Rooms, Kawa Bath, Butler Services, scrub Massage, Food, Overall Place and Environment. We never get the chance to experience other activities and go to other facilities due to heavy rain.
The steep Access Road.
We loved the resort's hilltop location and overall aesthetic. As parents traveling with an active toddler, we especially appreciated the attentive lifeguard at the pool, who made our family feel safe.
The food was underwhelming, and the culinary team could benefit from a better understanding of proper vegan options. Communication among the staff seemed lacking, and room cleanliness was disappointing; we found leftover junk food wrappers in a drawer and potato fries under the bed.
It has the vibe of connecting to nature
the road leading to the property especially if its raining
beautiful property - super cute lighting accommodations - loved the traditional filipino / filipiniana design, which varies per villa; felt organic and "one with the environment" service - warm and responsive
no signal apart from the wi-fi (but we wanted to disconnect anyway! just impt to know before coming). connection was reliable while we were there, but there were also frequent (but very short!) power interruptions for the night owls: bar/kitchen closes at 10pm, so plan ahead
Very clean property and the employees are all very nice. I enjoyed my stay at Nawa wellness.
The location is very far from anywhere so Transportation is a challenge.
Clean and relaxing
There were like knocking at night
Without doubt being in nature, away from traffic and being able to forget about everything outside the resort. Whiling away hours by the pool was idyllic. Rob our personal butler was always on hand to keep us on track for treatments or activities. Tec at the recption was super helpful - no request was too much trouble. Kudos to Stephen and TJ at the Tiki Bar - those pina coladas were sublime.
Buffet breakfast options were limited (luckily the wonderful Annmae sourced some yoghurt). Paying for barista coffee at breakfast was ok, but not having a pot of drip coffee as a choice was a little disappointing.
Serenity
Nothing at all
We love the place, the food, the wellness activities. Despite our short stay, we definitely love how accommodating, welcoming and warm their staff were. They ensure to check on us and join the activities and have supplies for our little fur. The food was really good and delicious. Their place is really full of nature to connect with, to heal and unwind. Definitely, we would love to come back.
The only thing we would suggest to have the pets access most of the areas and join activities as well. Our little fur just stayed mostly inside which is sad that she's not able to go with us in times we go out because areas accessible for her is limited.
Nice and friendly staff
Electric fans on the restaurant needs to be clean.all.of them
I like that they have different activities for the guest for free and some packages to be availed like massages and other treatments.
Maybe the location is far away and does not have a mobile network signal. They do have internet around the area, so it is okay.
I loved that it was away from all the commercial resorts and offered the privacy needed by their guests. The ambience is refreshing and calming.
The iterinary when you staying there is enjoyable and relaxing
Nothing
very nice staff, beautiful place in nature, tranquil and quiet place to relax You can try new things (sports, meditation, etc) with their included program
The food was divine, healthy and mindful. The staff was hospitable and super kind, and they all loved our poodle. Coffee is good too! There was zero signal too so was able to unwind and go offline, but in fairness, there was strong wifi everywhere, even up at the peak of the hike - which was a nice surprise.
Gym was outdoor so saw some equipment rusted or corroded. The place was huuuge, so it was a bit expected to see some tables and chairs dusty but not really an issue, at least they weren't deteriorated
Room, massage, place and the staff.
Valet from entrance, secure railings, strpboard for back passengers.
The Butler was ohne of the highlights.
Well designed and maintained. Beddings were comfy and even luxurious. Staff were very warm as well as open to special requests. I loved the wellness activities that were on offer. There were a lot to choose from too.
Our room was a bit stuffy. Their water supply could also be softened to avoid limescale in the bathroom. The massage, i must say, was overpriced at almost 5k. As a regular spa-goer, there was nothing extra special about it.
The staff are very nice, polite and well trained. That is really my favorite part of the experience next to the facilities.
The terrain was a little hard for my aunt to navigate.
So quait and relaxing place
Difficult ro rich the place Little bir far
Quiet, clean, polite and accommodating staff. I love the vibe, the room, and the location.
The welcome ritual; it was uncomfortable being smoked in incense without asking if it’s okay though I understand it is just part of their hospitality for newcomer guests. My suggestion is to ask guests first if they are okay with it as some are not into new age things. Other than this, everything is great.
Nawa Wellness truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a stunning, beautifully maintained territory and is literally surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and responsive — I genuinely felt cared for throughout my stay and was able to fully enjoy my vacation. I really appreciated the variety of activities offered, as well as the spa, which was a great addition to the overall wellness experience. Everything on the property is well thought out and impeccably maintained.
The only downsides were a few practical details. The bathroom sink was somewhat inconvenient to use, and the bathroom floor became very slippery when wet — which happened often due to the shower layout and splashes from the sink, especially given its small size.
The whole experience, from the venue and services offered to the very warm staff, was truly unforgettable.
Staff and treatments
Food was shockingly awful. The bar was inadequately stocked
The staff, the activities, the aesthetics.
Location. Too far from the city. Spa rates are too pricey.
I really love the overall vibe of the place—it’s so peaceful and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere feels very relaxing, and the rooms are beautifully designed, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.
A hidden mountain sanctuary where the world feels still—wrapped in fresh air, silence, and the gentle rhythm of nature. Far from the city’s noise, it’s a place where your heart slows down, your mind clears, and your soul quietly begins to heal. An enchanting and serene mountain retreat surrounded by picturesque scenery.
Nothing
The massage, the ambiance, the activities
The place was great and very conducive for relaxation. Location-wise, a bit far.
They charged us for the massage which was supposedly part of what we initially paid. They refunded after we raised the concern but the experience of having to raise a dispute overpowered the stay at Nawa. Found a review from another client that they also had the similar experience with us. :(
Ambiance and nature environment
Location can be challenging to drive especially if you don’t have a SUV
The staff 💯 The food :) The amenities
The steep and tight road from main entrance to the lobby 🫣 We can hear the noise of the other room tenants and those walking nearby

Breakfast is great! Wellness activities are superb! Staff are nice and welcoming! Amenities are world-class!
Lunch and Dinner options are limited!
-The staff are accommodating and helpful especially the wellness butler. -The room accommodation is superb with toiletries and bath robe provided. -Adequate towel available on the pool side. -The ambiance is relaxing and more on nature. I love listening to the birds chirping. - The lanterns at night are captivating. It has a Moroccan vibes, with its multicolored lights. -There are various wellness activities to choose during the stay, including dry sauna, steam sauna, himalayan salt room, aqua zumba and others. -There was a complementary himalayan salt room for 15 minutes and dry and steam sauna for 15 minutes. -There are scheduled activities that can be joined for the day. -I love the hiking going to the chapel.
-The place is located 25 minutes by tricycle from the Calatagan public market. It is far from the town proper so it is convenient if you will go by car since the tricycle goes to the area on rare occasions. -There is an extra charge if you will bring outside food. -The wellness activities and the food menus are quite expensive.
Best place to rest and relax!!!

Accommodation - good Amenities - very good Wellness activities - very good Staff - very friendly Pet-friendly
Food - pricey but generous serving; generally, salty to our taste Location - very far, very narrow, hilly terrain; but this is part of the adventure, I guess
The breakfast choices were great and staff overall were super attentive. But food I felt could be a little better! One of the meals I ordered was overcooked, but the staff were quick to replace it! Location was fabulous. The entire resort was great and easy to get to (thanks Waze)
The food was a little hit and miss, but there were a couple dishes that were great. I liked the pre ordering meals part, but I felt that the price of the food didn’t reflect the quality.
I liked the ambiance of the rooms and the entire resort. The staff were very attentive and always greeted us with hospitality. I’m very thankful for them in accommodating my requests for my girlfriend’s birthday (Preparing a cake) The spa services and activities were fun and relaxing as well.
I wish there was more variety with the food offered. The breakfast included especially lacked options.
Nice place and facilities, excellent service, lots of activities in the resort. Good food and value. We had a great time.
Only thing was that it was too hot at the pickleball court (we went during summer).
Lots of activities, the amenities is excellent The food was good, we love the milkfish and guava broth.
We love everything about the property, the food in the restaurant though could use more improvement☺️ everything else —fantastic! Will definitely go back..
My parents celebrated their wedding anniversary at Nawa Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant and peaceful - perfect for a special occasion. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. My parents were so happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend Nawa Hotel for anyone looking to celebrate a meaningful event in a beautiful setting!
The staff are all friendly and accomodating. From front desk to our butlers, to security guards. They are all very respectful and made our stay truly amazing and worthwhile. Special mention to our butler, Claire and massage therapists, Marilou and Maila who did their best to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The manager, apologies, (I didn't get her name) took time to check on us from the time we arrived until we left the place. The security guards are very professional and we feel safe seeing them made sure we can maneuver our car around and park safely. All the staff are respectful and well mannered. We'll definitely come back soon with other members of family. God bless to the whole team.
It was quite far from where we came in Cavite, took 3.5 hours here, but it was all worth it. The place was serene and quiet-perfect for relaxation and meditation.
None so far; everything has been great!
I love the scenery and the service. Very warm accommodation.
None so far.
the ambiance. Great staff service. clean. the smiles on the faces everywhere we went made us feel so welcome, we felt like almost royalty. the welcome ritual was quite unexpected, but nice.
the room we were booked was too small for a family of 3, and lacking in tables to set our suitcases, specially for seniors like us. lacking in shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries. we could've been put in a cottage closer to the facilities where activities happen to avoid the steep stairs and climb. breakfast, aside from healthy selections, perhaps an array of healthy fruit to choose from, after all the place is a wellness resort.
activities
wish that the activities are not add on payments
Fantastic setting, beautifully built into the natural environment
Food was hit and miss, excellent to average depending on dish
