far nicer than the room actually was.

Breakfasts were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. At least half of them could help you in Afrikaans. Not like at the Inn. Next time I'll rather stay in the Hotel again than trying to get accommodation at the Inn.

I love cats and would like to see the cats spayed and neutered. Neutered males fight less and make less noise. The water pressure is good, but the shower in the bath causes a wet floor every time, no matter what you try. The braai can do with a bit of TLC.

Position. The outside unkept and table at the poolside filthy and not cleaned up ! The bathroom is extremely small with only a curtain as a "door". No privacy !

The door of the room was broken.. The room could be better with a door in the toilet.. The service wasn't very good and in our first dinner at 9:00 pm she took our plates without asking and she said that they close! I'm 24 hour hotel you cannot act like this

BREAKFAST WAS SATIFSFACTORY

THE ROOM DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURES PRESENTED. THE BEDSIDE LAMP WAS NOT WORKING, NO WATER IN THE SHOWER, DRAIN WAS BLOCKED, THE FRIDGE WAS EXTEMELY NOISY AND THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. CLEARLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. HAD STAYED THERE PREVIOUSLY AND HAD A BIGGER SPACIOUS ROOM. THIS TIME ROUND THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL.

The staff in general and the manager in particular, worked hard to please. We could see that (quite necessary) building improvements are underway. Parking was a big issue; not good!

It was just a place to sleep, nothing else to like!

My room was stinking of urine or overflowing drains. The windows are all painted out, but opening the windows of my room I can see a tip/refuse outside my room. I didn’t like the special pizza, not anyone fault I guess, just different culture.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Food ordered from the menu was very good. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Parking inside hotel area can be to small if the hotel is busy.

I got to room, it smelt like smoke, had no aircon, no shower. So I left and drove to Springbok and a place for R750 and stayed there.

The room I was in didn’t have a working AC, they did not have a fan at least at the facility. I could not bare the heat

Aircons didn't work. The tables weren't cleaned after suppor. Breakfast the knives and vorks weren't replaced.

Secure parking not sufficient for the number of rooms, the alternative is to park in the road outside. I knew someone staying at the Inn down the road and parked there.

Very noisy Aircon all night in room 12. Paid breakfast but no toast due to load shedding. Hot tap in room 12 turns on itself.
