Nammos Hotel Mykonos

Personal am Beach Club könnten freundliche sein

excelent service

Great location Specious room The staff from hotel itself were amazing and very quick responding to WhatsApp canal Beach beds at Nammos included Good food, poor breakfast buffet but good ala carte options Nice service on beds in Nammos Beach Club Prices are reasonable for the location/Mykonos

No pool, no sauna, ect = very basic facilities for the high room price Service at the breakfast at Nammos Restaurant felt like both the hostess and waitress hated theirs jobs. It gave off a very haughty and arrogant vibe of the place No possible to chill out on beach/balcony because the noise from beach club; music play loudly non stop from 10am to 8:30pm, so I would say it’s perfect for party but if you want to relax - then you need to close yourself in your room(soundproof) Little machines/equipment at the gym

Nice location, food ok but overpriced. Nice atmosphere on beach. Clean rooms.

Terrible service on the beach - sadly too much “attitude” from mostly the female staff. Twice I was ushered away from the hotel and told I could not enter by rude, abrupt village security/ ushers rather than asking politely if I was a hotel resident. Altercation with an unacceptably rude waitress at dinner who automatically added 20% to my bill without asking. When I pointed out that service had not been good and therefore 10% was reasonable she started arguing with me and said “it’s for all the staff” . Wow!!!! She then tutted, took my money and walked off without saying thank you. Will not return, majority of staff are lacking basic training in manners and hospitality.

Tudo!! Cama confortável, quarto com vista maravilhosa, restaurante beira mar perfeito, serviço de praia excelente.

Polite staff Good quality and well furnished room Lovely beach and great service

We did have a pleasant stay at Nammos, but nothing spectacular, which you would expect when paying close to £1000 for one night. If you’re wanting to do something similar, I really wouldn’t bother here. I’d like to start by saying that all staff were great, but our problem is more so with the rules chosen by the higher ups. Firstly, we arrived at 12:30pm, earlier than check in time (3pm). We waiting around 30 minutes for the room to be ready (totally expected and fine). We were advised to have a stroll around Nammos Village - you can visit this for free and if you’re into designer, then worth visiting. We then got a text message to say our room was ready around 1pm. We were escorted to our room - the room was lovely, great quality furnishings and well designed. We were then told at this point, to text the WhatsApp number to go to the beach. After we made the booking, we got a message to say you could only use the beach however many nights you were staying, so we asked if it would be better for us to use the beach the next day, as then we would get a full day there, rather than the half day we had arrived, to which we were told we’d be fine to go down the first day. We presumed this meant it would be okay for us to use it for the afternoon upon arrival, then also the next day. Fast forward, we were then told the next day would be chargeable if we wanted to use the beach. May I add, there is also no pool. So anyone who has a late flight, I’m not exactly sure what you’re meant to do with your day other than sit in your room, or end up paying €360-€450 to use the beds on the beach again - after paying thousands upon thousands to stay there in the first place. To some people, this price point may not matter, but it does to some, and no matter what your money situation is, you have still chose to pay and stay there, so fair treatment is expected no matter which way you look at it. I feel that you really are just paying for the name and to say you’ve stayed at Nammos.

Our villa was nice. Clear Beautiful ocean water. Concierge employees were so nice and treated us so great.

Breakfast was average for a 5 star resort. Beach guy would not seat my family on the beach on Saturday even though we had 6 chairs included in our villa price of $5k per night USD. Not enough chairs. We stood around looking like idiots for about an hour then had to leave.

Wonderful hotel!! The vibe, the rooms, the location.. everything was perfect!!!

Anything

Tout a été formidable

Il n’y a rien de négatif à dire

The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service quality of the property were truly outstanding. Especially Kostas attention, professionalism, and hospitality made our stay even more special. The reception team was also extremely helpful, welcoming, and solution-oriented in every situation. We truly felt valued during our stay.

We did not experience any serious negative issues. Overall, everything was very successful and enjoyable.

Lugar lindo, quarto extremamente confortável, funcionários muito amáveis e dedicados.

Everything was fantastic excellent

Not a thing

Amazing experience

Great location ,

The restaurant party vibe! The beach and the beach servers!

Staff was super friendly, technology inside the room and great beach

The toilet in the room and not separate from the bathroom.

Amazing place to go when visiting Mykonos. A must see with great staff, service, location, food and incredible party vibe!!! Highly recommend

Excellent property with great amenities and a beautiful beach.

Great property! The service was impeccable!

I had a wonderful stay. For me, it's the best hotel in Mykonos. The location is perfect, with the beach nearby. The hotel staff is very professional and attentive. I was treated like a princess by the whole team who took care of me. They were all incredibly caring and responded to all my requests. They also give a souvenir gift at the end of my stay. The room at the diplomatic villa was also very good. Thank you Nammos team !

Nothing

Awesome location! Great service

Very nice place with a good ambiente

It is too loud as there are regularly partys in the hotel as well as in other hotels closeby.

Staff and their manager he was amazing , he is recommending the best food flavours and where you can find it. He participated with us on putting the right plan day and night. Also they upgraded our room to the one unique has jacuzzi and sea view. Thanks for every things

Nammos Resturant is not good, they have a massive delay in providing the food and their prices higher than the dining restaurants prices, for what ?!!! Atmosphere is not really attractive

The hotel staff are amazing and they upgraded me to sea view room with jacuzzi. Was amazing memories

Nammos restaurant is very expensive compare with fine dining restaurants and the food is not really good

Heaven on earth!

All staff are so kind and helpful. The beach is clean and the water is amazing.

Nothing, but they can sometimes chance the breakfast. Every morning wie eat the same.

Family run business is warm and welcoming. Very useful whatsapp group with staff to provide quick service. Very clean and elegant facilitates.

It is well known that in every beach resort, guests staying in the hotel get priority access to the beach compared to outside paying visitors. But because namos Beach is run by another owner, we were sidelined and provided last row beach beds on the first day. The second day, we were told to wait until an available beachbed was ready. We were waiting a long time until we finally contacted Namos Hotel staff, who arranged for us 1st row beds in less than 10 mins.

The location was georgeous, the staff were so kind and very very interested .

We loved everything .

Everything was beyond expectations

Everything was beyond expectations

Every single details

The location of the hotel , the view , the beach everything was enjoyable ❤️

Last year we were on Nammos beach so we decided to book the hotel this time so we are directly in the center of the party

However there is a big difference between Nammos beach and Nammos hotel. The staff is very kind except of the manager of the hotel, he is really not the right man in the right position. First we found out that there is no accessible swimming pool in the hotel although all the images on booking.com show it. Then they gave us the only room with a terrace whithout the possibility of making shadow. They clearly should tell us about it and at least appologise for this incovenience. However the manager of the hotel nailed it. He was never smiling and 20 minutes before our check out he knocked at our door if we are really chcecking out. Me and my girlfriend were leaving separately and there was an outstanding bill for maybe 6 beers. We paid more than 20 times more for the hotel in advance and have spent a notable amount at Nammos beach and restaurant. A hotel manager has to know this and should graciousness to every guest. Staff at Branko hotel is much more professional.

Service Facilities Location Loxury

Breakfast was good.

I would have liked a larger food menu on the beach chairs in the day.

Loved everything 😍
