No washing machine, there’s small cockroaches crawling in the pantry and the toilet. Host is nice, can easily be contacted but can be rude sometimes

The host was very approachable, friendly, and accommodating. The place is in a very good location and is comfortable and convenient for both short stays and long-term stays. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

A special thanks to Mai for her excellent attitude, kindness, and quick responses to all our inquiries. Her support made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was exactly as describe⁰d at the time of booking—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service. Without a doubt, JK Residence will be our first choice whenever we visit this area again. The staff and owner are fantastic people where happy to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning before the 2pm check-in at very short notice as i could not work out how to contact them as old person all new to me room was a high quality and very clean comfortable bed 😀 cheers the Daly family

Duży plus za możliwość zameldowania w nocy. Dobry kontakt z rezydentem apartamentu. W miarę blisko do centrum. Widok na miasto z wysokich pięter.

Byliśmy w 3 rodziny i jazda na innym piętrze. W naszym pokoju coś kapało z sufitu. Mieliśmy pokój na 35 piętrze, działała tylko połowa wind przez co nieraz czekaliśmy po 10 minut (byliśmy z dzieckiem w wózku) Dodatkowo płatny basen.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ehr eine kleine Wohnung. Der Ausblick war sehr gut und die Lobby war wirklich schön! Gut für einen Tag Übernachtung.

Es gab kein Angebot für Verpflegung, der Pool musste extra bezahlt werden, die Fenster waren sehr lärmdurchlässig.

Friendly staff and the AC works well.

Had to pay extra to use the pool. The room is extremely small, you have to climb over each other to get out of the bed which is really a hard mattress. It's not close to the mall as we thought when we booked it. Next time we will spend a few dollars more and stay in Makati.

I like the place so comfortable and peaceful. I highly recommend for the couple.Surely I will be back to stay again.

The lobby was nice

It was not good. The room had bugs all over, and instead of just giving us another room they sprayed pesticides in the room while we were in it. I (Murray) have a sensitivity to things like that and have both a regular inhaler and a steroid inhaler. The hostess gave us a different room, but by then I was having breathing issues and due to the location of the hotel being in a more congested area, we had to check out early and find another hotel with better air quality. Our 2nd room was a member of our party and also checked out. I requested a refund but that was denied and the hostess directed me to file a complaint with booking.com. I had to continue my trip to another province and then had to depart back to the United States. I have been back from my trip and have mostly recovered. I still want to request a refund. Proche de l’aéroport donc parfait avant ou après un vol. Il y a de quoi manger dehors donc c’était top. Il y a également beaucoup de convenient store dans les environs. La chambre est un peu étroite mais il y a une cuisine, un canapé avec une télé, un petit balcon qui permet d’avoir la vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil. Les ascenseurs de l’étage 34 étaient en travaux, il fallait donc aller au 33 et monter un étage à pied. Cela n’était pas gênant du tout

De service was op zich prima. Ze kwam snel naar de kamer bij vragen.

Ik sliep met mijn dochter en wilde allebei in apart bed. Ik dacht dat ik een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed had geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek dit een bed te zijn met een uitschuifla met een matrasje erin. Hierdoor kon de deur niet dicht en hoorde je alle herrie van buiten. Daarnaast moest je op het matras stappen om naar de wc te gaan. Als je meer dan 1 bed nodig hebt hier dan niet slapen. Met zijn 2en prima voor de prijs.

Location is great

We arived and the place stunk of fish . The place is ok for 2 and 1 child but for 4 adults and 2 small children the room is just too small . We booked 2 night stay and we wanted to use the swimming pool , the staff were rude, horrible to us . We were willing to pay the entrance fee, no problem, but being surrounded by staff for my 5 year old using the pool was a nightmare. Then after paying there were no towels , the guard made us drip dry before we could go back to our room, my child was shivering cold. Horrible experience. Wont recommend and won't come back

The place was very clean and comfy. Very good location and easy to access. Even though the unit we stayed at we're on the higher level of the condo.,the water supply was truly amazing. A soothing hot water bath definitely calm and relax your bodies after a very tiry day. And if you need or forgot something there's an Alfamart to go to. Definitely will go back to this place and will recommend this place. 🥰

The only thing I didn't like was there's no frypan available in the kitchen, since I am a person who cannot live without an egg in the morning. But after knowing the reason of the unit owner why they don't provide a cooking pan in their unit, I already understand it naman. So no worries at all.

It's near MOA and the place is clean. I love that they had slippers, flat iron and hair blower.

The plates, utensils and cups were not enough. There were only 2 sets and we booked a place for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Der Chek In hat schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Gute Aussicht auf Stadt und Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Klimaanlage war schön leise. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

La posizione ottima,facilmente raggiungibile. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto erano davvero molto gentili e cordiali. Devo fare i complimenti a Stefanie, la ragazza che principalmente coordina tutto, assistenza impeccabile. Le camere hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

The room was was described. Beds were comfortable and location to the airport was perfect. We did not have hot water, reported it to the manager but didn't hear back. Overall our stay was fine.

41階建ての高層ビルの40階に泊まることができて、素晴らしい景色でした。

特には見当たりませんでした。 強いて挙げれば、もう少し部屋が広いと嬉しいですが、問題ないです。

Joan was a very good host,,very smooth checking in at 2:30 am,, and easy to check out,, very good communication,,and the unit was very nice clean and cozy

We didn't have anything that we didn't like,,and I think if we did Joan would of accommodate us

The place was clean but very small. They asked for a deposit that we were nk5 informed abkut before. Later they refused tk returens the delost. Essentially making the stay 1k more expensive.
