The property was a convenient and easy for us as we were seeing a show at Wembley . Being close to 2 tube stations was good

Id seen all the good reviews so I was okay about staying here as when I booked it I was a little bit worried . The property was not very clean , the shared toilet door would not close properly I felt uncomfortable staying here . It’s very outdated needs redecorated. When we arrived the beds were not clean there was hairs and stains on them The carpet was filthy. It’s on a main road and the walls are extremely thin so you hear everything going on. The beds were not at all comfortable . Again the only good thing about the place was that it is convenient if you need Wembley

didn't get to stay there was booked to stay for one night for a concert and on the day we were meant to be staying at 10.30 am they messaged to say they were over booked so we were cancelled. disgusting had it booked on the 31st of october 2025 and we were staying there 6th september 2026. had it booked nearly 12 months in advance no excuse very poor wouldn't book there again.

Property is the best place to stay for comfort and safety and cleanliness and nicer rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful

There are nothing any of problems with us when staying hotel rooms.

The whole experience was excellent, you pay for what you get. Thumbs up to having a fridge freezer in the room! Staff are very friendly !!

Steep stairs in some areas.. not easy on the knees

Cheap and cheerful. Very basic but what you'd expect for the price. Just what we needed for a roof over our heads after travelling for a gig. Right across the road from the train station so was an easy train journey to Wembley. Restaurants and take away within a few steps.

The location was very nice being right outside a train station and it was very clean and tidy, the shared bathrooms was always kept clean and everyone there respected that cleanliness. The staff was so lovely

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing too bad. That’s it to be fair the rest was very good. The location is a bit far from everything else in London but not a big issue at all it was like 30 mins from Paddington train station.

Good value for the price! Just a short walk from two train stations, so getting anywhere in the city is easy. The area feels safe and quiet, with several shops and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms come with a TV, fridge, and sink.

The bath is shared.

Staff we're friendly and helpful

We asked for 2 more towels and an extra fan which the staff brought but both towels we're covered in yellow stairs and the fan was covered in dust. I think the whole place could do with a refurbishment. I would probably stay there again if it's the only choice I had.

Not clean enough the carpets were dirty

The room was clean and beds were comfortable, I stayed with my sister and 13 year old daughter and had a room with a shared bathroom which was also very nice and clean. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and were there 24hours. We stayed for a concert at Wembley and the transport links are great for getting there.

The road was outside was noisy but we all still managed to sleep well.

Catastrophique, nous avions payé pour une nuit avec une chambre classique lit double et salle de bain dans la chambre, une fois sur place une chambre certes mais avec deux lits simples dont un avec le sommier cassé donc le lit était en forme de V, des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas, chambre très sale et salle de bain hors de la chambre qui est tout aussi miteuse avec la lumière qui ne s’allume pas, des traces au fond du WC et impossible de régler la température de l’eau de la douche qui était brûlante, que ce soit pour une nuit ou plus je déconseille fortement cet endroit

The location was excellent for the event we attended at Wembley Stadium.

We were moved to the top floor where it was very hot and we are ladies of mature years and we had a bunk bed.

Dirty hotel. One pillow. No fan. No lamp. No spare blankets. No air con. No batteries in tv remote. Tiny tv miles from the bed. All doors are loud when opening and closing. Sockets that don’t work. Stained and filthy unhoovered carpets. Stain and marks on bedding. Old and needs updating. Gunk on the walls

Location - close to metro station, are looked like safe. We needed place where to stay 2 days close to Wembley Stadium for not so high price - it was very good decision. Room was clean, stuff polite.

It was little bit surprise - in the kitchen there were no plates, forks, spoons, knife, nothing, just electric kettle to boil water and microwave oven, didn't tried stove, don't know it worked or not. But we solved this problem - bought plastic forks and plates :D

I liked the location it was opposite Kenton tube station , and I liked the hotel and it had good security

Not that I didn’t like - the main on the bathroom was a sign to say keep it clean - maybe some cleaning materials would be good as I wouldn’t travel with them normally. As a preference I would like an extra pillow - not negatives at all

The room was very comfortable, clean, organized. The personal is kind and take a good care of the guests. The zone is quiet. And is on a very good spot. The Kenton station is right infront, very easy to get.

Very professional and friendly, well maintained. Its not Buckingham Palace, but it is £50 a night in London. Its excellent value for money. Will use again.

Great location, perfect for going to Wembley Stadium.

The accommodation was very noisy. There was a shop below that was playing loud music in the early hours from 6am until late at night. The music was that loud that you could hear the lyrics & heavy bass.I requested a quiet room, and I was given the loudest place possible. My sleep was disturbed both nights I was at this hotel due to this.

Carpet was erm … none too fresh and looked dirty Net curtains torn, curtains dirty Very dusty and looked dirty in some places around skirting boards and windows Tbh, just because it is cheap - and no doubt about it, this place is cheap - it doesn’t mean it should mean dirty. The place needs a good refurb and a clean. En-suite bathrooms felt in need of a good clean and refurb too Basic shouldn’t mean ‘minging’ (with all respect). Sticky and dusty shelves You need to be aware that you will be getting cheap accommodation but not a particularly good experience

Very convenient location for watching show at Wembley, overall location felt safe, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Bathroom facilities were clean.

Uncomfortable bed, only one very flat pillow. Room was boiling and the window opened onto the street so felt awkward and uncomfortable with people constantly staring into the room, so I wish there was some sort of Aircon/ fan in the room in summer. Toilet and shower were in a separate room in the corridor so make sure you take your key card whenever you need the loo.

Veľká chladnička a menší TV na izbe. Spoločné WC a sprchy, čistota udržiavaná. Spoločná kuchynka so sporákom a mikrovlnkou. Pobyt si rád zopakujem, ale nie v horúcom letnom období.

Na izbe bol len malý ventilátor a pri vonkajšej teplote nad 30 stupňov Celzia nestačil ochladzovať izbu,aj keď bol zapnutý celú noc. Nedalo sa vyspať. V spoločnej kuchynke nebolí žiadne hrnce, taniere a i príbory a nože.

Le logement est super bien situé pour un concert à Wembley, 2 stations en métro puis un peu moins de 10 minutes à pied, il y avait un ventilo et un frigo dans la chambre qui est très utile en cette période de chaleur

It smelled like smoke.

It's pretty much opposite Kenton Station. Other than that and a Sainsbury there's not much around. It's alright for 1 night (as I did) if you just want somewhere cheapish to crash but thats it. Had a fridge in the room which is good. Shared bathroom was reasonably clean. Shower was okay. Guy on reception was nice.

No blinds in the bathroom, just opaque glass which isn't like privacy glass- put something in so you can't be seen from outside! As it's just not private. Doors are really heavy and slam shut. Bed was below average and needs replacing, the mattress wasn't comfortable at all. Overall the premises once you got through the main door was kinda dingy.

Genuinely you get what you paid for the location was perfect, the staff so helpful and friendly, and beds were super clean

Only small thing was the shared toilet facilities but not a huge issue at all and was still super clean

the room was very unkept as in the carpet was pulled up and you could see the under lay, there was mysterious red stains everywhere the sink was dirty, there was black marks in all the beds, the underside of the mattress on the top bunk had mold growing out the bottom

The location was great. Thats honestly the only positive and the price.

The hotel was grubby, our room smelt like cigarettes, there was no toliet seat, the bathroom was mouldy, the staff member was asleep when we checked out at half 8, there was 2 of the flattest pillows on the bed, our bedroom light had no light fixing ( wires were exposed) and just generally was shocked by how bad it was.

Great location, 3rd time we've used this for our wembley visits 🔴⚪️ Line across the road, plenty of takeaways nearby a few pubs just a 10 minute walk and what else can you get accommodation wise for this price? Will be returning when our team get back to wembley.

The property is clean and as this is a shared bathroom and kitchen accommodation you have to make sure you keep up to this too.

Room had no cups in it for use in the kitchen area the machines on the kitchen area for my room was broken. My key didn't work had to ask for staff help on many occasions.. so nothing was likable

Handy location for my work. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good Afghan restaurant just up the road.

Traffic noise was intrusive.

No hot water! In room sink, kitchen sinks, or bathrooms! Looks a bit dated on stairs areas and decoration, stairs which would be very difficult for elderly to use id think.

Behind the beds needs a bit of hoovering you could see black stuff . The shower curtain could do with a wash or change. If it’s hair or dead spider I don’t know. Bedding and everything was fine as it should be.

Me and my friend went to Wembley stadium for the England game and it was very conveniently located to Wembley, very good price.When we arrived Louie greeted us with a smile and was polite and friendly.He escorted us to our room and even gave us an upgrade which was nice.Very pleasant stay
