Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We loved the mountain view of the room combined with the outdoor hotspring. We liked how the room came with a variety of drinks in the fridge, including alcohol. We also liked the overall aesthetics and functionality of the room. The bed as well was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and offered a nice variety of Taiwanese breakfast/brunch options. The ability to to go breakfast until 1:30pm is also an incredible thing to offer, I wish more hotels did this. The staff, especially at breakfast, were incredibly friendly and welcoming with smiles; I can tell they love working there.
The hot spring was slightly not up to our normal cleaning standards; it required slightly more thorough cleaning of the corners and the surface of the bottom. There was a thin layer of residue and it would be better to ensure a proper scrubbing occurs. It would be good if pets could be allowed to stay in the room for a higher fee.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026住山景套房，有自動窗簾，地點很安靜，房間內送的東西是前櫃檯都提到，很多喔！晚餐鐵板燒物超所值，建議要多加強宣導，絕對厲害👍，一樓大廳的咖啡吧服務人員素質佳，豆花、蜜餞、茶！
房間門是放火裝置很重，跟一般旅館不一樣，刷卡時不靈，信賴服務員親自指導，馬上解決。嘉楠肉鬆好吃，一樓只有貢丸沒有其他嘉楠產品，好可惜！

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026優點：早餐好吃，而且也很感謝幫我安排在邊間。床蠻舒服的，枕頭也是。溫泉池很大，泡起來很舒服，溫度也很適中。
缺點：淋浴間的蓮蓬頭已經差不多快壞掉了，建議更換。另外，淋浴間的地板似乎沒有刷洗？因為洗澡時地板有水的時候明顯變得滑滑的。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026首先評點早餐，整體還可以，該有都有唯一缺點還是飲品，之前有西瓜汁這次只有蘋果汁，建議來個紅茶不淡方便又省事 其次入住是高級雙人房，露臺風景優美住的房間可以直接看到龜山島傍晚很美 人員服務很好入住在半夜櫃台有禮貌和耐心講解，用餐時索要冰塊直接給整桶冰服務很好
早餐的女廚師找不到人，想要點一份蛋餅跑了兩次不是沒看到就是不理人 房間內還有上一位房客留下來的頭髮 房間燈光昏暗，高級雙人房備品和贈送的零嘴及飲料善其他房間完全相同感受不到尊榮感 多個插頭無法使用 房間內的梳妝鏡沒電了沒換電池 晚餐特別再次選擇老丸家，只有兩個丸子還有肉和一些蔬菜沒了，之前還有火鍋料，另外飲料也只剩下瓶裝之前還有一些果汁，體驗極差建議外出吃 整體評估下來除非是家庭必須住之外其他建議住山景或是市景套房比較划算，房間空間感受並沒有比較大也沒有放行裡的地方

我不太喜歡 日式床墊，下次要選正常高度的床

As a foreigner, communicating with the staff at the reception was a bit of a challenge. They also didn't seem so comfortable with me there, so I cannot say that I felt 100% welcomed.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026服務態度非常好👍 這次訂購鐵板燒套餐晚餐，由於同梯的客人講話很大聲 直接影響到用餐感受以及環境跟氛圍，很感謝工作人員特地幫我們安排外面咖啡廳的座位，也耐心的幫我們端上每一道晚餐，還送上小驚喜，不論是鐵板套餐晚餐還是隔天的早餐，都很好吃，所有的工作人員都非常的親切，體驗的感覺很舒服，房間內的小點心也別有用心的設計一些總公司的在地食材。這次入住比較晚，下一次入住的時候會更用心體驗各個設施。
沒有露天的男女分開裸湯的風呂很可惜
