The hotel gate and university gate is same and they always give you very hard time to get in and when I talk to a lady receptionist she told me that’s not my problem if this is not your problem then who I talk to, very very mean lady she start screaming on me

Shower tap only has hot watter (it must be wrongly fixed to the pipes) : Impossible to shower in one go. This is a tremendous mistake by the plumber because now that the shower is tiled how would you repair this. How did the contractor even accept this !! What a waist what mistake a tap from Calor or a some good brand totally waisted by an unxperienced plumber and totally missed by a non precise acceptance process. as well I did not like that the black out curtains are fixed far from the window (again installation problem) : hence you can't get any darkness after dawn and even before because of the street lights. As well the pillows (since it's a hilton sub-brand) are not supplied in duos (firm and soft) you get two soft pillows : again that must be a lack of training of the housekeeping or a total missing from the managment of hotel if there aint any pillow choice at the warehouse. -- Else than these points that made me rate low the comfyness, all was good to great, what a pitty what a waist !! --

The hotel’s website give a misleading information about the pool. My family accompanied me because of the pool that was (and seems to be for long time) out of service. It’s not honest.

Le service était super agréable. L'hôtel vraiment confortable. L'équipe nous a accordé un "late check out". Nous avons pu avoir un taxi pour repartir.

L'emplacement de la piscine dans le bâtiment des appartements n'a pas été expliqué correctement. Et nous l'avons trouvé à la dernière minute avant de partir. Nous avons été malade après avoir mangé au restaurant le soir. Nous nous demandons s'il y a un lien.

Le service et le traitement du chef au petit déjeuner qui était au petit soin

L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour ceux qui ont des rendez-vous ou des activités sur le campus de l’UM6P. La chambre, bien que pas très grande, est bien aménagée et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’équipe à la réception comme au restaurant se montre accueillante, professionnelle et réactive. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité.

Le buffet du soir, trop cher pour la prestation proposée, et l’absence de navette vers la gare compliquent le séjour : obtenir un taxi en soirée relève du parcours du combattant.

Loved the bed! After sleeping in many extremely hard Moroccan beds I was relived to get into this bed. The breakfast was good.

The room was too warm. Even in the winter you cannot turn it down enough and there is no windows to Allow cool outside air in.

J'apprecie pas : - Je reserve sur booking avec un prix donné et quand j'arrive sur place je paie presque le double sous reserve de plusieurs pretextes et arguments: ah sur booking vous avee choisi ceci alors qu'il s'agit de celà. Sur booking vous n'avez pas précisé ceci ou cela. Toujours la reservation booking est entschée d'anomalies et d'erreurs et la conséqurnce serai toujours un prix double.

Nice hotel with beautiful decoration. It is in the middle of the campus which was very convinient for us. the staff was very nice and accomodating.

The room, especially the carpet, was not the cleanest. there was dust as well above the bed. It's small details but we are talking about an hilton group hotel so I think this should be done better. The buffet dinner was not of the highest quality but did the job.

window in the room coud not be opened; a bit dark in the room; not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel (apart from the university); at least 45min walk into Ben Guerir and 1h drive to Marrakesh; pool was usually empty, I haven't seen the pool bar next to it being operated

La nourriture, le chef est excellent. Une grande variété de plats tous aussi succulents les uns que les autres. Les couleurs des meubles au restaurant, reposantes et raffinées. L'espace piscine dans l'immeuble des studios est top. La réceptionniste lors du check out a manqué de tact en gérant le départ. Son collègue par contre s'est comporté avec tact et professionnalisme en gérant la situation et en m'accompagnant.

Le fait que le personnel ne distingue pas entre les catégories de clients et les traite comme s'il leur faisait une faveur. L'hôtel reçoit bcp de participants aux conférences mais parmi eux se trouvent des full payants. L'absence de fenêtres dans les chambres.

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was really good, as well. All essential amenities you need are there: iron, kettle, etc.

The carpets in the bedroom are a bit dated.

Die Infrastruktur ist gut, grosse Raeume, neues Gebaeude (riecht nocht nach Farbe :)). Sehr sauber und hat eine Kueche sogar im Zimmer. Gute Verbindungen USB, USBC in mehreren Plaetzen. Gute Produkte im Bad (crabtree & evelyn). Frischer Orangensaft :) Direkt bei BenGuerir TU campus wenn man ein event dort hat.

Beim Fruehstuck hatte man das Gefühl dass einige Sachen die warm sein sollten schon länger da standen (pita-ähnliche fladenbrote mit Füllung, Spiegeleier...). Die Auswahl könnte besser sein. Darüber hinaus ich fand dass das Personal nett, aber zu lernen hat. Es wurden Frage gestellt "das Frühstück war perfekt, oder?" statt "wie hat es ihnen gefallen". Das laundry service sollte bis 18:00 zurück sein, ich musste 3 mal anrufen weil die nicht wussten wo die Kleidung ist und hab mein Kleid 3 Minuten bevor ich zum Dinner wegfahren musste erhalten. Frage für Pflaster (man erwartet ein Hotel der Grösse hat ein First Aid box): nach langem Suchen wurde mir ein klebeband gegeben... Ich fand auch ein Dinner buffet für 40 Euro eine extreme übertreibung angesichts des Ortes und was angeboten wurde. Ich durfte auch nicht das am Zimmer gerechnet habe und musste getrennt im Restaurant zahlen, oder zur Rezeption gehen (3meter weiter) und eine Garantie organisieren, nachdem ich erzählt hatte dass ich gleich danach checkout in die 3m weiterliegende Rezeption machen würde und alles gleich zahlen würde. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, aber sieht noch aus, dass Erfahrung und Feingefühl fehlt. Wir haben auch die viel gewerbten cookies keinen Tag bekommen können - immer waren die aus oder noch nicht da :)

La finition de la salle de bain, il y a une pente à l'envers et l'eau ne part pas dans le sens d'évacuation et reste stagnée. En plus, la butée de l'arrêt de la porte de la salle de bain est détachée et nécessite qu'on la fixe à sa place. Dernière chose, le parking dédié à l'hôtel est trop petit,jetait obligé de mettre la voiture au sous sol et faire une bonne distance à pieds avec mes valises.

أقمت في هذا الفندق وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. من لحظة الوصول، لفتني حسن الضيافة والاستقبال المميز. الخدمة ممتازة جدًا، والمكان مريح وهادئ ويوفر أجواء مثالية للاسترخاء. طاقم العمل جميعهم في قمة الاحترام واللطف، والابتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم، مما أشعرني بالسعادة والراحة طوال فترة إقامتي. أشكرهم جميعًا على هذا الاهتمام والتعامل الراقي. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وبإذن الله ستكون لي زيارات قادمة قريبًا.

Quel luxe! En déplacement professionnel, je ne suis pas habituée à être si bien logée! Superbe buffet pour les repas, personnel aux petits soin et toujours souriants.

Soyez conscient de l'isolement du site : l'université est construite à l'écart de la ville.

Ce n’était pas mon premier séjour au DoubleTree by Hilton, et j’ai encore une fois adoré ! Les studios sont grands, bien aménagés et parfaitement équipés….super pratiques pour un séjour en famille. Le personnel est toujours attentionné et fait vraiment la différence. Mention spéciale à la qualité de la restauration et au service du petit-déjeuner : authentique, délicieux et servi avec beaucoup d’attention.

Personnel très accueillant et prévenant. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel mais la nourriture et le service étaient au top.

On s’attend à pouvoir boire de l’alcool au Hilton… et c’est même noté sur le site de Hilton qu’il y a un bar avec des cocktails mais il n’y avait meme pas de cocktails sans alcool. C’est le seul point négatif.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es einige Mängel: Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken tropfte durchgehend, und das Duschwasser war nicht warm genug sowie kaum regulierbar. Die Rechnung wurde erst am Abend nach dem Checkout per E-Mail zugeschickt, was unpraktisch war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl. Etwas irritierend war allerdings der Metall-Detektor am Hoteleingang, der völlig unnötig wirkte und dem sonst angenehmen Eindruck nicht entsprach.

Very comfortable hotel in Ben Guerir close to UM6P campus. It has everything one would expect from a Hilton.

The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. Dina at Reception on my arrival was perhaps the most professional, helpful and effective Hotel Manager I have ever encountered, astonishing effective. No problems only solutions.

The reason I could only rate my stay a ‘5’ was due to a bout of food poisoning following eating an undercooked omelette at breakfast service. I was ill in bed for the whole day and unable to enjoy the hotel or facilities as a consequence.

I was embraced by Moroccan hospitality exuded from every corner of the hotel. Chaimae and Dina, front desk employees, made me particularly at home because of their warmth, compassion and professionalism. DoubleTree was my sanctuary during my visit in Ben Guerir.

Excellent accommodation and very comprehensive rooms. Delicious breakfasts and fine buffet lunches and dinners. The staff in the breakfast room were courteous and helpful and were able to provide anything I asked for. Very convenient for conference at the university.

Sleeping was great. Food was superb. Service was excellent. Niyat did a wonderful job making us welcome and cleaning our room. The hotel was well kept up. The managers were friendly and helpful in every regard. Help. Was given for taxis and hope to find ATM
