Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The staff were really friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that even though the usual check-in time is 3 PM, I arrived around 1 PM and they did their best to get my room ready. I was able to check in just a few minutes later, which was really nice after arriving early. The room was clean, and the location was great just a short walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay.

员工服务很好但是更多的是不思考的做事。 1、入驻的时候要安静的房间。 给了我一个15楼顶楼。一宿没睡好。顶楼健身房和泳池，也不知道是不是什么机器工作，根本无法入睡 后来要求换房间，一查我房号，啥都不说，直接给我换了（估计他自己都知道，那一层吵） 疑问：那我入驻强调要安静的房间。你们的工作人员，当时在考虑什么？？？ 2、checkin的时候，说平台收钱了。说他不收了，所以不给发票。 等回国我发现，我的预定是现场付钱的。平台不管的。（后来他们也把钱在预留信用卡上扣了） 现在还在处理：发票没有。也联系不上他们。whatsapp不处理，booking上面沟通留言也不处理..... 现在还不知道后面怎么搞。 整体感觉就是，不思考的服务。

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado do Pavillion Bukit Jalil, um dos maiores shoppings do mundo com certeza. Super recomendo

Reviewed May 12, 2026The location is great, just a short walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil, although it would be better if there are dedicated guards to help with crossing esp w children due to the roundabout. But otherwise, a lovely pleasant stay!
The toilet in the king room we were given didn't have a proper door for closing. It was a sliding door that left a gap which made my guests uncomfortable as whoever walked past could look in. The toilet was also right next to the room door hence added on to the discomfort.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I didn't like the fact that they request for security fee and don't refund it at check out. They told me an international transfer should take two weeks but its now almost 3 weeks and i haven't received my money.
The hotel charges 200 ringgit extra for security, they had indicated that money would be refunded to me on check out but instead they said it will be transferred to my bank in two weeks. my check out was on 5th April, its almost 3 weeks, i haven't received the money. I think its a way of scamming their international clients.
