Palmetto Niido

El lugar muy bonito y bien ubicado

The unit is large by Colombian standards. That is a big plus. I have stayed in some tiny units, but this one was spacious. Had problems with the tankless hotwater heater but the manager was very responsive. Only real problem with unit was the lack of a clothes dryer. I stayed in January and washed some clothes. Hung them to dry in the unit and after 3 days they still were not dry.

No clothes dryer.

Location

Although it's a relatively new building, there’s no heating or air conditioning in the apartment. The sofa bed is just okay for one or two nights.

The property was clean and nice.

The check in process was confusing.

Nada.

Great location, safe and continent, many restaurants near by, management are very responsive, and front desk people are always friendly and polit. only one thing we hope to have is a microwave.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada. Hay una excelente comunicación con los anfitriones. Todo muy limpio.

The building itself is beautiful, the doormen are kind and the location is amazing. However if you are counting on using any amenities like co-working or the gym, don’t count on that. I don’t believe this property should be listed as such.

The place has the potential to be amazing if the host added a few details like paper towel for the kitchen or detergent for the washing machine. They provided us with what we needed in the end. If you are staying in Bogotá during the rainy season, then you can hear the rain tap on the metal frames quite intensely, we wore ear plugs and can still hear them. The mattress was just ok.

It is a nice place. The security staff are very attentive, profesional and friendly. Shops and restaurants are between walking distance from the apartments. I would recommended to friends and family.

Super modern and comfortable apartment. The location is amazing, walking distance to several amenities. The host and reception and super helpful.

It’s near a major road and the windows are thin. So, you can hear everything outside, from cars and buses to dogs barking. You wake up with Bogota, and Bogota wakes up before 6am. I had a friend that stayed at a different apartment in the same building and didn’t have the same problem. So, I recommend you talk to the hosts if noise is an issue for you.

The property is well located, clean, beds are confortable and the host is super attentive and helpful.

There is a bar diagonal to the building and it was very noisy during the weekend. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything from the other apartments, dogs are allowed so there was constant barking.

Beautiful apartment with great rooftop and views of the City. The apartment is big and quite modern. Having 2 bathrooms was great for us, as we traveled with our baby. They also provided us with a cot

The property is located near a pub and a main road, so it gets really noisy at night, especially on the weekends. There were some maintenance issues, which the host solved promptly. It would have been nice to have a larger mirror somewhere and a microwave.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The only issue I would say is the beeping of the cars in the morning and the noise from the pub Nextdoor on weekends so keeping the windows closed is almost a must at night. We loved having breakfast at Castellanos 104. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

The host Santiago was very attentive. This location seemed safe and was very quiet. There are a few good restaurants within a block.

Using Hospy to check in.

Excellent property. We loved the cleanliness, comfort and tidiness. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room utensils and elements were adequate and useful. Santiago , our host, was superb in terms of assisting any requirement and went the extra mile with everything related to our stay. Don’t hesitate to book here if you need a place that’s well located and highly convenient

Nothing

It was modern and very clean, 24 hour security and the area was great

Excelente volvería sin dudar

The owner was very nice, was available for us when we needed something. The place was clean and well decorated. Had all the facilities. Very good stay.

We were short with toilet paper.

Muy comodo, la ubicacion excelente. Recomendadicimo
