整潔待加強： 1. 面海的玻璃非常霧/髒（但一樓公共區卻非常乾淨） 2. 陽台的桌椅也是積了許多灰塵 3. 梳妝位置的坐墊非常髒，完全不敢用 4. 淋浴間的蓮蓬頭有滿滿的刮痕、四處可見水垢 5. 不確定是空調還是風扇，晚上睡覺時聽到固定頻率的機器作動噪音

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026冷氣很冷很夠力很讚 電視就有帳號看Netflix 很讚 床是硬的很好睡很讚 枕頭有四顆很讚 打開窗可以看到海很讚 對面就有免費停車格很讚 隔壁走幾步路就是7-11很讚 國中畢業就沒有來過墾丁了 久久再來墾丁 住這間體驗很不錯
窗戶雖然是氣密窗 但是要用全身的力氣才打得開 雖然沒有電梯 但不是問題 影響不大

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The breakfast is simple but good enough to start the day. Close to the beach and very peaceful at night. The staff is pretty friendly.
- The main entrance is open during the night, and no security person at the front desk, so I feel a bit unsafe, although it's in Taiwan. - The wall and window curtains are not clean and have stains. The bathroom does not look well-maintained. - There's a gap between pictures and the real stuff. If the expectation wasn't set high, you should find it good enough. - There isn't much to eat at night nearby except a 7-11 store, and restaurants are either pricy or closed. If you have a car or scooter, better to drive to other towns for food.

1.到現場要刷卡，被告知刷卡要加收3%手續費 2.在訂房網上備註希望高樓層，當天入住告知一般是要加800 但我們不跟你收，但請給我們好評，6點前傳到賴給我們（老闆娘要看的） 重點是！我連房間都還沒進！！ 難道網上好評都是這樣來的嗎？ 3.員工講話的語氣真的讓人聽的很不舒服

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025海景房透過窗戶就看到海，也有陽台晚上可以觀星 房內有超大電視(約60-70吋) 冷氣蠻快冷的，如果是夏天應該不會太熱(住宿期間是冬天) 早餐還不錯吃(套餐式) 飯店對面有u-Bike
地點離墾丁大街有點距離，有點不理想 停車是在對面(公有的路邊停車格)，位置有限，如果中途離開可能就要去停旁邊的收費停車場 個人覺得房間空間蠻小的(廁所反而蠻大間的)

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025海景房的景觀非常棒，考慮了性價比來說也是相當棒，交通方面如果沒有開車或租車，也能透過悠遊卡搭客運9188到船帆石站就能抵達，Netflix 和大螢幕能夠悠閒夜晚看劇。
如果行李特別多，爬到高樓層可能會有些辛苦，可能因為附近都是樹林和自然景觀有些小蟲子不免會有機會飛近房間。

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025A very good stay. Everyone was very friendly. Good breakfast. There is 7/11 two minutes away. A lot of parking spaces. It was hard to find a parking space only in the evening during the weekend. It's close to the beach. If you want to go to the night market, it's better to take a bus or car, walking there is hard. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Very comfortable bed.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025床很舒服，電視很大還有有浴缸 外面海景很美 抵達時是傍晚出陽台就可以看到夕陽映照在海上 可以很愜意的在陽台椅子上放鬆 櫃檯姐姐很親切
跟前面很多人提到的一樣清潔度真的很差 洗手台跟旁邊牆壁超明顯的咖啡漬 漱口杯沒有倒過來放，裡面積水不確定是否前一個房客使用痕跡 吧台上提供的咖啡杯其中一杯根本沒洗，咖啡乾掉的髒污 白色水垢也蠻嚴重的，浴缸也沙沙的要自己清潔過才敢使用 早餐看最早之前可以有菜單選擇，現在是固定餐點，沒有顧慮有些人不喜歡吃 另外501房的內鎖已經是壞掉的 不確定是不是人手不夠，還是希望能夠確實改善
