I stayed at this property for 3 nights, the staff were fantastic each and everyone, I also met the owner a lovely lady who again was fantastic. check in was efficient I was welcomed with a Moroccan tea, staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, communication was effective as they use WhatsApp allowing you peace and space to enjoy the facilities. The facilities were great and clean nice pool area with ample beds for your stay with clean towels provided. Jacuzzi was a nice touch also. The communal areas were well kept and embraced local culture, rooms were spacious the room I had had a huge balcony area. Breakfast was beautiful with a spread of breads, pastries, juice and tea accompanied by eggs I could not finish the spread. I can’t wait to return to this property with my family

Un havre de paix ! Calme sereinté . Piscine exceptionnelle notamment au couché du soleil ! Baldaquins lits suspendus transats disponibles toujours . Le staff était aux petit soins, toujours disponible . Le petit déjeuné est varié chaque jour . Les chambres sont des suites bien entretenues, nous avions un patio et une vue extraordinaire depuis le lit et le soir l'odeur du jasmin emplifiait les lieux . M. Karim était la H24 et trés réactif Je reviendrai surement ! Je recommande yeux fermés .

Le climatiseur assez vétuste il fait un peu de bruit mais cela ne diminue en rien la qualité du séjour .

The hotel was lovely . Large room . AC . Good facilities , pool and beds area great . Lovely staff Karim and Latifa were so warm and helpful . When we came in late they met us at gate to welcome us . Very good breakfast everyday with eggs, homemade bread , fruit from the garden and homemade jam from blackberries grown there too.

Fabulous from Top to Toe! Spacious and comfortable apartment. The pool is huge! The sun will hit you no matter where you are! Amazing grounds around the hotel just stunning! The food breakfast and lunch just delicious :) Many thanks to all the staff that made me feel very welcome! Karim with his Karizma :) was always on hand and very helpful. Latifa aswell always happy to assist when I wanted food and drink! And the other staff working with a smile. Cant wait to return!

EXCEPTIONNEL : nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Palais les Sources de l'Atlas, Padel & spa. Accueil remarquable et chaleureux de Françoise, Latifa et Karim que nous remercions infinement pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Un grand merci à vous tous :) Excellent petit déjeuner ! La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec une magnifique terrasse. Les extérieurs sont d'une très grande beauté, avec un jardin très bien arboré et entretenu, un vrai havre de paix ! La piscine est extrêmement grande et permet de nager et de se détendre. Le jacuzzi est un plus appréciable. Propreté irréprochable du lieu. Nous n'avons qu'une seule envie : revenir au plus vite !!!

what a wonderful place to stay in. Beautiful surroundings with elegant Morrocan decorations. Nice breakfast with good facilities including a large swimming pool and Badel courts. very Quite away from the noises of Marrakech. Very helpful Staff namely Karim and Latifa. Yousef the driver was also very helpful and mad it much easier to travel around.

Le personnel vraiment au top +++, accueillant et fort sympathique, une gentillesse et d'une amabilité inégalable. Spécial dédicace à Karim et son binôme. Le lieux magnifique, confortable bien équipé pour se relaxé Maison de qualité, beaux matériaux, et belle décoration. Ont se s'en comme chez soit Nourriture de qualité, produit frais et bien cuisiner. Le jardin splendide.

La route pour y accéder est extrêmement endommagé Quelques détails de propreté, (Cheveux sous le tapis de douche et conton démaquillant sous le lavabo.) et les coussins de lit sont trop gros et dur selon moi. La cabine de douche de la chambre ZEN est petite et abîmé. Légèrement plus de choix sur la nourriture serait un + Pas de licence pour l'alcool par exemple... Les terrains de padel sont payant...bizarre, se serait comme faire payer la piscine dans ce cas.

We loved our stay. The whole hotel feels very calm with an amazing view of the Atlas mountains. Beautifully maintained gardens and a huge swimming pool and even a small outdoor gym! Located about 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakesh (Djemaa el Fna) the hotel feels like a family villa. There isn’t much near the hotel, but it’s easy enough to get a taxi. Karim was so attentive and helpful and took great care of us. Our daughter loved to play with Max (the friendly resident dog). We ended up having most of our meals at the villa as we found the quality was excellent and prices very comparable to those restaurants in the centre of Marrakesh. A huge thank you to Karim, Zouhair and Françoise for your kindness and making our stay so memorable.

It is a beautiful guesthouse with spectacular views towards the Atlas mountains. We arrived just before sunset with clear skies. Simply stunning!

Our hot water in our bathroom could have been more consistent.

Tout était parfait. Rien à dire. Merci beaucoup à Karim qui était là au petit soin pour nous et Françoise ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe.

La piscine et le jardin La gentillesse de Karim qui se plie en 4 pour nous.

La douche fuie et il n y a pas assez d eau chaude. Pas suffisant pour 2 douches. La propriétaire nous l a fait a l envers a la fin du séjour. Une heure avant le départ nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise que les employés nous donnent une note avec une tva de 10% en plus qui n etait indiquée nulle part. Sois disant car c'était l ancienne carte des menus... après discussion cette augmentation est enlevée. Lors du départ, la propriétaire vient nous voir tout miel pour s'excuser de ce désagrément et nous dit que c est inadmissible mais que c est le comptable qui veut... je viens au Maroc depuis longtemps et c est une première d entendre ca. C'est surtout nous prendre pour des débiles. Cela nous a gâché la fin de séjour. Les soins sont horriblement chers.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Karim et Zouhair, toujours aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Tout était irréprochable : les chambres, la piscine, la propreté, ainsi que la qualité de la nourriture. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison, dans une ambiance à la fois paisible et conviviale. Un grand merci également à la propriétaire Françoise, très agréable, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Karim nous a superbement bien accueilli. Il est gentil, serviable et drôle. L'endroit est vraiment beau, la piscine, le jaccuzi, le jardin.

La salle de bains mériterait un rafraîchissement. Douche et robinet détériorés.

Very beautiful property with access to spa services along with great service

Le personnel qui est vraiment exceptionnel, merci Karim pour ce séjour !!! Le parc qui est extrêmement bien entretenu et les équipements qui sont dernier cri ( padel, jacuzzi, piscine nettoyée tous les jours (même les jours de pluie et de froid) Je reviendrai c’est certain !!

Un petit havre de paix au pied de l'Atlas, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer.

It felt like Paradise!

I love the location, i love the staff. Laila and Kareem were wonderful people. Such lovely humans. I carry these people in my memory forever for they are the best hosts.

La convivialité, l'espace, la vue sur l'atlas, le côté cocooning, la beauté des lieux intérieurs et extérieurs, la tranquillité. Un havre de paix . La gentillesse du personnel, les délicates attentions inattendues !! Nombreuses activités, massages ,hammams , jaccuzzi, terrain pétanque, et c'est assez... exceptionnel 2 magnifiques terrains de Padel !! Un grand merci à Karim , Laila , l'ensemble du personnel , la cuisinière, , et aux adorables propriétaires qui nous ont recu comme des amis dans leur magnifique propriété de 6 chambres. Tout était plus-que-parfait ,un lieu magnifique ,et calme loin des tumultes de la ville. Idéal pour se reposer.

La wifi dans certains endroits

Le personnel est formidable surtout Karim par contre l’établissement est vieillissant nous avons eu froid car il y n’y avait que des chauffages d’appoint le réseau internet est vraiment catastrophique la nourriture est bonne mais pas extraordinaire il faudrait faire des travaux de mises aux normes Les propriétaires ont la chance d’avoir du personnel formidable mais dans un environnement pareil ça m’étonnerait qu’ils restent .

The warm welcome, attention to detail and friendly staff made our experience stand out. Kareem and Leila were kind and accommodating. The food was delicious, and our room, overlooking the beautiful garden pool and Atlas Mountains was memorizing.

A very large and comfortable room, perfectly clean and well-equipped with a wardrobe, safe and dresser. The whole place feels well-maintained. The hotel has a beautiful, carefully tended garden and a lovely pool. Its location, about 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, offers complete peace and quiet — in the mornings you wake up to birds singing in the garden. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or on the patio, which creates a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Wi-Fi also worked very well throughout the stay.

The only downside was the shower cabin — it’s quite small and feels lower in quality compared to the rest of the otherwise well-finished bathroom.

Etablissement à environ 25min de l'aéroport / Idéal pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent se reposer au calme loin de l'animation du centre (mais tout de même très accessible en taxi ou location de voiture). Les équipes sont vraiment aux petits soins et n'hésitent pas à faire le maximum pour répondre à vos besoins. Les massages sont top et le cadre également. Mention spéciale à Karim très sympa et positif mais l'ensemble du staff est également très pro. Si besoin de vous déplacer ou d'organiser des visites, tout est gérable par l'hôtel et à des prix convenables.

Leila and her staff took catered for every aspect of our stay, from spa treatments to arranging a special birthday meal for my wife. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which included a selection of different breads, cakes and traditional moroccan savories, accompanied by freshly squeezed oj and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also the option of an omlette, cooked to order.

Unfortunatly there was no shower cubicle in our bathroom, only a bath with mixer tap which was a little bit inconvienient, although plenty of hot water so not really a problem, just not my preference.

Le personnel aux petits soins notamment Karim et Leila qui font tout pour qu’on se sente comme à la maison . Et quelle belle maison ! Le calme de la maison avec le bruit des oiseaux le matin est un vrai bonheur. On se sent comme chez soi dans cette superbe maison. Le fabuleux couscous a régalé nos papilles

La chambre vendue pour 1 chambre avec grand lit et 1 canapé lit alors qu’un simple matelas 1 place avait été mis au sol. Les travaux dans le quartier avec le marteau piqueur de 8h à 17 h mais cela ne devrait pas durer longtemps.

La villa est énorme, le calme n’a pas de prix. Le personnel super accueillant le petit déjeune très bon.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet Die gesamte Außenanlage und der große Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank Laila für den herzlichen Empfang und tollen Service. Ganz lieben Dank an Karim, der immer zur Stelle war und jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist auch der gute Taxi Service. Das Taxi wurde zur Wunschzeit vom Haus gerufen und über WhatsApp an Laila kam es zu einem Treffpunkt in der Stadt und hat uns wieder zurück gefahren. Spitzenservice.

Das Bad / Dusche könnte mal erneuert werden.

L endroit est incroyable et la piscine olympique

Heerlijk verblijf net buiten de drukte van Marrakesh. Met de auto in 20 minuten in het centrum. Groot zwembad die we bijna altijd voor onszelf alleen hadden. Vriendelijk personeel.

We had an amazing stay! The place had a real boutique charm to it. It was very tranquil with fantastic pool, lounge and dining areas. Everyone who worked there were absolutely brilliant, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. The place felt like home for the time we were there. Loved it!

The host Leila and her team were so welcoming and catered to our needs. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a couples massage, it was so awesome that we went to sleep right after. The food was delicious even my husband who is a picky eater enjoyed the meals. It was a pleasure to relax by the pool and hear the birds sing. It is so serene.

We’d been to Marrakech before, so walking around the city wasn’t a big priority. We wanted a few days of relaxation, and this charming hotel didn’t disappoint. The outdoor areas were beautiful and with only two other guests, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. All communal areas were spotless and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Other meals were okay.

Our bathroom had a leaky shower cubicle, which could have also done with a good scrub. This meant a small pool of water on the bathroom floor with every shower. The outlet was also blocked. In the hotel’s defence, I don’t report it. The shower had clearly been leaking for sometime and I wasn’t that bothered to be honest. This is the only reason I haven’t given the hotel full ratings.

Beautiful location and friendly staff with great spa facility at reasonable prices

We booked as all inclusive and on most occasions were provided with a meal of the establishments choosing even if we had requested other options. It felt more like Full Board with no menu choice after day 1. Options limited and repetitive and drinks were not offered freely. Also no alcoholic beverage or snack options provided.

A wonderful peaceful location away from the buzz of Marrakech centre. Beautiful views and warmth of the welcome by all the staff. A great location for lazing around the beautifully kept pool with Cabanas and sunbeds to relax on. 15 mins cab to the Old Town gives this a real 2 centre holiday feel to it.

Tea and coffee making facilities either in the rooms or in the communal areas would be a welcome addition for guests.

The service was exceptional. It is an oasis of heaven - quiet, calm, peaceful, and beautiful.

The rooms are a little outdated and the room WiFi could be better (but it’s super fast in the main house and by the pool) - but the service and the little touches are incredible.

Love the staff! They are the actual heart of this place. So kind and helpful!! Kudos to all of you guys!!! The facilities are really good as well!! The pool is so big and the grounds are quite tranquil and serene. Would definitely be going back!

We chose the hotel based on photos of the pool which did not disappoint! New lounger cushions too and very comfortable day beds. A great place to have our meals provided by very polite Abdo. Also Layla and Lubna were extremely helpful. The bed was large and comfortable and the door shutter provided excellent security. There was a huge outside terrace and the property is in beautiful well maintained gardens full of birdsong. Breakfast was delicious and served with fresh orange or carrot juice.

The hotel is definitely an oasis in a desert of construction that seem to be either worked on or abandoned. As we had no transport we got a bus from the airport then hired a medina based taxi who couldn’t find the property so an hour was wasted driving around and around the area as I had no signal and there was no signage from the main road. We were helped by Lubna to locate the property. Not a nice area to walk in either, about a km off the main road. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak. We ate our evening meals from the menu. Not all items were available and pricing structure needs to be reviewed. Quite expensive for the amount offered but always extremely tasty.

There was nothing I didn’t like everything was perfect from the transport from the airport to our beautiful room everything was exceptional.

Private and quiet luxury hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Massive pool and jacuzzi as part of the room. Friendly and polite staff.

It's quite far away from anything, so you'll need a car or motorbike to get around once you arrive.

Contact with the hotel was really good and fast replies. We had an accident on the day of arrival and Layla and her partner were kind enough to pick us up from the accident site. It was really quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious.

Quiet and very private. The breakfast was good, and the tajines were tasty. Friendly and very helpful staff; providing whatever you need.

This is not a complaint, but a tip: some of the pricing on the menu seem a bit off. For instance: a wonderful traditional chicken pastille is the same price as an orange with cinnamon. :)

Fantastic guest house. Staff were amazing from contacting us before we arrived to helping us until the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner went above and beyond in arranging a wonderful afternoon trip for us to see the desert. We had a late flight home and we were given another room to use until we left mid afternoon. The food was brilliant. Such a quiet and safe location. Would definitely recommend. The jacuzzi bath was also a brilliant addition to the room. The bedding felt brand new it was so white and soft!

Our only slight negative was that we didnt appreciate with the half board that we wouldnt get a choice of evening dinner. This said we liked the vast majority of it so it wasnt really a problem for us.

Everything! Stunning property with an exceptional pool. And the most generous and welcoming staff who ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.
