appena arrivati, nonostante fossimo fuori orario del checkin ci hanno accolti con il classico tè alla menta per poi afre una chiacchierata per indicarci diversi posti da visitare. il girono dopo abbiamo passato un altro piacevole momento con Karim sul tetto del riad. l'indomani inoltre ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto perchè dovevamo partire presto

Truly outstanding hospitality from the hotel staff, Ibrahim and Omar. They helped arrange a taxi from the airport, personally escorted us from the taxi to the hotel, made tea & chatted with us when we arrived, and already had the AC running in our room when we were ready to turn in. The next morning Ibrahim packed us some food for our day since we couldn't stay for breakfast. Whatever they're being paid is not enough, they were the highlight of our stay!

The location is a 20-ish min walk to the square, and a bit of a maze to find. But you can always use google maps or call a taxi.

We absolutely loved everything about Riad Amalia! The whole place is stunning and the room was very comfortable and beautiful, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very kind and welcoming, the customer service was unlike anything we've experienced before. Upon arrival, they greeted us with tea and carried our luggage up to the room. Every day when we came back to the hotel in the evening, the room was tidy, the bed was made, got fresh towels. The breakfast was also amazing with fresh bread, pancakes, eggs, freshly squeezed juice and coffee. The price for our 4-day stay was absolutely amazing, will definitely come back here when we visit Marrakech again in the future. 100% recommend to everyone who wants to stay in a riad!!

No bad experiences at all

un lugar bien ubicado a 10 mins caminando del centro, la plaza. Todo bien, nos quedamos en la calle algo mas de media hora esperando que viniera el recepcionista a abrirnos. A pesar de ello todo correcto.

Décoration charmante, bonne localisation, le spa sur la terrasse.

Fortes odeurs d'humidité dans une chambre et d'égout dans la seconde. Petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif. Nous n'avons pas eu le choix que de payer en espèces sur place.

Joli Riad dans un environnement calme et pas trop loin à pied du cœur de la médina (20min) Nous avons été accueillies avec une grande gentillesse par Karim, qui a toujours été aux petits soins pendant notre séjour, il nous a apporté du thé et a veillé à ce que l'on ne manque de rien, il nous a même accompagnés un soir de pluie pour aller chercher à manger. Une terrasse sur le toit du riad où nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners préparés par une équipe féminine adorable. Chambre très bien décorée et très propre, bonne literie Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Amalia pour votre gentillesse et votre attention qui ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Petit bémol pour la douche qui éclabousse un peu partout, impossible de régler l’orientation du pommeau mais ce n’est pas grave

The Riad Amalia was an excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff making sure that your stay was as comfortable as possible. Centrally located not far from the main market. Food for dinner was very good! If you ever get a chance to come to Marrakesh, Riad Amalia is a wonderful place to stay!

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits au Riad, et ce que nous avons le plus aimé, c'est l'accueil d'Ibrahim et de ses collègues, ainsi que leur professionnalisme. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux avec quelques variations au fil des jours, toujours accompagnés d'une bonne tasse de thé à la menthe ! Les lieux sont superbes, les chambres et salles de bains sont grandes et propres. Le rooftop permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les toits de Marrakech. Mais ce que nous retiendrons personnellement, c'est la disponibilité et l'écoute d'Ibrahim lors de notre séjour au Riad, ainsi que nos discussions.

Notre séjour au riad Amalia a été très agréable. Le riad est absolument magnifique. Il est très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pieds de la place jamaa lfnna). Karim, Brahim et Omar ainsi que la dame qui prépare les petits déjeuners ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable. On a pu discuter au tour d'un thé à la menthe. Karim nous a conseillé des itinéraires ainsi que de très beaux endroits à visiter pour que l'on puisse profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Il est aussi possible de faire différentes excursions à des prix très attractives. Je recommande fortement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Michelle.

It was hard to find the Riad on the day of our arrival, not easy to locate. Bathroom needs upgrade and cleanliness, not so comfortable.

Un sublime Riad au sein de la Medina de marrakech, à 20 min à pied de la place Jamaa el fna (en empruntant les charmantes ruelles de la vieille ville). La chambre était très spacieuse, la déco et la salle de bains dignes d'un riad marocain. literie très confortable. Parties communes joliment décorées sont un plus pour profiter du calme du Riad. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. je recommande !

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au riad un accueil exceptionnel, une disponibilité parfaite, et un personnel très à l'écoute, si nous repassons par Marrakech sans hésiter nous retournons au gîte Amalia

Virkelig et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter dagen i Marrakesh sine trange smug. Kerim og Ibrahim var perfekte verter med humor og glimt i øyet. Et fantastisk opphold, anbefales på det sterkeste!

Friendly staff, and the breakfast offered something different and new every day. There was a great variety, so you could try many things.

I would like to suggest placing new trash bins in the rooms, as there were no bins available for garbage.

We lovely the authentic feel of the place. It was clean and staff were friendly.

There was rubbish right outside the door. We couldn't choose what we wanted for breakfast. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. All very basic.

La propreté, la situation du Riad, la disponibilité du personnel. Nous n’avons guère profité du Riad car nous y avons passé qu’une nuit avant de prendre notre avion le lendemain matin.

L’accueil a été vraiment top de Karim et Brahiim, toujours disponible, nous voyagions avec notre fille de 4 ans et notre bébé de 9 mois. Ils étaient au petit soin pour nos enfants. Le Riad est magnifique, petit jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Vu sur les toits de Marrakech pour boire le thé. La chambre était assez grande pour 3 + un lit bébé. Bien situé, environ 20 min de la place djemaa El-fna si on prend le bon chemin ! Restauration dans la rue à côté.

Attentive staff 24/7 who arranged a taxi middle of the night for us. The location is great and the rooms and the courtyard very tastefully decorated.

Breakfast was delicious, eaten either on the roof terrace or in the inner courtyard. The room was spacious clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the riad was located in a quiet area in the south of the medina that felt safe to walk in at night.

The only niggle we had was that we found it difficult to get the hot tap on the shower to work properly at first. This was fixed by the staff.

The terrace, friendly hosts, the breakfast, the location is optimal, the inner yard looks beautiful.

Maybe we simply didn't have luck with the room assignment, we were on the lower level to the stairs, a little dark, a little humid, a bit sink smell. Probably other rooms are better.

Was uns besonders gefallen hat , Trotz unserer sehr spät Ankunft wurden wir vom organisierten Taxi-Service des -Hotels zuverlässig abgeholt. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren angenehm groß, und das Frühstück war hervorragend . Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Omar für die vielen wertvollen Tipps-das hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.

Ein kleiner Nachteil war die Lautstärke, da das Haus etwas hellhörig und offen gebaut ist Das war gelegentlich etwas störend, insgesamt aber gut verkraftbar.

All of the staff were so very helpful, in fact it is without doubt the best hotel customer service I have ever received.Nothing was a problem and everyone went out of there way to make our six night stay truly amazing.The room and hotel were clean and comfortable.The food was beautiful and it is ideally situated in a quiet corner but all restaurants/bars and attractions a very short walk away .

It is a very small Riad right in the centre of Marrakech. Everyone was really efficient and kind. The area is very much 'real' Marakech It isn't luxurious but is very clean and well run. The in-room air conditioner unit was quiet and worked well. Internet access is fast and reliable. We needed help to find the entrance door when we arrived.

Riad Amalia is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech - a quiet, clean and beautiful space away from the main areas but surrounded by good food and a nice Main Street. The Staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were generously sized with beautiful bathrooms and we had breakfast on the roof every morning. Would absolutely book again if coming back to Marrakesh - thank you for having us.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables à Marrakech en séjournant au Riad Amalia. Dès notre arrivée, Omar nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec le sourire et nous a accompagnés jusqu’à notre chambre. Le logement était propre et conforme aux photos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse du riad où nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners. Un grand merci à Raja qui nous a permis de découvrir un petit déjeuner différent chaque jour, toujours délicieux. Le riad est également très bien situé, nous avons pu effectuer la majorité de nos déplacements à pied et lorsque nécessaire, Ibrahim et Karim se faisaient un plaisir de nous organiser un taxi. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Amalia pour votre gentillesse et votre attention qui ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Léger manque de luminosité dans la chambre Majorelle et vis-à-vis car donne sur la cour centrale.

The staff were all really nice and very attentive. Its a very pretty Ryad with only about 5 rooms located in the Medina and about 20 mins walk from the main square.

Sometimes there was not enough hot water so my shower was luke warm and if another guest was having a shower, then my water pressure went down to a trickle. Although the Wifi signal in the room was good, the internet connecting the Riad was a bit flaky. This was not a problem for me as I had bought a SIM at the airport, but its worth noting and getting a SIM if you are staying.

Assez proche de la mosquée du quartier et donc réveil matinal lors du Ramadan à 04h15…mais c’est le charme du Maroc… C’est un peu loin de la place principale à pied (20min) mais bien desservi par les taxi + excellents restos dans le quartier

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Amalia. The riad is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt authentic Kerim is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with recommendations and making sure everything runs smoothly. His hospitality really made our stay special. The location is perfect for exploring the medina while still enjoying a quiet escape at the end of the day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

locatia este oarecum la marginea Medinei si este foarte linistita. Mizeria din jur nu prea ne-a placut, dar cam asa e pe toate stradutele mai linistite. Riadul foarte frumusel, linistit, arhitectura foarte bine pastrata, terasa cu sezlong-uri si zone de umbra...

Umezeala mare in camere (nu stiu daca e din cauza climei din momentul vizitei), Baia cam uratica. Aveam doar o para de dus fixa care curgea in toate directiile si ti-e cam greu sa faci un dus. Scurgerea chiuvetei picura si am inteles de ce cosul de gunoi era pozitionat acolo. Sistemul usilor la inchidere/deschidere foarte galagios...

Alloggiare nel riad Amalia è stata una coccola. La stanza era perfetta per 3 persone e la colazione abbondante e varia. Ma la vera chicca di questo posto è sicuramente il personale, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a dare consigli. La zona è tranquilla e poco rumorosa alla sera, è facile arrivarci con un taxi e fare un piccolo tratto a piedi. La mattina della nostra partenza ci hanno anche accompagnate a prendere il taxi.

Very impressed by the friendliness of everyone who worked at the Riad..they couldn’t have done more for us. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main square of the Medina with plenty of places to eat in. Although there was plenty of places to eat in within a 5/10 minute walk of the Riad. Very quiet and very good value.

Lo staff e sempre stato gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi cosa, domanda o richiesta particolare, la struttura e bellissima e pulita, lo stesso vale per la stanza. Ottima la colazione varia e diversa tutti i giorni, abbiamo cenato una sola volta in struttura e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Buona la posizione vicino ad una delle porte principali della città. Molto apprezzato il teh di benvenuto e l'offerta di un teh che ci avrebbero servito in anticipo rispetto alla colazione il giorno in cui siamo usciti presto in modo da non farci lasciare la struttura a pancia vuota e fuori dai canonici orari della colazione

Very spacious and beautiful Riad, which is located in a quiet area of the Medina. There is a terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the Internet is good enough, to work there. Omar, Ibrahim and Karim will do their best to make the stay as wonderful as possible, we had a great time there and nice conversations. We can highly recommend this riad.

Nothing - everything was great. Even with heating system, it can get a little chill in the winter months and the bathroom has some strange smell due to the location I guess, but all in all 10/10.
