Leider dürften sich einige Vormieter nicht an das Rauchverbot gehalten haben. Der Geruch war fast unerträglich. Ich hab dies auch mit der Reinigungsdame besprochen. Sie kann natürlich auch nichts für dieses Verhalten.

It's a bit worn down. Bathroom has seen better days, walls are paper thin; you hear everything from the other apartments; voices, footsteps, doors closing, showering etc. so you better hope your neighbours are quiet!

Egyedül a vékony falak voltak zavaróak, a szomszédból beszűrődött a zuhany hang teljesen, de ez csak addig volt zavaró amíg használták

Being in the top “attic apartment” felt a bit claustrophobic but that’s a personal issue, it’s a charming place nevertheless. There are other apartments not located right at the top.

The smart TV was also fully functional and compatible with lots of applications with the bathroom also being spotless. The location was also a big plus, as the room was located only minutes away from the city centre, as well as the main train station. Finally, the price was a steal for everything you get!
The WiFi was very slow at all times. In addition, the pillows weren't the most comfortable and we weren't provided any shampoo/shower gel and had to buy one ourselves.

Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani presentavano macchie residue di lavaggio: non sembravano sporchi, ma mi sarei aspettata biancheria perfettamente curata. I cuscini per dormire un po' scomodi.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Die Lage war super, das Zimmer an sich sehr angenehm. Toll war auch, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine und kleine Küche gab. Sämtliche Streamingdienste stehen zur Verfügung. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Größe des Apartments geschuldet, steht man nach Eintritt direkt in der kleinen Küche. Es gab keinen Teppich oder etwas für die Schuhe, dadurch war es sehr schnell dreckig in der Küche am Boden. Auch vor der Tür kein Fußabtreter. Wenn man länger bleibt, ist es sehr schnell extrem dreckig. Unangenehm, wenn man mit Socken herumgeht oder aus der Dusche kommt. Wäre eine kleine Änderung, die den Aufenthalt viel angenehmer machen würde :)

Reviewed May 13, 2026Very clean and comfortable apartment close to the train station and almost in the center of Graz. Very easy check in and very responsive host, who let us check out a bit later the next day. Would definitely recommend.
The kitchen is well equipped but it would be nice to have some oil and salt. I'm aware this is not included, just saying it would be nice :)

Reviewed May 13, 2026Nettes, sehr sauberes Appartement in altem, aber top renoviertem Gebäude. Handtücher und ausreichend Bettwäsche vorhanden. Kleine gut ausgestattete Küche. Badezimmer eher sehr klein. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Quartier wieder buchen.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: das Fenster muss älter sein - war nicht sehr dicht, vor allem akustisch. Zum Glück ist die Josefigasse kaum befahren.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Die Lage war super. Leider auch ziemlich laut, da direkt in der Stadt gelegen und man alles, was die vorbeigehenden Passanten reden hört. Wir hatte Pech, es war gerade ein Fest... Das Apartment war geräumig, hell und gut aufgeteilt. Check in verlief schnell und problemlos mittels Schlüsselsafe.
Es gab Ameisen im Bad und die Küche schien nicht sauber. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. Separately, I want to note the cleanliness. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is fresh. I also liked that there were shops and cafes nearby, so everything I needed was at hand. In general, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would be happy to come back again.

Reviewed May 4, 2026I really appreciate normal size table in the room! Sometimes I need to work a bit when I travel and the table is something I often miss :) The kitchen is equipped so one can prepare some food. Localization is just perfect. I also love self check-in option.
The bathroom is quite small so it may be not very comfortable for longer stays. But still for me it was just ok :)

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, dobrze skomunikowana z dworcem, blisko do części zabytkowej miasta, wszystko pod ręką, sklep, przyjemne kawiarnie w okolicy. Rozsądna cena, przestronny, czysty pokój, miła komunikacja z obsługą, gotową do elastycznych zmian godzin pobytu. Kuchnia wyposażona tylko w najbardziej niezbędne sprzęty, malutki aneks, ale przy krótkim pobycie, wystarczająca, zwłaszcza, że jest też stół.
Trochę głośne miejsce z powodu robót drogowych, ale przy zamkniętych oknach ok. Dla osoby z dużą i ciężką walizką pierwszy odcinek dosyć małych schodów może być niewygodny. Do kuchni zaglądają mrówki. Mnie to w ogóle nie przeszkadza, nie jest ich dużo i są nieszkodliwe, ale jeśli ktoś bardzo nie lubi, pewnie lepiej wiedzieć.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Die Gastgeber_in war sehr freundlich und das mit dem Schlüssel war unkompliziert und die Lage war super! Auch die Matratze war sehr gut, nicht zu weich!
Die Nachbar_innen hört man hin und her gehen, was aber nur stört, wenn man den Vormittag im Bett verbringen will!
