La ubicación es excelente. Por ser céntrico y ser una zona muy tranquila. Pudimos dormir plácidamente.

No hay mucho conectores en la habitación para trabajar, pero hay salas disponibles para eso.

Todo en orden

Muy buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes, la habitación era amplia y cómoda. Disfruté mucho el ambiente del restaurante, es un rinconcito estilo francés muy bien ejecutado, los desayunos buenos y lo que se espera de un breakfast included. Eso sí, recomiendo altamente disfrutar del restaurante por la noche, es otra experiencia con comida deliciosa y un ambiente + atención muy esperados.

Solamente sugeriría agregar dos toallas en lugar de una. Es útil cuando se necesita secar el cabello sin tener que hacer malabares con una sola pieza y agregaría más ganchos en el ropero :)

Todo está lindísimo, muy limpio, la gente muy amable y la comida increíble. Es un lugar que se siente como hogar. Bien ubicado, en un sitio bonito y con muchas opciones para tener actividades.

No hubo algo que no me gustara

The room was comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pulita, zona tranquilla e residenziale con una colazione buonissima!

Il rumore che si sente dalla stanza. Si sente tutto quello che succede sulle scale, la musica della colazione alle 6 e il campanello d’ingresso. Anche dalla strada si sentono tutti i rumori

la ubicación es buena, el hotel en general es lindo, la habitaciòn estaba muy aseada y completa, pasamos una buena noche, además el desayuno nos gusto, el personal es amable

en general todo estaba bien, quizás cosas a mejorar es que coloquen cable en los televisores y la subida de las escaleras hasta el 4 piso estuvo fuerte para alguien que sufre de las rodillas como en mi caso. sin embargo volvería me gusto

Rooms were clean and spacious. Included breakfast was good, choice somewhat limited. Bed was comfortable.

Very noisy due to thin walls/windows. No hooks to hang anything could be found in the entire room or bathroom. Hotelroom could serve as an apartment, but the amenities are really limited. You have to arrange everything yourself. For a lot of people, Bogota will be the first stop in Colombia, so a bottle of water and some coffee/tea options would be nice as a “welcome gift”, especially if you look at the price you are paying for the room.

The staff & the quilt on the bed

I was charged extra for my daughter that showed up for one night - nowhere else in Colombia did we have to pay more for her. We thus needed 3 bath towels. We never got the 3rd.

La atención del personal es absolutamente cordial y formal. Dado que el viaje era por la empresa, tuvieron la disposición de esperar los viáticos, a pesar de que la reserva fue sobre la hora. El acceso a zonas comerciales y culturales, restaurantes, etc. fue absolutamente segura y agradable.

Дизайн отеля и стиль, всё качественное. Высокие потолки, хороший душ. Завтрак обычный, официант хороший.

В номере нет питьевой воды. Мы прилетели ночью и не могли попить чай. Очень шумный холодильник. Плохая шумоизоляция. Рядом находится больница, слышны сирены, в 2 часа ночи приезжает мусоровоз, слышны шаги и голоса гостей.

La habitación es grande y muy equipada. El hotel es lindo y pequeño y está ubicado en una calle tranquila pero cerca de pequeños restaurantes.

Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas o tener fundas de algodón y no poliéster plástico. El desayuno podría ser más completo, no todas las opciones a elegir contemplan proteína y las porciones muy pequeñas.

Great location by trendy Quinta Camacho and Zona G in a walkable area, but also close enough to the grittier (but safe) areas around Lourdes to make it feel like real Bogotá. Great for a couple in their mid 20s to early 40s. The attached restaurant has a lovely vibe when you go for breakfast. Andres at the front desk was really helpful and lovely to chat to.

They're still putting a few finishing touches on the hotel (e.g. there were brackets/spaces for soap holder in the shower, full length mirror) but that didn't impact our stay and will be done soon I'm sure.

La estación es muy buena. El desayuno de los mejores. Todo limpio y organizado. Muy buen espacio también para trabajar.

O lugar e muito bonito e aconchegante, limpo, cama muito confortável e chuveiro bem quentinho. O café da manhã é incrível, servido no restaurante anexo ao hotel, que também é um ótimo lugar para tomar um vinho a noite.

Estávamos em casal e só havia uma toalha disponível, solicitei mais uma na recepção e me falaram que logo levariam, estou até hoje esperando. Também não havia papel higiênico suficiente nem para o primeiro dia e precisei solicitar. Ficamos hospedados duas noites e não teve serviço de camareira, ou seja, a única toalha que tivemos que compartilhar precisou ser usada dois dias. O hotel tem estrutura muito boa, mas o serviço precisa melhorar bastante.

La habitación olia un poco a pintura. Mejorar la información de los horarios del restaurante. Nos quedamos sin papel de baño, pedimos en recepción y tampoco tenían, nos dieron uno que tenían casi por terminar en recepción.

Die Lage ist super, sehr sicher. Das Morgenessen ist auch gut. Alles war sehr sauber, das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt.

Das Bett war unbequem. Die Matratze durchgelegen.

+ friendly staff at the reception + nice surrounding with lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and also seemed relatively safe + spacious and clean room + WiFi worked fine + fair price for what you get

- small details in the room (such as missing kettle, despite having a kitchenette with lots of other equipment or improper fixation of the shower handle) that I also mentioned to the staff upon checkout and that could be fixed very easily - when paying extra for late checkout (50% of the room rate), it could be a bit more generous like 19:00/20:00 (here one had to check out *strictly* at 17:30) - sound insulation is not the best (just some one-layered glass towards the street) - although the area around the hotel is not a particularly noisy area, whenever there is noise from the street it can be heard - breakfast (in the adjacent restaurant) is rather basic - one can choose from a small menu and breakfast will be prepared on the spot

Escada para subir ao quarto (fiquei no 4o andar), o que é um problema se tiver “mal de altura” nos primeiros dias, não dão sabonete para a pia do banheiro, apenas um líquido que fica preso no chuveiro, as toalhas não tinham boa qualidade e a parede do banheiro não vai até o teto, o que é bem inconveniente

Me encanto el diseño del lugar, el restaurante y el desayuno estuvo delicioso, ubicación ideal.

Lindo lugar, el desayuno estaba rico, el personal fue amable,la habitación da a un pequeño parque que en las mañanas se puede oír las aves cantar, silencioso y tranquilo para pasar un tiempo en pareja.

No tiene ascensor y nos tocó en un piso 3, creo que no lo vi en ningún lugar de cuando reserve, la habitación no cuenta con espejo para verse mientras uno se viste, solo está el de el baño.

La atencion del personal, el desayuno super excelente y la limpieza del alojamiento

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The room was very comfortable for both of us, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was decent and did the job. Overall, it may not be anything overly luxurious, but it offers great value for money and a really solid experience.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, impecables y el hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica.

Creo que la persona de recepción podría ser un poco más proactiva. Pongo como ejemplo algo que podría parecer una tontería, pero que muestra que se pueden mejorar ciertos comportamientos: al llegar al hotel y al hacer el check out, yo iba cargada con muchas cosas (maleta de mano, una bolsa llena de libros, una almohada, una sombrilla grande, unas botas en otra bolsa) y la persona no hizo el menor esfuerzo por ayudar ni siquiera a abrir las puertas de entrada y salida. Repito: no es un tema grave, pero sí creo que la amabilidad en ese sentido marca la diferencia. Gracias.

Gute ruhige Lage, sehr nette Ausstattung und ein sehr schönes Ambiente im gesamten Haus. Gutes Frühstück und zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal.

Leider war die Warmwasserversorgung nicht optimal.
