El hospedaje es genial y es fácil llegar a los lugares caminado, lo único que no me gustó es que es algo ruidoso, por la noche podía escuchar el ruido de otras habitaciones y el cuarto de servidores estaba a lado de mi habitación y se escuchaba cuando tenían música y diversos ruidos

Un hotel sumamente acogedor, limpio, fácil acceso, cercano a restaurantes, barras, tiendas y lugares turísticos a minutos a pie. El desayuno en Al Alma fue espectacular. A pesar de que en los alrededores hay vida nocturna no se escucha nada en la habitación y estuve en la que tiene balcón.

It is a very well located hotel. It was nice and clean. The only thing to complain is the lack of hot water in the shower. We asked the staff and came and they said that was the normal temperature but it was not even warm.

Very convenient location. Close to airport. As a solo traveller felt safe and loads of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within few minutes walk. Hotel is self service so you get a code to get in. No fuss and prompt response to inquiries. If you can get the balcony room! Sit out on the balcony and watch the entertaining street action! Very very clean and quiet except some street noise in evening. Highly recommend

Que hotel agradável! Lindo, limpo, cheiroso. Uma decoração impecável, tanto no hall, quanto nos quartos. Sem falar na delícia da cama, travesseiros e lençóis. A localização é privilegiada: dentro da cidade amuralhada e em frente ao café Juan Valdez. Quando voltar estarei lá!

The location was perfect. It was accessible to everything you need. So even if you forgot something, you can always get those items nearby. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we did the self check in and we were given the code to enter. But still a great experience.

I truly enjoyed my two week stay at Casa Noa Colonial Homes. The room is strategically placed near the front of the walled city ( two blocks to be exact ). Also not far from the walled city clock tower that is a must see at night. Being a business owner in Cartegena, i will definitely choose to stay here again. The staff are friendly and insightful of the local area attractions. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place. Very well situated. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Love the electronic locks, makes the arrival easy. Simple rooms, no extra amenities. Vue from window is limited to the wall of the next building. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. For a simple clean room to sleep in, it's great.

Location is great, centrally located with many nearby options. Staff is attentive when they are around but seems there is only someone present in the daytime as i noticed at night my tv had some netflix issues and i was told staff was unavailable. We were checked on via email though, and issue was eventually resolved. Internet connection was good, and place was clean. My only complaint is we paid for a window room, but it was just a window facing an outside wall so no real "outside" that it opened to. Upon checkout we were able to have our luggage held until our later flight. Overall good experience

Schöne ruhige Anlage mit Liegen direkt am Wasser und grüner Garten. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die unvermeidliche Dudelmusik am Strand aber wenn man sich weit genug weg legt ist es ruhig.

Great location. The door locks are kinda funky, a little walkthrough would have been nice. Room was small but had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Mostly just sleeping and showering, otherwise out on the town or islands.

Room was nice and comfortable the only thing i didn't like is there is no microwave mini fridge or ice machine. And the last time i stayed here in 2024 i could have as many guest as i wanted 1 at a time of course with no extra charge. This time i had to pay the same amount as the room for one night for a guest. Other than that the place is in the perfect location

No pude haber escogido mejor lugar. Está en plena ciudad amurallada, cerca del Restaurante Espíritu Santo, el mejor lugar para comer en cartagena. Todo accesible a pie, caminando. Quizá el único pero es que por la noche hay mucho ruido de la calle, pero así es toda la ciudad, la ciudad no duerme. Si el ruido no te deja dormir unos tapones auditivos ayudarían muy bien, la verdad, a mí con todo y ruido pude descansar muy bien. Volvería ahí sin lugar a dudas.

El mejor hotel q he pude haber elegido. En pleno centro con todo super cerca a pie y lo mejor sin ruido para poder descansar. El personal muy amable y accesible a nuestras solicitudes. Todas las áreas con aire acondicionado muy limpias y con hermosos detalles hasta cuentan con una mini biblioteca. La habitación muy tranquila sin ruido, y muy limpia. Una estancia muy agradable y sin duda volvería.

The whole place is cozy, nice, comfortable and feels very safe.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are nice. It was just very loud, I could hear people talking in the hall and doors slamming. On top of that there was a rooftop bar outside my bathroom. I would stay here again but not in the same room.

Hotel was really helpful and answered any questions we had. They connected us to someone to help us book tours and that saved a lot of time on our end. They also helped us book a Taxi the day we checked out, at 4AM. Someone was there to book it for us. Overall a great experience on every interaction we had with them. We would book any future stays with them. Thank you!

Nice property in the middle of the city 10 minute with access to almost everything in the area. Be prepared for street vendors and homeless outside the door

La razón de no otorgarle 5 estrellas es que primero aunque mi reservación fue de ultimo minuto ya que el hotel que había reservado no resultó ser lo que esperaba deberían tener todas las habitaciones limpias y la que nos otorgaron olía mucho a humedad como si por mucho tiempo no se habían cambiado las sábanas así que pedimos sábanas nuevas e hicimos la cama abrimos las ventanas un rato y todo bien a la hora de dormir, la otra cosa es que deberían tener mini refrigeradores para cada habitación ya que con el calor se toma mucho líquido y como no hay con que mantenerlos frío se deben tomar a temperatura ambiente fuera de esto el lugar es muy agradable y el personal muy amable y diligente

This place was great right in the center of the action very guest friendly. The only negative is no refrigerator to keep drinks cold or food but the store is 24 hr less than a block away. Its hard to go outside after 9pm because there are women everywhere as soon as you step out. And bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping at night

Located smack dab in the center of the the old city within two minutes from the Clock Tower Plaza, Casa Noa it’s a very convenient and nice place to stay in Cartagena. Restaurants, shopping and transportation are all close by and easily accessed. The interior of the hotel is quiet and serene, which is a contrast to the streets that surround it. Not many amenities at the hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very nice stay.

Great location and good room. It needs a fridge. The hotel should buy an ice maker. We were unable to keep any food or drinks cold.
