Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s a shared house, but it was quiet and well-maintained, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The host was friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2024I used to stay here whenever I visited Melaka, I should have stayed here for more than 5 times. The owner is very helpful and the unit is always clean. A nice place to stay.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2024I like the whole idea of co-living, but of course, it comes with more issues that needs extra attention and proper dealings. there was free coffee and tea at the common area and the room was clean. The host was friendly and attentive to our questions/issues.
Would suggest a proper introduction and instructions from the owner at least we are aware of the procedures and type of stay before checking in. The place is a bit run down and not maintained because it is mainly used for students hostel purposes. The fan in my room had a loud squeaky noise when on so could only use A/C. Couldnt sleep in the beginning because there was a room with a child and he kept going in and out of the room and continuously slamming the door.

Bathroom should be inside room example like master bedroom, service provider should mention "sharing bath" with others to avoid missunderstanding and customer expectation.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2023I like the style of the room (hostel style), its cleanliness and the view outside when u sleep with opened windows. Everything was clean. The host accomodate us at his best by guiding, being generous, listening and fulfilling our needs throughout our stay.
The lift at carpark bulidng didnt function during our stay so need to use the stairs. Still ok for me if you dont bring lots of stuff esp if theyre heavy.
