Rooms and bathrooms are somewhat small. This was our second stay at the hotel. Initially we booked a larger and pricier room but now booked adjoining rooms, which were better priced, and used the second bathroom and general area to give us more space. Breakfast is lovely but the menu could be simplified and service was somewhat spotty and slow.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The staff were very charming and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s in my favourite part of just outside Copenhagen. You can almost smell the sea and you have a sense of being surrounded by understated and effortless wealth. Near Strandvejen which still has lots of lovely Lovely shops. Go for a swim in Øresund. Train to centre in ten minutes. Fab fab fab mini bar with negronis and Pomerol. Really good bed. Aqua De Parma soaps. We had adjoining rooms which was perfect for mother daughter.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026The furnishings are fantastic, particularly the bathroom fittings. The staff were exceptional and responsive and the suitepad ensures that all info is available to guests and communication is easy.
The room dimensions were a little on the smaller side and the temperature at night was hot, though the room has a fan which helped mitigate this.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Tilkøb af morgenmad var ikke som forventet. Underlig opdeling. Fik brød, smør osv. Men fik ikke marmelade eller ost. Ved forespørgsel fik vi at vide det kom senere. Underligt da man jo skal bruge det til brødet. Ost er så meget sagt en skiveost og et andet lille stykke ost så det var ikke et udvalg som lovet. Morgenmaden var skuffende.

Meget kolde værelser, trods klager og personalets forsøg på at hæve temperaturen. Det hjalp ikke og var vanvittigt koldt. Maden var ikke just god og der var lydt og larmende fra gaden og de andre værelser om natten. Meget hårde senge og wifi virkede kun on and off. Så det gør vi ikke igen, desværre.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Very nicely designed hotel in an attractive and quiet neighbourhood of Copenhagen. Comfortable beds and great choice of pillows. Lovely shower. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Location is out of the centre but transport links are superb. Hotel restaurants are very good though at the higher price end.
The room is small, in particular the bathroom which felt awkward and not that private from the actual bedroom. There wasn’t really any space for your bathroom toiletries or to put your clothes. Breakfast was nice but the menu choosing felt too complicated and we didn’t know how big the portions would be. A simplified, small breakfast menu would be best for a fixed price. This was accommodated but it wasn’t advertised. I think for a 5 night stay the room and bathroom just felt too small for two of us.
