quartiere carino e posizione ottima sia che ci si muova coi mezzi che a piedi a tutte le ore. camera bellissima e piena di spazi e dettagli carini doccia super colazione semplice ma abbastanza varia. chiarissime le indicazioni sia per arrivare alla struttura che per entrare al primo accesso per un single da solo va benissimo

Sicuramente il design. Era bella, a parte i colori un po’ scuri ma in generale bella.

Die Metro befindet sich fußweit, tolle Restaurants im Umfeld. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, anspruchsvoll eingerichtet, die Terasse klein aber fein. Es war sehr ruhig in meiem Appartment.

Genervt hat mich, dass ich bei der Buchung nicht erkannt habe, dass es keine besetzte Rezeption gibt, sondern der Eintritt über zwei Codes läuft. Ich hatte in der Dunkelkeit etwas Probleme den richtigen Code einzugeben. Die Matraze war für mich deutluch zu weich. Frühstück einfach, hat jedoch für mich gereicht.

Nicely designed, renovated building in a great neighborhood, not far from the city center. Easy (self) check-in and check-out. Spacious enough for a family of 5.

Very hot, especially on the mezzanine, which required keeping the AC on during all night. The AC was extremely noisy. There was no space to leave the luggage, which required us to engineer a plan for the last day, since our flight was only at night. We used a service next to the Syntagma square, which worked very well - even better than having to go back to the hotel to collect the luggage. Just keep that in mind when planning.

La décoration des différents espaces, le style du lieu, les matériaux et les couleurs choisis sont assemblés avec beaucoup de goûts. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est calme. La literie est confortable. Il est possible d'aller à pied jusqu'à l'Acropole en 25 min. Des restaurants sympas sont accessibles à pied. Il est possible de se stationner dans la rue, devant l'hôtel Le petit déjeuner était complet et bon. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati comodi. Ottima e abbondante colazione, sia salata sia dolce. Dopo il check out ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli. Vicino alla metro con la quale si raggiunge velocemente l'area dell'Acropoli.

Holes in the duvet cover and a smelly bathroom drain. Not the end of the world. The more significant problem was the rudeness of the staff member at breakfast. Even if you said hello in Greek or smiled at her, she would ignore you or make you feel like a pest. Often on the phone too.

Nous avions eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cet établissement en 2024. Il a malheureusement perdu son âme. Les boîtes à clés ont remplacé le personnel charmant de l’époque. Le petit déjeuner maison délicieux et avec des spécialités locales a laissé la place à des produits industriels très moyens. Les matelas s’enfoncent, la propreté laisse à désirer et le personnel du matin au petit déjeuner pas très aimable est plus occupé à passer ses appels : les clients doivent ouvrir la porte aux livreurs que la personne en question voit mais ignore et cette personne ne répond pas quand on lui dit bonjour (car ne comprend manifestement pas ce qu’on lui demande) et se contente de vous montrer les deux numéros affichés sur le comptoir. Nous avons eu un problème avec le coffre mais impossible de joindre les deux numéros indiqués. Il a fallu passer par Booking et tout est finalement rentré dans l’ordre sans intervention de l’hôtel qui n’a répondu à nos messages que près de trois heures. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas.

Quiet neighbourhood, good breakfast, modern and clean rooms

The rooms have a stylish, modern design and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is a great alternative to the tourist center, with plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks maintenance and the breakfast was disappointing. There is no reception, and staying on the ground floor was quite noisy due to other guests, breakfast preparations, and staff playing music loudly even before breakfast service started. It’s also not within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Overall, while it has some positives, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The location, the room was spacious, cosy and well decorated. The neighborhood is very nice close to many restaurants and bars and also easy access to main attractions in walking distance.

The fact that they don't have a reception was problematic for us first day because we arrived very early but couldn't leave our luggage. They found a solution for us for our last day after check out to leave our luggage and make our experience better. Thank you for the solution.

Gemütliches kleines Hotel, das Zimmer war schön und hat für eine Übernachtung mit der Familie absolut gereicht. Die Lage war auch gut.

Das Frühstück war absolut nicht gut, abgepackte Sachen, nichts frisches.

Perfect location with great restaurants and bars around and the rooms are surprisingly silent given the location . Walking distance to the city centre "triangle".

The room did not have a fridge and I couldn't have a fresh drink during those really hot summer nights. Also the staff was really awkward. Breakfast was very rudimentary.

Very cute apartment hotel, with artistic flair! I appreciated the wonderful woman that serves breakfast, she goes above and beyond to help guests.

I knew this was a budget hotel and adjusted my expectations accordingly, but even for around €80 per night, the experience was disappointing. I requested a street-facing room when booking but was assigned a small room (which I highly doubt was the advertised 38 sqm) overlooking a noisy, dusty construction site. The photos of Room 303 on the hotel’s own website are also misleading, as they show a much nicer room than the one I received. As an Expedia Gold member, my booking included a complimentary upgrade subject to availability. Higher-category rooms were available on several booking platforms throughout my stay, yet management insisted there was no availability. I took screenshots and will be raising this with Expedia, as it appears inconsistent with the advertised VIP Access benefits. Communication before arrival was unnecessarily repetitive, with staff repeatedly requesting information I had already provided. The room had long hairs throughout, including in the bed. The mattress topper was old and full of holes (photo available), and I woke up with back pain. Housekeeping did not clean the room, empty the rubbish, or replace the towels during my stay. Breakfast consisted mainly of cheap, pre-packaged items and was so unappealing that I chose a nearby bakery after the first morning. Overall, this was a poor and disappointing experience. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Δεν είχε καθαριότητα στις 3 ημέρες διαμονής μας. Επίσης στα δωμάτια στο ισόγειο ακούγεται φασαρία από την αίθουσα πρωινού.

The design and space of the room was very lovely - we enjoyed having the sitting room and the balcony. The location was also pretty nice, although 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro and about a 15-20 minute walk from a more lively area. The AC worked great and on TV we could watch the World Cup matches so we were quite happy with all of that. The bed was also very comfortable ! We enjoyed the place and would stay again for sure, but there were a couple of things we wished were different.

We learned that there was no cleaning each morning, which was manageable for the 4 days 3 nights we were there, but not great. We were instructed to put toilet paper in the trash bin and not flush it, which we ignored when we realized there wouldn't be cleaning because we didn't want to create a smell. The other annoying thing was that without cleaning, we didn't get more coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine and so we had them on the first morning but then obviously not the other mornings. We went down to the breakfast to get coffee, but it sadly was not good at all. There was also quite some noise with construction in the morning and then neighbors singing in their garden until 3am. This is not the hotel's fault, and we used our noise cancelling airpods but yeah...not ideal.

Our Apartment 101 was on the ground floor - you hear every entry and exit and every breakfast prep noise from an early hour - including music. Breakfast was underwhelming as was the staff member serving - on her phone, disinterested…

El desayuno es correcto, sin alardes. Zumos varios (de bote), algo de fruta (sin preparar), yogur y cereales, pan para tostar, fiambre y queso, y huevos duros. El café muy malo, pero en la habitación tienen cafetera y lo cogíamos de ahí. La relación calidad-precio no está mal. La ubicación no es muy buena: el barrio tiene alguna calle sin iluminar, algún descampado... aunque caminando de la zona más céntrica son 15-20 minutos. Y la parada de metro más cercana tiene línea directa a Syntagma y al aeropuerto

El hotel no tiene recepción. Solo camareras en el desayuno que no hablan inglés ni español. La limpieza: cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba limpia (aunque la sábana que cubre el edredón estaba rota en varios sitios). El problema es que el 2º día (teníamos 4 noches) no pasó nadie a limpiar la habitación (cosa que vimos cuando llegamos a dormir). Al día siguiente llamé a un teléfono de "emergencias" y me responden que eso no es un hotel, es un airbnb (cosa que no se especifica en Booking en ningún sitio, como les indiqué), que solo limpian de vez en cuando... muy mal trato al cliente. Aunque ese día sí limpiaron, al día siguiente no.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Metrostation ist ca. 10 min entfernt. Vor der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist und der Zugang nur über Code und Schlüsselbox möglich ist. Das hat gut funktioniert. Zimmer war sauber, Bequeme Betten

Unsere Erwartungen wurden jedoch nicht erfüllt. Wir mussten feststellen, dass die Angaben auf der Homepage nicht den Tatsachen entsprechen. , Balkon ungepflegt. Festgestellt haben wir, dass es überhaupt keine Rezeption gibt. Im Eingangsbereich wird das Frühstück eingenommen. Das Frühstück ist ein kleines Buffet mit täglich gleichem Angebot. Frische Eierspeisen gibt es nicht, nur hartgekocht. Personal nicht gerade freundlich, spricht sehr wenig englisch, sonst nur mit Übersetzungsapp. Zimmerservice findet nicht jeden Tag statt. Es wurden einmal für eine Person Handtücher vergessen, für eine Reklamation liegen 2 Telefonnummern aus, dort ist niemand erreichbar und es wurde auch nicht zurückgerufen. Zimmerausstattung, Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden, vorhanden 2 Kaffeebecher, keine Gläser, kein Besteck etc. Fazit: Lage und Zimmer OK, würden es zu diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr buchen.

I loved both the interior and exterior — the building has such a thoughtful design. Furthermore, the location was perfect, in such a lovely neighborhood! The staff were also great. I would totally recommend it.

The room itself was acceptable and clean.

I stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. My room had a constant background noise, possibly from an air-conditioning system, elevator, or generator nearby. Sound also travels easily through the building, particularly via the internal staircase, so conversations from the breakfast/reception area can often be heard from the rooms. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise/light, I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask. In addition to the noise issues, there are several illuminated switches and control panels in the room that remain visible throughout the night, making it difficult to achieve complete darkness. It is also worth noting that this is a self-service accommodation, not really a full-service hotel. There is no proper lobby area, no 24-hour reception, no daily housekeeping service, and no luggage storage service. The common area is essentially a breakfast room, which, during my stay, was not particularly comfortable. No AC/Heating in the breakfast area. The room itself was acceptable, but in my opinion, overpriced for what is offered. I also found the location less convenient than expected. Unless you are planning to rely on the metro or taxis, there are more attractive and better-positioned areas to stay in Athens. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. In a country known for its excellent fresh products and food culture, I expected much more. The selection was very limited, the fruit and vegetables lacked flavour, and the coffee was among the weakest I have had during my travels in Greece. Durin the first night, I contacted the property through the Booking.com messaging platform to request either a room change or a refund for the remaining nights so that I could find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, both requests were declined.

El constante envio de notificaciones y correos . Para no mentir recibí durante mi primera estadía sl menos 6 notificaciones de booking con copia al correo electrónico. Repiten información insistentemente al punto que pregunte si había algún problema con nosotros como huéspedes. Creo que el problema es que esta todo demasiado automatizado y no hay quien chequee qué realmente haya respuesta

Een goede locatie om Athene te verkennen. Het bevindt zich in een rustige buurt weg van alle drukte en toeristen. In deze buurt vindt je veel verborgen pareltjes om te eten en te drinken. Het bed lag comfortabel en het ontbijt was lekker en met veel variatie.

De kamer was jammer genoeg niet proper. Kasten en lampen zaten onder het stof. De bovenste kast boven onze tv zat naast een dikke laag stof ook vuil op. We hebben hier een melding van gemaakt en de poetsvrouw heeft praktisch niets proper gemaakt buiten onze vuilbakjes opgeruimd. Daarnaast waren de kasten kapot. De druksystemen op de kasten werkten niet waardoor de kasten heel moeilijk open te krijgen waren. De deur van de kast van de lavabo in de badkamer zat ook niet goed vast waardoor we schrik hadden dat deze deur gingen vallen. Daarnaast was er een toestel naast onze kast afgeplakt met zwarte tape en een plastiek papier wat ons ook niet echt vertrouwen gaf. Om eerlijk te zijn hadden we een ander beeld over onze kamer en voldeed de kamer niet aan onze verwachtingen. We betaalden rond de 180 euro per nacht dan verwacht je wel betere service en kwaliteit.

Hotelde sabah kahvaltida olan hanimefendiler cok fazla ingilizce bilmiyor. Dini hassasiyetlerimden dolayi sabahki kasari domuz etiyle bir araya getirdikleri icin yiyemedim buna dikkat etmeleri lazim.

Breakfast could be more diverse. Breakfast gets repetitive if you stay longer than a night or two. The queen bed was made from two joined beds with uneven mattress firmness, which made it very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism regarding invoicing. This stay was booked for business purposes, and we clearly requested an invoice from the very beginning. Despite repeatedly providing all the necessary company details over the past month, the property has still failed to issue the invoice. Every time we follow up, we are asked again for information that has already been sent multiple times, with no actual progress or resolution. For a business traveler, proper and timely invoicing is a basic requirement, and the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable. Communication has been inefficient, frustrating, and unprofessional throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling for business purposes.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety.

Make sure you put in the parameters “safe route” when you get walking directions. Our first walking route took us through the worst neighborhoods. The next day I added safe route and it sent us on a very wonderful trail.

Price/performance choice. Lovely neighborhood, local vibes, not super touristic (which is great for those who want to get the local vibes) and close to Monastraki sq. Clean, no question about it. Okay breakfast, enough for starting the day. Room was elegantly designed, loved it. The space and the design was really comfy and had enough space for 2 ppl. There are streaming services available on TV. Internet available across the property.

Just a note for those who are not familiar with such a system: There is no reception at the property. We communicated through Booking messaging. They send you the codes to get into the building and get your key. The communication was smooth, we had no problem but we weren’t familiar with this self check-in system so just a heads up.

Das Frühstück war etwas mager, zum Beispiel kein frisches Brot, nur Toast. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Wir schliefen im obersten Stock und es brummte unaufhörlich. Kein Personal untertags, nur zum Frühstück.

It is a very stylish building. Main bed was comfortable. Bathroom products are nice Korres etc. Breakfast was solid, a good number of choices for a small breakfast and nice little pastries.

Staffing was the biggest issue. Loom was de-listed from Booking.com prior to our arrival, so Booking.com couldn't absolutely confirm the booking :( So I called the hotel on their listed contact number. They couldn't tell me anything immediately; something about wifi issues. I needed to call back. I was busy that day and called back the next, to be told it was all fine. We booked a Twin room and confirmed immediately after booking that they could provide a twin. They confirmed the twin in writing. When we turned up shortly after 3 pm, it was a standard double. No staff onsite. I called the contact number to be told there was nothing they could do. I made my severe displeasure clear. My poor companion ended up sleeping on the sofa, not able to unfold it, as I had a broken arm. No bag storage is available; I did ask in advance. Doors are heavy, and the internal one was jamming badly during our stay. AirCon does not fully work. The room was 22/23 degrees, not comfy for a Londoner like me, I'd set it to 19. So it was stuffy. The building site at the back makes opening both windows not super feasible. Deeply unprofessional. Absolutely not worth the price for such disinterested service.

el diseño de la habitación muy bueno, amplio, elegante y fresco. el barrio no es central, lo que le da una vibe local mucho mas interesante, caminando llegas al centro en unos 15 minutos . el desayuno muy bueno . la comunicación con la encargada por medio de booking fue estupendo

al llegar la chica con quien me encontré en el hotel fue un poco extraña de actitud.

Eigenlijk is de term hotel misleidend: eerder appartementsgebouw met ontbijt gelegenheid. Anoniem en onpersoonlijk Dat ontbijt viel regen: alles recht uit de supermarkt.

Super gelegen, man ist direkt im Geschehen und kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Ringsherum gibt es viel zu entdecken. Super Lage. Eigenes Zimmer mit WC, Tv, Balkon, super angegeben die Privatsphäre. Du kannst kommen und gehen, wann du willst, es gibt eine Chip Karte und einen Code an der Eingangstür. Das Frühstück ist lecker.

Bei uns gab es durchgängig ein lautes Geräusch, wahrscheinlich von den Klimaanlagen direkt neben dem Balkon. Ich musste durchgängig Ohrstöpsel tragen - ist aber machbar (und wahrscheinlich normal für Großstadt). Beim Spülbecken im Zimmer muss man den Stöpsel schließen, dann gibt es keine Gluckergeräusche und ja, der Kühlschrank arbeitet auch, haha.

Très peu de choix pour le « petit déjeuner ». Pas de réception (des boîtiers avec vos cartes de chambres quand airbnb). Pas de possibilité de laisser vos valises à l’accueil par conséquent (quelques magasins de stockage de valises à proximité cependant). Le peu de personnel la pendant le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout agréable.

I would call it more of an AirBnB/hotel hybrid than a traditional hotel, but the stay was very pleasant. Comfortable rooms, I loved my bed. Nice breakfast. Location is good in the sense that you can walk to the center of town, but the neighborhood isn’t great… it’s not dangerous and we walked to the nearby supermarket and ate at a restaurant a block away, but it’s certainly not beautiful. You do feel that you’re leaving in the “real” Athens, though.

Was expecting a real hotel, but besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Premettendo che il check in avviene in autonomia e non ci sono persone fisiche in struttura, da remoto è organizzato molto bene con tempi di risposta rapidi, la struttura è nuova e pulita, la colazione eccezionale, la zona è piena di localini carini, supermercato e 10min dalla metro, sebbene un po' decentrata rispetto al centro, circa 20min a piedi da plaka.

In alcuni momenti, fortunatamente solo due in due giorni, sal bagno usciva una puzza sgradevole di fogna. Un'altra nota negativa è il personale alla colazione, non traspariva entusiasmo e sembrava quasi che le davamo fastidio.

Insgesamt fantastisch- tolles Design, tolle Lage, sehr großzügig geschnitten

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und so war es sehr(!) warm im Schlagzeilen direkt unterm Dach

Die Lage des B&B ist großartig. Die Zimmer selbst auch, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse viel zu weich. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurden die Zimmer nur einmal geputzt, Kaffee für die Nespresso-Maschine wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Personal war nur zum Frühstück vor Ort, ob größere Sprachbarrieren oder unfreundlich kann ich nicht einschätzen. Frühstück selbst war ganz in Ordnung, so um bis zum ersten Brunch oder Kaffeehausbesuch etwas im Bauch zu haben. Neben dem Frühstücksraum gibt es im übrigen Haus keine weiteren Orte, sich hier aufzuhalten.
