Riad merveilleux et idéalement situé dans la médina. Chambre design et tout confort, piscine ! Le petit dejeuner est hyper copieux et fait maison. Massage et hammam absolument parfait. Le personnel est hyper gentil et accueillant.

Rien à signaler à part que mon sejour était trop court et je n'attend qu'une chose y revenir au plus vite.

Très beau Riad, bien rénové. Personnel très accueillant et agréable, serviable et réactif. Petit déjeuner qualitatif fait maison, cependant imposé (pas de choix). 2 Très bons restaurants à proximité (terrasse du jardin et le Flowers).

Sa localisation et le quartier: loin finalement de l’entrée réelle des souks, à 25 min à pied de la place Jemaa el fna. Le quartier est encore un peu délabré, pas attractif. Ménage: Balai est passé mais ça mériterait un coup d’aspirateur notamment sur les tapis. Chambre un peu sombre, il faut ajouter plus de luminaires. Le hamman devrait être non payant pour que le Riad soit plus attractif.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique Riad très bien placé. Accueil adorable et chaleureux par Iliass et Marwan chaque jour. Massage absolument parfait! Je recommande vivement ce Riad.

Ouimama, Illias and Marwan were all so incredibly welcoming. We really felt at home. Also they were very quick to respond and offer lots of local tips. The riad is stunning with spacious rooms and tasty breakfasts. The mint tea is really amazing - I recommend to have some on the peaceful rooftop as a little recharge. The location is well suited for us, we did a few day trips so pickup was very easy. We enjoyed the nice walk through the more local residential areas before getting into the souks. I recommend walking through the back roads :-) Thank you!!

My first time in a Riad and we were made to feel part of the family in the sense of the care afforded us, from meeting us on arrival to walk us to the Riad to organising a fabulous day trip and of course sumptuous breakfasts.

That we only had 4 nights!

Attentive staff, great food and great hospitality. The property is towards the edges of the Medina so it’s easy to take a cab anywhere.

Our room was very noisy at night. Thankfully I brought earplugs otherwise I would not have been able to sleep. The rooms are small so pack light. Not recommended for a long stay.

This was hands-down the worst experience of our entire three-week trip to Morocco — and the price was far from cheap. The room smelled strongly of dampness and humidity the whole time. The bathroom was covered in mold, and the furniture was cheap and broken (see photos). The service was equally disappointing. On the day we checked out, the female receptionist was extremely aggressive and stared at us intensely simply because we politely asked to leave our luggage behind the reception desk for a few hours. After a strong discussion, she finally agreed. However, when we returned to collect it, she was disrespectful again — she completely ignored us and refused to acknowledge us, even after I greeted her with a hello. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

We wanted to stay in the main hussle and bustle but wasn’t expecting , or aware how dilapidated the town is , we should have done more research as the area was very dirty and run down , and on arrival was being asked for money and followed by locals ,however once inside the riad it was like a fortress within , it is also located right next to the local mosque so be prepared for a very early wake up call daily, and with the design of the hotel the main dining area is in the centre so you hear everyone else within the hotel . I think stay a a hotel and visit the Riad for one or two nights is my opinion based on the stay, but the staff where very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. The riad was extremely clean and very well taken care of. From the moment you enter, it smells wonderful and feels calm and welcoming. The location is perfect, very close to Bab Yacout, just 2–3 minutes away, which makes it ideal for tours since cars cannot enter the medina. This made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We interacted the most with Marween, who was there in the mornings and afternoons when we returned to the riad. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and warm, I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to meet him. We also met Ouimaima (hope I spelled it right), and she was just as kind. Every single person working at the riad made us feel at home. We also had dinner at the riad, and it was absolutely the best tajine we had in all of Morocco. We didn’t eat this well even in restaurants, so we ordered dinner again another night. That alone is a reason to come back to this riad. Marrakech is a beautiful city, the tours are great, but the people working at this riad truly made our experience in Morocco unforgettable. We are already thinking about coming back, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There was absolutely nothing negative about our stay.

This is our second stay at this lovely riad. It is home from home. The staff are lovely; they speak excellent English and give great advice. The rooms are delightful as is the main courtyard. Dinner is delicious and reasonably priced. A fabulous stay!

Very nice breakfast in the courtyard. Loved the flat bread or rotis. Also, the roof terrace is very nice, and a good place to listen to the muezzins.

Ideally, we would have liked a tiny bit more room in the bathroom but it wasn't a problem.

Personnel aux petits soins et très agréable. Proximité avec les principaux sites du centre de Marrakech (souks, jardins Majorelle, place Jamaa El Fna,…). Le Riad avec ses espaces communs magnifique et les services proposés (repas, spa,…) sont impeccables !

Nous avons passé une semaine au Grand Riad and Spa, une semaine de rêve à Marrakesh. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et quotidien d’Oumaima et Marwan qui ont bien pris soin de nous. Le Riad est magnifique et très propre, le petit déjeuner est parfait, la literie est très confortable, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un moment de détente.

Oumaima- the receptionist was so lovely and very accommodating. Clean, cozy and well maintained room- they clean the room everyday. It feels so good going back to the hotel after a long activity outside. Food- it was delicious and tastes really good! I can eat it the same day!

Een heerlijke Riad op een mooie locatie. Je loopt slenterend door de medina. En dichtbij de stadspoort voor Taxi. We hadden een mooie grote kamer. We hebben genoten. Mijn hamman behandeling was heerlijk. Bedankt.

Dit is gewoon een advies opmerking. 1) Misschien toch een lekker stokbroodje bij het ontbijt. 2) Geluid weerende nopjes maken/rubbers onder de binnenplaats stoelen. 3) Douche kop en douche plaat nalaten kijken want dat mag netter/schoner.

Nous n'étions jamais allé au Maroc et avons voulu vivre l'expérience de façon immergée. Etre dans un riad me correspondait un peu moins, même si le cadre était absolument magnifique, cela à reste vraiment bruyant.

Tutto, pulizia, lo staff premurosissimo che pensava ad ogni minima richiesta, colazione Marocchina ottima ed abbondante, stanze pulite.

It’s a beautiful riad that’s pretty much walking distance to the restaurants we went to and close to the main road where taxis could be hailed and tour vans met. The highlight of our stay is the awesome team of staff spearheaded by Oumaima who treated us with special care - from our arrival, booking our tour, arranging our rides - everything was clearly communicated and efficiently done. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived at the Grand Riad & SPA we knew we were in for something special. Nestled right in the heart of the Old City, the location couldn’t be more perfect — within walking distance of historic landmarks. The staff here are simply exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive concierge and housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. they always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotless! The Grand Riad isn’t just a place to stay — it’s part of the Old City experience. The mix of exceptional service, authentic ambiance, and unbeatable location makes this hotel a true gem. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in the Grand Riad and we had a great experience. Ghislaine and the rest of the team were amazing. We really liked the place as it is a quiet and comfortable inside and just minutes walking from the centre.

The Riad is very clean, smells amazing and is gorgeous! I love the rooftop lounge and having breakfast around the pool in the morning. It’s such a special place with amazing energy.

The riad was beautiful and clean. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was welcoming and clean. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom was small with nowhere to put our cosmetic and travel pouches. The shower has no glass and flooded the floor. Our room faced onto the road and at times it was very noisy during the night. We didn't ask to change rooms but I'm sure they would have accommodated us. Our friends didn't experience the street noise so it was particular to our room. The location was a bit sketchy and difficult to find but once you walked in, it was a beautiful hotel/riad.

Staff were so helpful and attentive. They will help you find places. Enjoyed the Hamman and massage at the hotel. Lovely terrace. Pool is inside and small so no exercise in there. Nice breakfast but don't expect full English brekkie. Small side streets can be tough to navigate and had one incident with one guy wanting money but most locals are very helpful. 2 min walk to taxi stop is good. Walk to main square Jemma el Fnaa is 15-20 min depending on crowds, bikes, scooters etc. Overall we preferred our hotel on the edge of that square as it had a nice rooftop pool and was very quiet.

What a wonderful experience. The Grand Riad and Spa was a very nice property and the decor and architecture was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed to have a pleasurable stay at both the Riad and for touring in Marrakech and beyond. Special thanks to Ghizlaine, Marwan and Yuosef who were all extremely friendly helpful, warm and caring. They made us feel like we were family!! Overall, an excellent Riad and we would highly recommend it to other travellers.

The property gave us the true flavor of Marrakech but in a safe and extremely welcoming environment. Want to give a big shout out to Ghizlane who was so responsive and considerate, marwanne who trated us like family and Adil the Driver who was outstanding. great place that i will go back to if I am in the area. I stayed at this Riad with family. We each had separate rooms, and each one was unique. The property was very clean. The staff was AMAZING!! When we arrived rather harried, they immediately asked us to relax and offered us tea. The staff-Ghislanne, Harwane and Yousef (I hope I spelled the names correctly) really treated us like family during our ENTIRE stay.

A lovely little riad just off the main drag making for easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful, arranging airport transfers & walking us to/from the taxis. The room was clean & very comfortable but a little worn in places. A big shout out to Marwane, Youssef & Ghizlane, thank you for making our first trip to Marrakesh so memorable!

Wow, what an amazing experience at the Grand Riad and Spa. The whole team were so welcoming and genuine and always on hand to offer advice. The Riad itself is beautiful and located close to all the attractions. Breakfast included fresh fruit and local breads which were so tasty! Overall, a great introduction to Marrakesh !

The staff! Ghizlane and the rest of the team made our stay very comfortable. They made great recommendations of how to plan our long weekend in Marrakech and were very attentive throughout. The Grand Riad and Spa gave the perfect picture of Moroccan hospitality at its finest.

A good hotel stay begins with a warm and caring reception, and we thought the staff was exceptional from the front desk, to servers and spa personnel. Marwane, in particular, was a wonderful resource and the lady concierge whose name I can’t recall, was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was lovely, well-appointed and clean.

The only suggestion we have is to vary the breakfast options a bit. From the website, we were under the impression there would be eggs and different items each day. But what we received was very good! I do wish the riad was more centrally located, but it was also nice that it was peaceful.

A very personalised experience, Marwaane and Ismael are very accommodating and make you feel at home. They are very humble and are willing to help with anything you need, be it information or advice. The accommodation itself is amazing. From the outside you may be wondering where am I.... from the inside you realise it's heaven. Breakfast was excellent, the beds like sleeping on a cloud. A very safe and secure riad.

I didn't like the fact I was there for a short period of time. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed at The Grand Riad and Spa for 3 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make it special, and the place itself is beautiful. Great service and a perfect spot for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Impossible to rinse my hair in the shower :-( The water pressure in the shower is way too low; the handheld showerhead produced only a weak stream, making washing my hair nearly impossible. Also the wifi signal is rather weak, resulting in slow/unstable internet.

Very good breakfast with a variety of yoghurt, fruit, bread and omelette. Very good coffee and tea. Ghizlane and her colleagues were sensationally good with extraordinary service and friendliness. Food in general was very good but the most striking part was all the attention and service given to our questions and needs. No ask was too small and we were serviced with transportation, dinner bookings, hotel bookings etc etc. The team organized a surprise celebration for our birthday jubilar with beautiful decorations, cakes and songs. Very mch appreciated. We were all very happy and will certainly be back at the Grand Riad at our next visit to Marrakesh. Thank you Ghizlane and staff

The Grand Riad is a beautiful, calm spot amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Perfectly located for strolling deep into the alleyways of the Medina and Soul, as well as walking to the restaurants and Jardin Majorelle in Gueliz. Ghizlane and the team are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible, as well as being superb concierges for organising taxis and tours. Having mint tea served to us on the sunny roof terrace after a day out was delightful! Food and wine were also excellent!

Being an absolute coffee addict, I'd have loved the opportunity to make a coffee in the room before breakfast but there was plenty on offer at breakfast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It is a beautiful riad, well located from the city centre. Safe neighborhood in between the locals. You're able to swim downstairs and sunbathe upstairs. Proper hygiene, the room and all the communal places were spotless. Not only the riad left a good impression but the staff made the stay much more amazing. We cannot thank the staff enough for all the tips and care! We recommend this riad. Shokran!

The wifi connection was sometimes weak.

The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough to help. Even brought us a packet of cards to play with one evening when we were having drinks on the roof terrace. The Riad was beautifully restored. So clean and tidy. Breakfast included fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, home cooked pancakes, homemade yogurt with fruit and a selection of preserves.

The bathroom was a little small compared to the size of the bedroom.

We had a wonderful time at this Riad and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even surprised with a spontaneous room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was prepared with such care, and we enjoyed every bite. Another highlight was the hammam – so relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind. We would return here without a second thought and highly recommend this Riad. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Riad. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing, but felt like family. They were attentive to our every need and nuance, and even went above and beyond that. The food was delectable. The facility was pristine. The location was great too because it was in the medina, so everything was accessible by walking. It was away from the busy parts of the medina, so it was very quiet. It was near the outer wall, so activities outside the medina, such as the Jardin Majorelle were easily walkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Grand Riad & Spa is a beautifully laid-out in a stunning traditional moorish style. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff (Ghizlane, Redouan and Redah) were warm, hospitable and helpful and made our stay a very personal and friendly experience. Breakfast and dinner were traditional Moroccan style and really tasty. The riad is located at the northern edge of the old city (Medina), inside the old city walls and most historic sites are within comfortable walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back there if we would visit Marrakech again. Recommended!

This riad has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The people that worked there were accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The Riad is located near the edge of the Medina, in a quiet side street and has great rooms. Dinner or lunch options are available and are delicious - if very large portions! We had a great stay and can highly recommend this for a trip to Marrakesh
