close to the city without being in the city, new hotel, huge swimming pool, nicely lit during the night

No security in the entrance, it felt like anybody could enter the hotel. Loud commercial music was playing in the swimming pool, at least it was turned down during noon. The hotel does not have an identity in general: the breakfast was very generic, nothing felt local, the rooms were quite plain and lacked the touches that would give them some character. Cleaning service was taking place quite late, after 15:00, and only once during the day. The steps to the pool from the room had green algae. Most of the staff (especially in the SPA) did not speak good English, and nobody spoke Turkish, although the majority of guests comes from Turkey. They were very casual in their communication in Greek facing customers (probably because the hotel does not have many Greek customers), gossiping and joking. The wine list lacked French/Italian references. Finally, even though we mentioned a couple of problems during our stay, the front desk personnel didn’t act on them, nor did they show any interest in keeping us updated if they had taken any actions.

Banyoda eğim ve yükselti olmadığından sular genel zemine yayıldığı için zemin fazla ıslandı ve ayaklarım kaydı.(Engelli odası olduğu için diye düşünüyorum)

The breakfast is great, the hotel is very clean. The view is amazing. We arrived very early in the morning, they were very hospitable. Anna at the reception was so sweet. The staff greeted us with a sparkling drink including mastiha and grapefruit juice and it was delicious. The room was ready at 1 pm, they texted us kindly to inform.

They could have helped us with the breakfast the day we arrived. I know it’s not included in the price but it would have been nicer if they could have helped just out of a little bit more hospitality. Not they were not hospitable but just, you know.

This is a beautiful, ambitious hotel that has clearly had a lot of thought and investment put into it. The property itself is impressive, stylish and certainly has the potential to offer a five-star experience. Unfortunately, during our stay, the level of management and service did not match the standard of the hotel. Our room was located directly next to the pool speakers, and the music was extremely loud throughout the day. When we raised the issue of the music, we were told that nobody had ever complained about it before. This was a rather strange response considering the location of our room — there is essentially only 4 rooms directly beside the speakers, so naturally it would be the rooms most affected. Breakfast was another frustrating experience. Guests were expected to sit at tables in direct sun, despite repeatedly asking for shade, while shaded tables in the bar area remained empty or were used by people connected to the hotel. We specifically asked why we could not sit there and were still directed back to the tables in the sun. For a hotel of this category, particularly during extremely hot summer weather, this felt both unnecessary and inhospitable. Housekeeping and general service also need improvement. Room cleaning starts extremely late, around 3pm (!), and unless specifically requested, rooms may not be serviced until much later in the day. There is also no proper evening turndown service, which one would normally expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. There were several other small details throughout the stay that individually might not matter, but collectively gave the impression that the standards and procedures of a true five-star operation are not yet in place. This is what makes the experience particularly disappointing: the hotel itself is genuinely beautiful and there has cl

Sakinliği, sadeliği, şıklığı, konforu, kolaylığı ile otelden çıkmadan harika bir dinlenme tatili oldu. Yemekleri çok başarılı. Özellikle küçük çocuklu aileler için konforlu.

Oda çıkışından sonra bir soyunma / duş imkanı yok. Çocuklu aileler tercih ettiği için zaman zaman sessiz bir ortam olmuyor. Deniz imkanı pek yok konum olarak. Önünden yol geçerek denize giriliyor ancak tesisi yok.

Tesis temiz ve yeniydi. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü idi.

Otelin konumu , odaların ferah ve zarif dizaynı , restoranları ve barları çok güzeldi. Huzurlu ve çok temiz bir tesis. Havuzu ve spası için bir gün ayırdık , spa ve masaj deneyimimiz harikaydı, terapistimiz Sofia hem işinde çok iyi hem çok güleryüzlü idi kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi. Tüm çalışanlar misafirperver ve yardımcı; resepsiyonistler restoran önerilerinde bulunup rezervasyonumuz yaptılar Her bakımdan çok tatmin edici bir tatil oldu

Sehr schöne saubere Anlage mit sehr sehr netten Personal. An jedes kleine Detail wurde gedacht. Alles wurde in Holzoptik verkleidet sogar die Personenwaage auf dem Zimmer. Das Personal ist stets bemüht und sehr sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben war vor allem das Rezeptionsteam, die Rooms Division Managerin, der Bellboy der uns aufs Zimmer begleitet hat und die Bedienung beim Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Problem das auf unsere persönlichen Umstände geknüpft war und es wurde sehr professionell und freundlich gelöst. Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotelteam. Wir werden sicher noch einmal kommen!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The biggest problem was the restaurant service. We waited almost two hours for our dinner. We had specifically informed the restaurant that we were celebrating my birthday, and we had also ordered chicken nuggets for our 4-year-old daughter. After waiting for more than an hour, we repeatedly asked about her meal because she was very hungry. Despite being told several times that it would arrive shortly, she became so hungry that she started crying. Our daughter’s meal eventually arrived, but my husband and I never received our meals. After waiting for nearly two hours, without a proper explanation or apology, we had to leave the restaurant without having dinner. We were left hungry, and what was supposed to be a special birthday evening was completely ruined. The hotel management apologized afterwards, but their response came five days after we had already left the hotel. Given our experience, we do not plan to stay at this hotel again. The hotel itself may have positive aspects, but unfortunately our overall experience was significantly affected by this incident.

Konumu merkeze çok yakın,bununla beraber oldukça modern,güzel bir otel,restoranı oldukça lezzetli,odaları temiz,çalışanlar yardımsever ve düzgün..

1-Lezzet açısından oldukça güzel ve kaliteli olup,kesinlikle bir sıkıntı yaşatmamış olmasını tekrar dile getirmekte fayda görerek bu noktada ekleyebileceğim şey biraz daha menüsünü zengin tutabilir,sanki ellerinde menülerine yazdıklarından çok daha fazlası varmış ta menülerini sade tutmuşlar gibi hissettiriyor(Öğle menülerini özellikle),negatif şekilde beğenmemek için değil ama geliştirebileceklerini düşünerek buraya bilgi olarak yazdım.

Όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι πολυτελείς και πολύ καθαρές. Το προσωπικό υπεύθυνο, εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό. Κάνουν ό,τι περνάει απο το χέρι τους για να κάνουν την διαμονή μας καλύτερη και άνετη. Το πρωινό, το φαγητό εξαιρετικά.Το μπαρ ειναι σε τέτοιο σημείο που βλέπεις όλες τις εγκαταστάσεις στο "πιάτο". Ο χώρος του SPA, απίθανος με αρκετές επιλογές περιποίησης. Το γυμναστήριο έχει ολα τα απαραίτητα όργανα για την καθημερινή προπόνηση. Εαν μπορούσα θα εμένα περισσότερες ημέρες. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να μείνετε σε αυτό το υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε ολα τα παιδιά που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.

Tesis çok lüks ve keyifliydi. Otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ve misafirlere karşı çok yardımcıydı. Küçük bir sorun için odamıza şarap gönderip özür dilediler çok çok mutlu ayrıldık bu fiyata bu kalitede nerde kalınabilir bilmiyorum

Sakız adasının mücevheri . Aile olarak çok zevk aldık . Odalardan havuza girmek , pool bar ve çok donanımlı spor salonu , çok çeşitli kahvaltı … Tatilimizin en güzel anları burda geçti çok eğlendik . Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim .

The beds were very comfortable and the English lady on reception was excellent. Stayed at much better places on other islands. Strange location as well.

The food was extremely average and the service for drinks etc really slow. They didn’t know how to make a Bloody Mary and were googling how at the bar.

Everything was thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and always happy to help creating such a positive atmosphere throughout our stay. The cuisine was fresh and prepared with great care. The rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Everything you need is within the resort, making it easy to relax and enjoy your holiday without ever needing to leave.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Tesisin kendisi çok güzel ve modern. Bornozları ve banyo ürünleri tam satın almalık. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü. Laktoz intoleransım olduğunu ilk gün belirttim, sonrasında inanılmaz ilgili şekilde tatil boyunca buna uygun servis yapıldı (ben söylemeyi unuttuğum halde). otel içi havuz ve spa olanakları çok güzel olduğu gibi, konumu itibariyle de rahatça hem Chios merkez hem Karfas plajına 10 dakikada gidilebilir.

The service, the grounds and all the attention paid to detail.

Absolutely spectacular!! Must get the lower swim up rooms. Rooms were very big. Staff was courteous and beyond attentive. Restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely be back again with more guests.

Benim için tek eksik kendi guzel bir denizi olan plajı olmaması. Havuzu cok keyifli ama bu sefer biraz yoğun kullanımdan ötürü daha sık temizleme yapılabilir.

Breakfast + dinner = one night stay price. Far too expensive to eat in. So many people working but dinner time not much customers as it is obvious. Average 70-80 Euro each person for dinner, 40 Euro each for breakfast

Odaların sağ tarafta kalanları bütün gün güneş alıyor ve önündeki keyifli şezlonglarda güneşten korunarak zaman geçirmeniz mümkün değil. Şemsiye ekleme olanakları da yok. Güneşin altında bu şekilde yatmak zorunda olmak çok sağlıksız. Diğer konu: Kahvaltı Yeterli değil ve çay çok kötü.

Great facilities, very warm and welcoming staff, breakfast area was outstanding, servers and pool staff amazing, the room was spotless clean, great size and the pool access out of this world. Close to the city centre- a mere 10 mins walk and 10 mins car ride to the airport.

Excellent hotel clean with a big pool right in front of your room. Beautifully designed. You cannot get connected rooms but you can get 2 rooms close one to the other. The restaurant and bar are awsome. It takes 10-15min walk to get to the center. In conclusion you feel like you are in heaven i strongly recommand it

Tesisin bir plajı yok. Zaten fotoğraflardan da belli oluyor. Sadece biz yolun diğer tarafında deniz olduğu için denize girilebilir diye düşünmüştük ama o sahilden denize girilmesi neredeyse imkansız. Denizle ilgili bir beklentiniz yoksa otel mükemmel.

Otel limana yürüme mesafesiyle 20 dakika, araba ile 5 dakika. Çok yeni, temiz, modern ve rahat. Sabah erken giriş yapmamıza rağmen hemen odaya alındık. Odamız geniş ve bol bol depolama alanına sahipti. Duş ve tuvalet birbirinden ayrıydı. Mini bar, kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcısı , terlik, banyo malzemeleri, duş havlusu, havuz için ayrı havlu hepsi mevcuttu ve çok kaliteliydi.Yatak ve yastıklar konforluydu. Odanın ses yalıtımı da oldukça iyiydi. Odada büyük bir koltuk , balkon kısmında rahat masa ve sandalyeler vardı. Tek kelimeyle rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Havuz büyük ve temizdi.Havuz bar da çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ve çok başarılıydı. Ayrıca pankek, Fransız tostu, avokado tost, omlet çeşitleri de sipariş edebiliyorsunuz kahvaltıya dahil, ekstra bir ücreti yok. Türk misafirler çoğunlukta olduğu için kahvaltıda demleme çay vardı. Özellikle taze meyve suları çok çok iyiydi. Hatta şampanya bile vardı o da kahvaltıya dahil. Sıcak kahve , soğuk kahve hepsi kahvaltıya dahildi. Yani kahvaltı her anlamda başarılıydı. Ayrıca deniz manzaralı bir alacarte restoranı var. Akşam yemekleri için güzel olabilir. Otel personeli çok iyi ve güleryüzlüydü.Araba ile gelecek olanlar için otelin büyük bir otopark alanı da mevcut. Oyun salonu, sinema salonu hepsi gerçekten kullanıma hazır ve çok eğlenceliydi. Denize girmek isterseniz otelin hemen karşısında bir plaj var. Kalenin o tarafa, gezilecek yerlere, hepsine yürüme mesafesi. Sorunsuz ve tatil gibi bir tatil geçirdik. Çok memnun kaldık.

One of the best, most modern, spacious and clean hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. Kid loved the private pool. Breakfast had a lot of options.
