Wir buchten die Glamping-Unterkunft für 2 Nächte. Diese ist dermassen schön, man kann es kaum glauben. Alles dort fühlt sich an wie in einem Traum. Das Häuschen ist extrem luxuriös und hat eine Hollywood-Mässige Aussicht. Auf der riesigen Terrasse gibt es einen Jacuzzi, eine Küche mit BBQ und einen Sitzplatz. Hinter dem Haus ist eine weitere, lauschige Feuerstelle. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch das Outdoor-Bad im Tiki-Stil. Das leckere Frühstück wird einem jeweils vom Hotel gebracht, damit man auf der traumhaften Terrasse frühstücken kann. Das Hotel verfügt auch über normale Zimmer, diese sollen auch sehr schön sein, sowie über einen ebenfalls wunderschönen Pool-Bereich. Auch ein gutes Restaurant gehört dazu. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir waren kurz vor dem Erdbeben im August 26 dort - wir hörten es sei alles in Ordnung und das Hotel normal in Betrieb. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, dort hinzugehen.

Of the nine excellent accommodations that we stayed at in Colombia, this one was the most outstanding. Beautifully appointed spacious room with an enormous balcony and a jaw-dropping view over the surrounding coffee farms. We loved the steam sauna in our bathroom! Lovely to walk around the peaceful grounds. Excellent restaurant. Amazingly attentive staff. Cannot rate this place too highly: 5+++ stars!

Swimming pool is a little small, but that's a miserly criticism! The road to reach the property is single-lane and quite steep, but an exquisite experience awaits!

Las vistas son espectaculares y el personal está muy atento a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

En la zona del glamping es normal encontrarse algún insecto/araña, aunque perfectamente entendible viendo el lugar privilegiado en el que están.

Este es el mejor lugar en el que nos hospedamos en Colombia. Viajamos con dos familias con niños y nos alojamos tanto en el glamping como en el hotel. Las habitaciones son preciosas y las vistas son impresionantes. Tenemos muchas ganas de volver al glamping, ver el amanecer y pasear por las plantaciones de café. La comida del restaurante, el servicio... todo fue de primera. El personal de recepción siempre nos ayudó con los traslados y la organización de excursiones. Me gustaría destacar que reservamos un tour de café y una cata de ron en el hotel, ¡y quedamos encantados! Los guías nos explicaron todo de forma muy amena e interactuaron entre ellos. ¡Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora! Muchísimas gracias.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en Atardecer del Café. El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a brindar un excelente servicio. Las instalaciones son hermosas, muy limpias, organizadas y acogedoras, lo que hace que la visita sea aún más agradable. La comida es deliciosa, con muy buena presentación y excelente sabor. Además, el paisaje es simplemente espectacular; es el lugar perfecto para relajarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza y contemplar un atardecer inolvidable. Sin duda, es un sitio que recomiendo totalmente. ¡10 de 10! Volvería con mucho gusto y lo recomendaría a familiares y amigos.

Nuestra estadía fue encantadora. El lugar es hermoso, rodeado de paisajes espectaculares y con unas instalaciones impecables. La comida es deliciosa y merece una mención especial. Lo que más nos gustó fue la calidad humana de su equipo. Todos los empleados fueron muy atentos, serviciales y siempre nos recibieron con una sonrisa sincera, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Tuvimos un detalle muy especial: debíamos salir del hotel antes de la hora del desayuno y, sin siquiera pedirlo, el recepcionista nos ofreció empacar el desayuno para llevar. Además, coordinó con el restaurante para atendernos 20 minutos antes de su horario habitual, permitiéndonos disfrutar un desayuno caliente antes de salir. Fue un gesto que realmente marcó la diferencia y demuestra el excelente servicio que ofrecen. Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa que recomendamos totalmente. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Incredible Location and Bungalow with a Dream view from the bed onto the eje cafetero. The bungalow had everything and more you could wish for: a very comfy bed, a jacuzzi, bathing robes, Jungle shower, Fire pit,… The staff was extremely friendly- a Welcome cocktail, a luggage Service, breakfast Service and aranging the Airport transfer for us. The breakfast was super delicious.

Die Lage der Finca ist fantastisch – von Zimmer und Gelände aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Kaffeeplantagen und Berge. Die Zimmer sind modern und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Juan mit seinem enormen Kaffee-Wissen. Die dreistündige Führung mit Verkostung war ein absolutes Highlight – sehr informativ und mit viel Leidenschaft. Anreise von Manizales per Uber war einfach und günstig. Die Massage war gut, das Essen hochwertig, wenn auch kein Sterne-Niveau.

Minuspunkte: Die Abreise ist schwieriger, da vor Ort kaum Uber oder Taxis verfügbar sind. Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption läuft nur auf Spanisch (Übersetzer-App nötig). Trinkwasser in der Minibar wird nur einmal kostenlos nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber dem Preis nicht angemessen. Das Personal wirkt größtenteils eher zurückhaltend und gelangweilt – außer Juan und einem netten älteren Herrn im Service. Fazit: Trotz kleiner Schwächen bei Service und Logistik lohnt sich der Aufenthalt vor allem wegen der grandiosen Aussicht und dem tollen Kaffee-Erlebnis. Wer eine ruhige Finca sucht, ist hier richtig.

L'endroit est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes et les plants de café. La chambre avec jaccuzi sur la terrasse est super spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont excellents. A ne surtout pas manquer : le tour du café de 3h au milieu de la plantation de café, suivi d'un repas typiquement colombien le fiambre et pour couronner le tout une superbe dégustation de rhums.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen um liegt in einem Tal. Ein Taxi ist sehr schwierig zu bekommen.. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Standardzimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Der Zimmerservice war sehr unachtsam. Es wurde einfach nur die Decke über das Bett gelegt. Auch wurden keine frischen Handtücher gebracht.

Tylko to, że nie mogliśmy zostać tu dłużej.

Cet hôtel est superbe, la literie est confortable, tout est arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est magnifique, le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, et le restaurant également. Je recommande vivement. L’hôtel se trouve à 6 kms de Manizales, il est facilement accessible en taxi, et il y a même des bus (bus rouges Unitrans) qui vous déposent à environ 200 mètres de l’hôtel.

Super informative und unterhaltsame Führung durch die Kaffeeplantage, die zum Hotel gehört, durch Juan Carlos! Sehr sympathisch! Und auch den zuvorkommenden Service durch Jorge haben wir sehr geschätzt!

Diese Unterkunft garantiert einen perfekten Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bei der Ausstattung ist einfach an alles gedacht, ob Fernglas oder Feuerholz, flauschige Bademäntel, gut ausgestattete Minibar und vieles mehr. Die Unterkunft bietet eine absolute Privatsphäre, man kann, wenn man will, vollkommen autark und in Ruhe die Zeit verbringen. Die Mahlzeiten werden auf Wunsch auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Ebenso kann man zu jeder Zeit Getränke oder Cocktails auf die Terrasse bestellen. Die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir Jorge, der im Restaurantbereich mit Herz und Seele für das Wohl der Gäste sorgt. Ihm merkt man die Freude an, die ihm sein Beruf macht. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Jorge persönlich und auch an alle anderen Angestellten. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt, bereits zum zweiten Mal, und können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Très belle découverte. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre naturel magnifique, particulièrement agréable et reposant. L’établissement est remarquablement entretenu. La chambre était très propre et la literie particulièrement confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel, toujours attentif à notre confort. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Bel hôtel au charme élégant, le cadre est magnifique. Le staff est professionnel et souriant, les petits déjeuners et dîners sont très bons. Nous avions une très belle chambre avec un grand balcon. Le matin, de celui-ci, nous pouvions voir le ballet des oiseaux dans les bananiers, y compris des perroquets à tête bleue. A noter, superbe tour du café organisé à partir de l'hôtel, nous avons pris la visite de 3 heures.

Seul problème de notre chambre, elle était accolée à la réception, donc un peu bruyante en fonction du staff présent (la nuit tombée ou de bon matin). Et aussi, ce serait bien d'ajouter une safety box.

C’est une excellente surprise que cet hôtel. Il est situé à l'écart de la ville et possède une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, il y en a même une vitrée avec vue exceptionnelle (plus chère mais vaut vraiment le coup. On a pu la visiter...). Le restaurant est une des meilleures tables depuis le début de notre voyage, avec des prix très raisonnables. Le personnel, nombreux, est fort sympathique et avenant. Le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage.

La seule chose qui nous a manqué est la possibilité de faire quelques promenades depuis L’hôtel.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s also very clean and the location is astonishing. The breakfast was also very good!

The hotel is pretty far from any restaurant. So if you want to go out you have to book a taxi which can take a while because there aren’t that many taxi services around. We also booked the spa which wasn’t really good so I would not recommend it. It was all a little bit rushed and they wear gloves, which I had never experienced before. They also don’t speak any english.

Schitterende omgeving, lekker zwembad en hotelkamer. Ook heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Echt drie dagen genoten op deze locatie.

De kamer was schoon maar wij hadden tot twee keer toe kakkerlakken en torretjes in onze kamer. Personeel hielp meteen. Reden was volgens ons grote kier onder de deur en bij de douche. Personeelslid heeft zelfs de kier onder de deur afgeplakt voor de nacht.

Es una experiencia para vivirla una vez en la vida. Elegimos el bungalow luxury y no hay palabras para describirlo. Estaba montado al detalle. Un lujo ver el atardecer desde el jacuzzi o despertarse con el sonido de los pájaros desde la malla. Unas vistas a los cafetales increíbles. Que te traigan la cena o el desayuno y te lo monten todo para que puedas disfrutar de esas vistas es lo más. Muy curiosa la forma en que te llevan las maletas al bungalow 😍 La comida estaba deliciosa. Excelente el tour del café, muy completo y hecho para nosotros solos. La hacienda es hermosa, los murales, la zona de la piscina, qué colores más intensos ❤️. Está todo súper cuidado. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por su excelente atención. Mención especial a Jorge que estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Tras hacer el check out nos permitieron darnos una ducha más tarde en una de sus habitaciones. Se agradece el detalle. No dudaría en volver a alojarme allí si volviera por el eje cafetero. Fue un verdadero placer.

The Hotel is very well kept, the views around it are truly stunning. We didn't get to see the glamping, but I assume it's very nice. The restaurant is very good, although a bit more variety would be appreciated. Pool and warm Jacuzzi in perfect state. Didn't do any of the additional activitie so can't comment on those. Would stay there again

Better access information would have been appreciated. The hotel can be reached via two different roads from the Manizales-Chinchina Road. Travelers coming from Manizales (north to south) can simply follow their GPS without issue. However, those approaching from Chinchina (south to north) should avoid the first GPS-suggested exit, as it leads to an extremely narrow and difficult road. We had serious concerns about what would happen if we encountered oncoming traffic while ascending. Upon arrival, staff confirmed this route isn't recommended, but we had received no advance warning about this

Hacienda Venecia is a stunning retreat in a former coffee estate – beautifully maintained, elegant, and offering a touch of luxury that makes every stay feel like pure indulgence. The main house is set amidst vast coffee plantations and surrounded by a lush garden. There are plenty of inviting spaces to relax, such as the balcony or the “Birds Lounge,” where you can unwind in a hammock, enjoy the impressive scenery, or read a book in complete tranquility. One of the absolute highlights is the coffee tour right on the estate. Our guide, Juan, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is highly recommended and truly fascinating: from planting and cultivation to harvesting, peeling, washing, drying, sorting, cleaning (three layers of husk!), roasting, and various brewing methods – you’ll learn everything about the captivating world of coffee. Great walk, great lesson, great taste! The perfect morning begins with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the song of birds, and a refreshing swim in the hotel’s pool as the first rays of sunshine warm your skin. For those who enjoy a bit of activity, the expansive grounds are ideal for a stroll, with colorful birds and exotic plants everywhere you look. Our large family room was beautifully furnished with classic pieces and offered plenty of space. The restaurant was another highlight – excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The location is simply unbeatable, with breathtaking views over the plantations. Bottom line: If you love nature, tranquility, comfort, and coffee culture, Hacienda Venecia will stay in your heart forever. Absolutely recommended – we’ll be back!

Easy to access by taxi from the city. The view, the room and the very nice staff

El hotel es super lindo y cómodo, la vista a los cafetales y el atardecer son insuperables. Las habitaciones son bonitas, camas muy cómodas. Yo me quedé en habitación de hotel pero vi que el glamping es de otro nivel, espectacular. Recomiendo mucho el lugar porque es tranquilo, limpio y estuve en la fiesta de fin de año que estuvo muy buena. La atención del personal es sobre saliente, me ayudaron con todas mis peticiones y tuvieron detalles muy bonitos conmigo y mi familia.

Puede mejorar el desayuno, ya que todos los días cansa que sea lo mismo. Pero está muy bien servido, con varios alimentos y pues es inmejorable el cafe! Y también puede mejorar que la piscina sea climatizada ;)
