Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Our experience was very disappointing from the beginning. They didn’t provide the entry code on time — we had to wait more than 30 minutes after a long trip, without even a place to sit. Only after three reminders and a phone call did they finally send the code, which they could have easily shared in advance. During check-in, they asked for a visa, which is completely absurd: the foreign ID (cédula de extranjería) is more than enough, and Russian citizens don’t need a visa to enter Colombia. Even worse, there were two foreigners traveling together, and they only asked one of us for a visa. Where is the logic? They promised to send the payment link but more than five hours passed and nothing arrived — they simply forgot. When they finally sent the invoice, it turned out to be for another guest, already paid. As a result, we had to deal with the payment late at night instead of resting. When we came back in the evening, we couldn’t even get into the building from the street. There were no instructions, and nobody answered messages or calls. Only after finding another phone number outside of Booking did someone finally respond. The noise was constant — you could hear everything at any hour of the day or night: conversations in the hallway, neighbors talking, even people taking showers. There’s absolutely no sound insulation. To make things worse, the electronic door lock battery was dying, so it was almost impossible to open the door on the first try. The sink was also draining very slowly, and the water stayed for a long time before going down.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024Location is perfect. Facility is new and clean. Cereals for breakfast was an extra for us. We were let to a late check out at 1 pm.
Our room was small, no place for two luggages. No windows in the room, you need to turn on lights all day. But the biggest problem was the fact that there is no insulation at the walls, literally all rooms have to listen the other. Plus, one of the rooms had a party at the hotel all night. That was between 2am and 5 am. There was no one at the lobby to speak to. I called and texted the hotel several times but no answer. At the end, a sleepless long night.
