Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Unterkunft hat bei weitem meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Große saubere Zimmer und ein wunderbarer Blick von der Dachterrasse in die Berge. Es war ein perfekter Rückzugsort um sich von den Touren oder dem Trubel in Imlil zu erholen. Das ganze Haus hat einen für westlichen Geschmack ausgerichteten Charakter. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen da zu buchen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Smile Haus. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und hatte einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Riad hat eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre und mehrere schöne Terrassen zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Sehr praktisch ist auch der private Parkplatz direkt am Riad. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert

I booked a stay for three of my family members, and they thoroughly enjoyed the clean, comfortable accommodations and the spectacular surrounding scenery. The owner was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and communicative throughout their interaction. The only minor issue reported by my family was that the air conditioning unit dripped while in use, which lead them to turn it off. However, overall, the property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would gladly visit again.

On y dort au calme et le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Le stationnement juste en face est un plus! Le prix est plus que raisonnable.

Staff is very kind and helpful. We had dinner two nights, which was delicious and authentic! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Imlil isn't big but location was still central and easy to get to.

La zona comune bella decorata con stufa a legno per scaldare che crea un bel ambiente! Il personale è stato molto gentile! Ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli per 3 giorni mentre noi eravamo in trekking!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Smile House is een ontzettend gastvrije plek! Het hele team doet er alles aan om het hun gasten naar hun zin te maken en dat doen ze met glans! De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en gezellig ingericht. Toen wij er waren, was het best koud, maar zowel 's morgens als 's avonds kon je je heerlijk warmen aan de houtkachel in de zit/eetruimte. Bovendien kon je met het aircosysteem ook je kamer verwarmen. Fijn! 's Ochtends staat er je een heerlijk en best uitgebreid ontbijt te wachten. 's Avonds is er de mogelijkheid voor de gasten om er ook te dineren. Daar hebben we van de heerlijkste maaltijden van onze hele rondreis genoten: echte smaakbommetjes die met liefde bereid zijn. We bevelen Smile House dan ook heel graag warm aan!

op de kamer van onze medereizigers werkte de verwarming slecht en in maart kan het in de bergen echt koud zijn

The whole place just has a lovely, relaxing & homely vibe to it which is perfect after walking & exploring the area. Breakfast was great and we would recommend pre-booking your evening meal there too, as the dinner we had was delicious!

La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de l’Atlas. Le calme et la beauté du lieu rendent l’expérience encore plus agréable. We had dinner and it was delicious. I would say one of the best tagine and couscous that we've had during our trip in Morocco.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Everything. The host is incredible. We were greeted with a drink and some nibbles. Then we went to our room which was stunning. We got the mountain view room very spacious with a heater/air con (we went in march). You are in the heart of imlil so everything is a walk away Including the waterfalls. The food there is also really tasty with the owner/manager making us omelettes and pancakes for breakfast each day. I recommend getting the evening meal there too. This place was the best place we stayed. Incredible. The rooftop area is stunning too. Super clean and super tidy. Thank you so so much for our incredible stay!

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Beautiful decor, fantastic views, wonderful staff that go out of their way to accomodate you. Even cooking us dinner when we couldn’t find a location in town to have dinner. Fantastic terraces and lovely breakfast.
At our time of the year (early March) it was quite cold everywhere in the building (even with fireplace). The rooms you can heat with airco though. We personally didn’t like Imlil because of the trash problem and during ramadan all was closed. I can’t fault smile house for that, as it was spotless!
