Levo Hotel

Location is perfect as it is along the way.

Hotel was centrally located to places I had to go! Great customer service and very clean!

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Great value for money.

The ramp for PWDs was located at the far left side of the building (when facing the building). Its location was not quite suitable for wheelchair users, particularly during rainy weather. At the time of the visit, the pathway leading to the ramp was also flooded.

Spacious room

Very clean, room was clean & beds are comfortable

They could do more in the breakfast department, if you walk in after 8am the options to choose from are run out.

Accessible and nearby transportation.

Spacious for a room, new, amenities are available

Nothing to dislike

NICE ROOMS, NICE STAFF, VERY NICE HOTEL

THEY FORGOT MY DINNER I ORDERED ONLINE

I love the cleanliness, size of the rooms, the cr facilities, and the beds. I like the rooms on the back side because of the view. But, rooms on the front have too much street noise.

The wifi. When the hotel is full, it's beyond slow. At times, it didn't even work. Pages would just sit and spin and would not load. The wifi needs a significant upgrade.

Nice place and. Wet accessible

I got the family suite though it was just me. It was spacious and more than enough for 1 person. Everyone made my stay very comfortable.

Just the internet connection since it was a little slow to what I normally have at home but other than that it was all great!

Location was great.

Mosquitoes.

Size of room is good

We liked almost everything the hotel had to offer.

We weren't notified of the extra charge for stained sheets. We needed to pay for the cleaning of the sheets as well.

Clean and staff were accommodating

The staff and the convenient location.

The cafe doesn’t open early, but its okay.

The location is convenient near shopping center.

Would know as we stay just for a night.

Accessible

My room (5th floor) during my second stay was noisy due to ktv in 4th floor during the night🥹

Excellent food and location...

Friendly staff, clean facility.

Greedy business practices and unclear policies. The room which they said was good for 3 adults could only fit two, forcing us to pay for extra beds. The prices for the extra beds differed for some odd reason with one room being 500 per night and the other being 1,500 per night which they tried to justify by saying that because we booked two rooms the second room would receive a higher price for the extra bed (Essentially if we booked the 2 rooms separately we’d only be paying 500 per night for the each extra bed in both rooms - which was validated by the receptionist). To add to that, we received an email saying that our request for early check in had been approved but upon arrival at the hotel we were told we’d need to pay over 2k for early check in despite the rooms already being seemingly available.

Staff was fantastic. Facilities were great.

The service level of the front office, security team, lobby crew, restaurants and housekeeping were consistently amazing. A 3-star hotel team providing 5-star service.

The hotel was upgrading its wifi and data systems during my stay. There were occasional moments when the wifi and the video streaming would reset unexpectedly. No worries. Service would be great when the upgrade is completed.

Easy access to all.

Nice hotel and good value

Coffee shop to open early

The Hotel is situated in a good location but not much selection of restaurants in the area.

Clean room, friendly & helpful staffs, convenient dining areas, shops nearby

Clean and modern hotel also rooms are big. It’s not very easy to access malls or restaurants by foot!

.

family friendly, easy access to shops and stores, breakfast menus has many options, has 2 nice and convenient dining areas

All of the staffs are amazing and great hospitality! Comfortable bed and pillows and very clean.

Everything was great except for one thing, there was a leak on our ceiling.

We love the room, spacious, clean and mini bar is great. Location is ideal for busy people like us, close to almost everything. No problem with Parking, and cafe down is a big plus. Easy check in and out.

Breakfast isnt so exciting. Nothing to expect much. Just the ordinary breakfast meal which we didn't care having it again on the second day of our stay. Staff were hesitant to serve coffee which I do not understand why it is self- serve.

Accogliente, personale molto gentile. Arredamento ben messo.

Thank you! Second time around here.staffs are great and kind. The place is very nice to stay.

my go to hotel when im in pangasinan.. very clean and very nice.. easy access to everything

the best hotel

Five star for me. The best in overall. It feels like home and i love it. Il stay again here for my next visit

Amazing Good Place to Stay.

The staff has been amazingly welcoming. The room was beautiful, and the experience has been great. Will definitely be back here again.

Nothing specific, only that I wish there were more drink choices for the breakfast meal.

Our stay at the Levo Hotel could not have been better. The rooms and the rest of the facility were very clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The staff was simply amazing!

Great place to stay, convenient and close to the mall and restaurants. Has 2 restaurants in the ground floor that serves great foods. The only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom drainage in the shower has poor draining system.

Loved the cafe downstairs.

Limited choices. Would have appreciated a buffet - even cereal options and fruit for those who don't stomach the fried Filipino foods well.

Hotel is new. I love the spacious room. A/C was great as it was pretty much 100F daily when I was there. Place is maintained well. The only drawback is the food served in the hotel but you can go out and try restaurants in the area. Staff were all courteous and hardworking.

Clean, quiet and safe environment. Great customer service and friendly staffs

I like the cleanliness of the room and facilities & their staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice. Thanks.

The total overall experience, the clean, safe and accessible Levo Hotel and the friendly, helpful and courteous guards and staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel in the city of Urdaneta. From what I understood, it is pretty new so everything works as it should. Housekeeping does a good job and the room was clean. However, the a la carte breakfast is limited and definitely not worth the money, so maybe they should work on it.

This was my second time to stay at Levo hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very courteous. The entire service is excellent. I would definitely go back!

Quiet

Lando in security was really helpful and attentive.

The hotel was simple and plane. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel should have a better decor. Not much choice on breakfast.

Breakfast was plain and simple. Not much choices.

The room is very simple and not a fancy hotel. It could have improve the decor of the hotel.

Great hotel

The hotel is great and their service is 10 out of 10. The staff is so nice
