Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was average. It came with a breakfast voucher. The food was 2 eggs, toast with butter/jam, and coffee. As for the room, it came with no hotel slippers and no water to drink. The room had a wall AC and it didn't feel cool at all. I don’t plan on coming back here again!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025We stayed at several hotels in Manila on this last trip Diamond resorts. Makati was by far the best in service location and amenities.
