Reviewed Apr 26, 2025

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025The room was super clean and very spacious and quiet. The hotel offers a good quality breakfast. The hotel offers free chilled water, fizzy and still which is delicious. However, absolutely no tea or coffee other than breakfast or afternoon meals. I simply don’t understand why there are no onsite hot beverage options. The hotel is 30 minutes from the centre of Keelung and there are only limited dining options locally.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2025I would have given it a 5-star but communication could be lengthy since staff are not fluent in English. Dinner option is not available at the hotel, they only serve till 2pm.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024

Reviewed Dec 11, 2024Industrial feel building. The interaction with the hotel's staff felt transactional - no smiles no warmth.Take note that extra pillow (not even 1 for a group of 4) can be provided. Staff explained that they have limited availability. This hotel leaves me feeling like they are just an accommodation not a hotel that will do anything extra to make guests more comfortable. Also note that no bedroom slipper is provided in-room too. Really a very basic hotel at a price point that is not less than other hotels in Taiwan which we have had a better experience.
