Maybe can improve on the breakfast buffet. I was fine, but could be better.

NONE OF IT ! All was good .. superrrr

We had a pleasant stay at Bertam Resort& waterpark, Penang, with comfortable rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly service. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of food, making our stay even more satisfying.

Bertam Resort best 👌

Nothing

A very interesting and worthwhile vacation spot to spend with the family. A very beautiful and luxurious resort.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, so for the 2nd day I was at the waterpark all day and I put up signage to make up the room, unfortunately the room was not packed but the signage was missing from the door knob.

Amazing hotel with beautiful lobby and pool. Great place to relax with family. It also have karaoke room and arcade games. Overall it was very satisfying and worth staying!!

Nothing actually except for the weather that are very hazy.

Everything.

Nothing

Good service and ambience. Nice swimming pool.

Inconvenient parking service. It is because some visitors for the water park took advantage of hotel parking or I think so.

Semua bagus.

Near the waterpark

Nice

My family really like the ambiance & the facilities inside..

You all really need to have a look the maintenance of every facilities.. ths to make sure the area well maintained.. especially at the waterpark (toilet - door for every room, cleaniliness inside the cafeteria area),next is in the room - there is some space have a dust. Carpet in the room become dirty.

I really like the place very suitable for kids enjoy and having fun, parking and place good too. All staff very helpfull and so kindness service very2 good ..... So superb

Very good and suitable for family vacations🥰

Lack of cleanliness of water park and low maintenance of the facilities

Everthing

Maybe about food taste

The whole suite concept

Irish pool SUITE B103 The maintenance needed to be improved. Following are not working: 1. Auto Curtain in bedroom 2. The flushing/cleaning mechanism in toilet 3. The down light near the bar counter 4. To add window curtain near toilet shower. Portion of the toilet can be seen from outside back staircase 5. TV in bedroom spoiled

The enviroment very comfortable

Bilik besar, card power dah diletakkan & aircond dah turned on even before check in so bilik sentiasa sejuk even kalau keluar dari bilik. Swimming pool is the best. Food by menate memang terbaik. Both breakfast buffet & dine at restaurant. Lift banyak & laju.

Some staff not really friendly & helpful. Kena tunggu lama just nak pulangkan pool towwel sebab staff hilang. Staff at restaurant chef wan pun not helpful.

Tempat sangat selesa dan byk kemudahan

Semuanya memuaskan InsyaAllah akan memginap disini lagi

All are excellent, great stay with superb breakfast

Excellent 1st class experience

Close to waterpark, great view, spacious room, comfortable, best entertainment such as pool game room snooker and gym.

Parking should have a solar rooftop. Too hot

The design, cleanliness and ambience. Also the facilities - swimming pool, kids room, and gym. All are well maintained and clean.

Excellent overall

Breakfast spread could have been better

The Staff are very helpful

Crowded during Breakfast on Sunday Morning, And we have to wait for seated.

I had a precious stay

we like the pool

nothing

Very good place

Everything... The room and bathroom toilets were all clean. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly.

We had to grab some drinks around 11pm coz room service was (noone on duty till 1210am). But grab wasnt allowed to enter d premise even till d lobby entrance. So guests need to go waaaaaay down to guardhse. That was quite d u fortunate thing. We were a fmly of 12 so drinks were really important with children too.

The location is convenient and near the highway exit. The lobby was spacious and windy, and had live music at night. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was big and relaxing. They have a free buggy service directly to the water park entrance. Breakfast had a very wide range of options.

We had a quadruple room, and the shower room design was not good. Water would flow down the glass door and out into the entire bathroom floor during every shower, because the floor tiles do not tilt back towards the shower drain. Also, the public toilet in the common area is always totally wet (the toilet bowl, the door and even the walls!) and therefore unusable.

Overall very pleasant experience.

Pool & the surrounding facilities. Buffet is great.

The environment itself with combination classic and modern concept make peaceful atmosphere at this resort will contribute myself to come again

The breakfast buffet not too attractive and look not inline with rate of room price per day. The buffet should be more happening with variety of food

The facilities...the cleanliness

Waiting almost 1hour to check in..maybe can be improved so that the customer no need to wait..they say only 20 min to ready...

Family friendly.

Clean and wort it.

Everything was good here ..the staff are friendly, the room are clean and spacious will definitely come again

so clean and comfortable

The ambiance

The single bed should be changed to super single

Everything! It was not clean, food is very not tasty and nothing to do!

The overall hotel was excellent. Abundance of food outlet, excellent breakfast. Front office staff were really good.

Not enough time to explore everything.

Good stay..my family love it. Clean room...friendly staff...nice view...large swimming pool. Definitely will come again.

Ok

Ok

If you like to take pictures. The hotel is very chic

Poolside food service could be better. Waited almost an hour for a poolside pizza. Pizza should be ready 15-30 mins not a hour. There’s no money change for token in game room. Had to go to lobby which is quite far to get a smaller change to buy game tokens. Not to mentioned, the aircond is not functioning in the game room. Breakfast choices are plenty but the taste generally on the lower side. I expect better taste for a 5 stars hotel.

Excellence

swimming pool

good

the environment, the pool, the restaurant, breakfast experience,

hotel need to recheck their AC unit and button for curtains. they need to mention if they sell room with balcony or not. so that customer not arguing with receptionist during check in. we hope that food for breakfast need to be refill when the tray is empty and not waiting for us to ask then to do it.

Semua cantik

Tak ingat

Everything is very good. Nothing complains about the hotel.. very nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet is also very good and tasty. The place is so nice. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Worth the money.

I like the design of the resort. Decoration is nice, the room very comfortable. The hospitality from the staffs is excellent and the food is quite delicious. I was given a complimentary hi tea set from the hotel, very happy with that.

Fabulous stay. Love everything about it. Got upgrade to Duluxe Room when checking in.

clean, tidy, comfortable

1. information about parking in and out are not clear. reception didnt tell before about whenever leave the property should go to verify bank card to lobby first. so, it costs me twice without any notice. already know when about to check out lol. 2. breakfast menu is very average not worth for money. i expect to be good with the price. 3. staff not friendly at all no smiling acting like they own the hotel except one person who serves me a drink at Citrus Bar. he's good at doing his job.

All, especially the huge amazing pool. And it is heated. So wonderful swimming early in the morning, no crowd and not cold.

Lift lambat. Sbb ada 1 rosak, yg bole guna cuma 1 saja on each wing.

Room condition

Nope

Friendly, attentive staff, clean and perfect location.

Environment

Ample parking (no covered carpark though), nice beautiful and calming ambience, friendly staff at reception & coffee house, good and tasty breakfast spread, room was overall clean & comfortable.

Room aircond unit was a bit noisy, room surrounding insulation a bit lacking so a bit noisy from neighbouring rooms and corridor.

Very comfortable and clean resort. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and very helpful guard. Big swimming pool, kids room, kids games, laundry, very delicious breakfast. Worth it..big room, comfortable pillows. beautiful lobby fragrant elevator My son really likes the water park. My family and I had a great time.🥰👍🏻👍🏻

nothing. everything is great

Kolam luas.

tiada banyak pilihan Makanan Masakan Malaysia.

Very well decorated / tasteful

Individual aircon split units with very noisy compressors- for the price, one would have expected centralised air conditioning

View bilikk nmpak waterpark.. Breakfast sedap, kueytiaw goreng kick!

Bilik dah best tapi bising sikit dari cafe chef wan kat bawah

The cleanliness of the room and the staff are helpful and courteous. The room also smell fresh.

The food in the restaurant can be improved further. For example the croissants were exposed and hence it became hard. The lemang served on 18/6/26 taste as if it was stored overnight not freshly cut. The sambal for nasi lemak can be improved further.

Staff mesra dan membantu. Bilik selesa dan kawasan hotel sangat cantik dan bersih.

During my stay, ada kontraktor sedang bekerja berdekatan dengan tingkap bilik. Sedikit menggangu dan sebagai perempuan yg stay seorang, sy rasa x selamat.

Nice environment, friendly staff, beautiful decorations
