Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Tout ! Emplacement, propreté, accueil formidable. Il y a même une petite échoppe à 20 mètres qui vend de l'eau fraiche 24/24 h .On peut stationner sa voiture à 200 m et il y a des porteurs pour les valises. Cette étape nous a laissé un très très bon souvenir.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Famille Fahym. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The riad is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a warm and authentic atmosphere. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available, friendly, and attentive to every detail, which made me feel truly at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Riad Famille Fahym to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and memorable stay in Fes. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The owner was incredibly kind, and I even had the pleasure of having company during dinner with his family. Although my train wasn't until later in the evening, he allowed me to keep my bag in my room well past check-out at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, homemade masaman that was the perfect start to the day. As this was my first stop in Morocco, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the country. The warmth and hospitality I experienced made me feel completely at home. The room was clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for making my first experience in Morocco such a memorable one!

رياض صغير و غرفتي لم تحتوي على تهوية كان شباك الغرفة يطل على الفناء الداخلي للرياض و كان هناك ازعاج من بعض النزلاء و اصوات عالية. لا توجد خصوصية و لا يناسب العوائل الخليجية. كانت تحربة سيئة.

Reviewed May 6, 2026The host was very lovely and treated us with love! He is one of the best we have met in Morocco! The Riad is very beautiful,I have booked 4 riads in my total trip and this is the most beautiful. We had pick up and drop arranged by the host, he even gave me traditional outfits for us to try and take pictures which was lovely gesture! And their roof top view is awesome. You can enjoy a nice evening on the roof.

Reviewed May 5, 2026L'atenció del propietari. Tot i que no ens enteniem amb l'idioma, va fer tot el possible per acollir-nos. A més, molt net i molt bona ubicació. I molt bon preu!
A vegades el wifi i l'aigua calenta (crec que al coincidir amb altres aixetes) eren una mica intermitents. Però res greu! Súper allotjament! El transport a l'aeroport molt bé, però una mica car, potser val més la pena regatejar als taxis de la ciutat.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The best things about this hotel were the very kind and accommodating host, Abdelmalik, and the rooftop terrace, which has superb views of Fes. Easy to access from Bab Guissa. A good base from which to explore Fes medina.
With a room as affordable as this, perhaps some compromises are to be expected. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and it did not smell good. Breakfast was plentiful but not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Morocco (cold fried egg was unusual and not to our taste). Room faced the street and was noisy at night.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Le riad Fahim est très agréable et authentique. Nous avons eu la chambre familiale, bien adaptée à une famille de 4. Le riad est idéalement situé juste à côté du cœur de la médina tout en étant dans un endroit calme (Bab Guissa), la gare routière Bab Boujloud (station taxi) est à quelques minutes à pied. Monsieur Fahim (Abdelmalik) est adorable, discret, attentionné et toujours disponible. Les petits déjeuners maison sont délicieux et très copieux avec un thé excellent. Le toit terrasse, duquel on peut profiter à tout moment, est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la médina et le Borj Nord. Le service de transfert jusqu’à l’aéroport s’est parfaitement passé. Thé et pâtisseries de bienvenue. Merci Monsieur Fahim pour la semaine passée dans votre riad, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons apprécié son sens de l'hospitalité et avons tissé des liens avec lui lors du thé qu'il nous a invité à prendre dès notre arrivée au riad. Je vous recommande le petit déjeuner au riad, qui était traditionnel marocain et délicieux. Le riad est très beau et bien orné, avec terasse sur le toît, et l'endroit est paisible tout en étant près des places centrales de la médina. Merci pour tout! Bonne continuation!

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Merci à la famille Fahym pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et notre hôte toujours prêt à nous aider pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le riad est dans un quartier calme tout prêt de l'artère principale du souk. L'architecture traditionnelle de la maison est très appréciable. Notre hôte s'est montré souple quant à notre heure d'arrivée et de départ et a organisé notre transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport.Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

La bienvenida fue inmejorable, con té de menta y dulces marroquíes que me hicieron sentir como en casa. Aunque la comunicación no fue fácil ( no hablaba francés y él no dominaba el inglés), conseguimos entendernos perfectamente. Gracias a eso, incluso aprendí algunas expresiones en marroquí. Shukran! Además, se ofrecieron a ayudarme con el traslado al aeropuerto, lo cual se agradece mucho. Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Fez, repetiré en este riad. Shukran bezaf!

No African food. Only western breakfast. But I was allowed to use the kitchen to prepare my needs.

L'aria condizionata purtroppo non buttava fuori aria calda ma la stanza comunque era abbastanza calda nonostante fosse Dicembre.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Muy buena ubicación, dado que está en la medina, pero alejado del bullicio en una calle tranquila. La habitación acogedora y amplia, y estaba todo muy limpio. Y el anfitrión Fahym nos pareció encantador! nada más llegar, un té con dulces típicos. Y el desayuno, riquísimo! volvería a alojarme en su casa sin duda 😊

Mr Fahym est discret et à l'écoute, il peut aussi raconter beaucoup de choses très passionnantes.on peut faire appel à lui pour des conseils de visite. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de sincérité et de respect. Le lieu est magnifique. Des travaux sont en cours pour ajouter encore du confort aux vacanciers. Cependant, on n'entend rien. Toujours la discrétion. Le petit déjeuner est complet et abondant. Miel, olives et huile d'olive viennent de la production familiale. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025Truly one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in my long list of travels. The hospitality shown is the greatest I've ever received. The host is an unbelievably kind and pure hearted man. Anything we needed we were helped with promptly and they made you feel like it was your home away from home. Overall, incredible value for money in an incredible location with an even better view of the city from the terrace roof. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone travelling in Fes.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad!The riad is located in a very convenient location, only a 5-10 min walk to the Medina and tannery, however it's in an alley so very quiet at night. The owner is so sweet and the nicest host we've met during our time in Morocco. His warm and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, with Moroccan bread, baguette, boil and fried eggs, jam, olive oil, mint tea and orange juice. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic and our room was clean and comfortable. The owner spoke Arabic and French, which we didn't speak so his neighbour Abdul came and helped us with check-in as well as gave us some suggestions on food, good photo spots and tourist traps to avoid. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Mrs Abdul is a lovely and extremely nice person and because of that the atmosphere in the Riad is really pleasant and the whole stay there was like that. This very gentle man serves a great breakfast, even made one for us early in the morning because of our bus, so I highly recommend to order this breakfasts. The owner speaks fluently French, but he has got a well communicative english spoke person. The standard of the room is okay.
The condition of the bathroom was a bit smelly and we had to closed the door each time, bit it’s fine to compare to the other spots which I have visited in Marroco.

The rooms have private bathrooms, the location it’s very good, it have a nice terrace with views of all the medina and the staff is so nice and they always took care of us. The breakfast was also good, and they went to buy some fruits when I told them I cannot eat bread. The price it’s very good; so far the best price-quality stay we’ve been in a monthly trip in Morocco.
We haven’t found anything bad in our stay.

The accomodation itself was lovely also, in a good location slightly out of the media but that allowed some quiet mornings and was very easy walking distance from all places. Our room and bed was great!

Extremely welcoming and always greeted with smile. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the room was quite big. The breakfast was amazing and Fatima (the host) went out of her way to accommodate us. Great value for money. Will be back!
