Everything was good only the water in the shower wasn't warm much

It is the best place to stay near Walking Street. The staff is fantastic and responsive. I had a problem with my knee and they took me to their doctor ! I had a side trip to beaches and they held my luggage. The best and most reliable and honest people in the area .

They put me up in the new annex building behind the field hotel 🏨 fantastic new very spacious room immaculately clean throughout and good value happy happy customer 🙏

Location cannot be beaten. Staff are the best I have ever experienced……they are so helpful and friendly

A bit noisy above the bar. But if you are here for the bars then not a problem. Haha

The location was great and the rooms large, and comfortable. Great air conditioning, great size shower and wonderful staff. I had a small unexpected issue with a back muscle and they walked me to their doctor and pharmacy. They treated me like family and an honored guest the entire time .

The shower at 1st until i worked it out how to get hot water .Also they kept forgeting my 2 bottles of water maybe because you get charged for taking anything out of fridge butt 30 peaso wont break the bank hahaha butt nothing bad even the noise wasnt loud my room 301 all good .

Hotel was old and rundown, it was loud in room due to club that is on the ground floor.

Hallway smells Ongoing renovations Uncomfortable rooms with no windows. Rooftop pool was being renovated. Not as advertised. The shower didn’t work for the first 3 days I was there.

L'area della piscina necessita di manutenzione più accurata cosi come la jacuzzi che non funziona. Anche la pulizoa e l'ordine in questa area necessitano sicuramente di più cura

We had a great time! It’s a nice, small hotel with an amazing rooftop swimming pool definitely a highlight of our stay. Since it’s located above bars, our second-floor room was a bit noisy at times, but we were there to party anyway, so it didn’t bother us at all. Perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun, lively atmosphere and a good time!

Staff very good and very keen to help. Hotel very convenient and in the heart of Angeles. Comfy enough beds and tidy enough room.

Noisy if you stay on the first floor where reception is... the loud doorbell followed by a loud recorded voice promt waking me up from the early hours of the morning as much as ten times a morning... music loud from club downstairs which is to be expected i guess... i would stay again if assured staying on upper floor away from doorbell and music. Last note, stairs access to hotel no good for those who arent good on their feet.

Debajo hay un club con la música super alta, es como dormir en una discoteca, cierra a las dos de la mañana y abre a las 9 de la mañana, la habitación no tiene ventana ni balcón.

L’accueil: j’ai été obligé d’attendre que le personnel finisse de manger avant d’ ouvrir le sas de sécurité. On entend la musique du bar qui se trouve juste en dessous . Pas de fenêtre .

The hotel & staff were fantastic

There was nothing too not like.

The location is perfect! It is right on Red Street. You walk out of the entrance and you are in the bar district.

I would like to have the rain shower head replaced with a hand held spayer you can mount on the wall. It is impossible to rinse your body without getting your hair wet with the rain shower head. This applies to both of the rooms I have stayed at, 201 and 301. My next visit to Angeles, I will definitly stay there again.

New owner and management are very accommodating and fair.

Good location Has mini fridge with lots of drinks and snacks at a fair price.

Nothing really, not even the roof top pool didn’t live up to the pictures…

Room had no window facing out, no emergency exit and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Excellent attentive staff, big room, great shower, even met the owner and helped me book my taxi to the airport. Nice dude.

Way too loud due the bar downstairs, you feel the bass everywhere in the room.

I loved that it was literately Steps away from the bars.

If the shower would have had hot water at both shower heads, not just the rain shower.

The hotel was centrally located for shops and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and helped with any issue that occurred.

There were a few issues: The router didn't work - replaced. The safe didn't work- replaced and later its batteries were replaced. The shower head was leaking - fixed. The location in Booking map is wrong.

Sheets appeared to be excessively worn (to include a small hole or two in a sheet or pillow case. Toothpaste and toothbrush aren’t included for free, and the tiny piece of soap is absolutely terrible. You’ll want to buy your own soap.

great location great staff and the roof top is absolutely amazing ive stayed here twice and i will always recommend it to everyone i know i do enjoy the added security of the outdoor key code
