Reviewed Sep 8, 2026It’s great location being near the metro and many restaurants. I’m not a lover of entry code systems when arriving late but all worked ok but I had a problem with my phone and we had to call. It all assumes you have a working smart phone
The entrance hall is naff, no welcome and looks a tad iffy. The room is functional, the lighting makes it look very stark. But compared to where we stayed in Athens 50 yrs ago it’s fine

Нам попали очень шумные соседи - кричали всю ночь. Стены тонкие. Шумная канализация. На первом этаже ресторан, где очень много посетителей, из-за этого было шумно. После 11 пьяные вопли с улицы или шум мотоциклов. Если вы едете потусить с друзьями, это нормальное место. Если вы едете с детьми, то не советую из-за шума.

This apartment was terrible. The mattress was old and had holes, there was no complimentary drinking water, it was very noisy, and the cleaning service was a nuisance, asking us to leave an hour before 11 am. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y cómoda para visitar Atenas. Es, sin duda, lo mejor del apartamento.
Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos varios problemas importantes. El WC tiene instalado un triturador/bomba elevadora de aguas residuales (macerador) que hace un ruido extremadamente fuerte, similar a un taladro, cada vez que se utiliza el WC, el lavabo o la ducha. El ruido continúa durante bastante tiempo después y puede activarse a cualquier hora, lo que resulta muy molesto, especialmente por la noche. El aire acondicionado también tenía un problema grave: vertía el agua dentro del apartamento. Por la noche, alrededor de las 23:00, descubrimos un charco enorme, de aproximadamente 5 litros, debajo de nuestra maleta, que estaba tumbada en el suelo debajo del aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que retirar la maleta y limpiar nosotros mismos toda el agua. El sofá cama tampoco era adecuado para dormir: el colchón tenía apenas unos 10 cm de grosor y había un listón/estructura extremadamente duro justo en el centro de la espalda, por lo que resultaba muy incómodo. Lo peor fue la falta de atención por parte del alojamiento. Intentamos comunicar los problemas por email, WhatsApp y también dejamos una nota escrita en el apartamento, pero no recibimos ninguna respuesta ni asistencia durante no después de nuestra estancia. La ubicación es muy buena, pero consideramos que los problemas de mantenimiento, el ruido y, sobre todo, la falta de respuesta ante incidencias hacen que no podamos recomendar este alojamiento.

Absolutely clean, excellent location in the centre of the city, as our flight to the island was at night it was very easy to get to the airport bus on foot in 2 minutes. Great for 1-2 days to stay.
No washing machine. No balcony, No liquid soap in the bathroom.Maybe cleaning lady forgot about it. It's okay.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The location was fantastic! There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making everything easily accessible. The apartment felt very secure, and the keypad entry system made check-in and access incredibly convenient. Having an elevator was also a huge bonus, especially when travelling with luggage.
Although the apartment had a luxurious feel overall, several maintenance issues detracted from the experience. The door handle was broken, the shower head bracket was damaged, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. There were also a number of unfinished details, including a hole in the wall and poorly fitted power outlets with visible gaps around them. We stayed for a week, and as is common in many Greek apartments, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in a bin. Unfortunately, the bathroom bin was not emptied during our stay, so we had to dispose of the waste ourselves each day, which was inconvenient and not what we expected for a week-long stay.

The self check-in process was extremely easy, straightforward, and very well explained. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to check in about two hours earlier than the official check-in time, which was incredibly helpful after our early morning flight. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay at Nikis 20 Suites again. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Pésima la atención de la persona que realiza la limpieza del lugar, para empezar no hicimos uso de estancia como la reservé ya que el vuelo me lo movieron a una hora más tarde por tal motivo un dia entero no la utilizamos y sólo llegamos a el siguiente dia que tambien reservamos prácticamente para descansar unas horas y dar un pequeño paseo por el lugar, regresamos a las 10:25am para el check out, cuando se supone es a las 11 am y resulta que ya estaban realizando limpieza, nos tiraron las cosas de aseo personal y solo decía sorry la persona,, pésima experiencia jamás volvería

El departamento es una ampliación improvisada de un edificio. El baño requiere de un sistema de bomba de agua para desalojar los desechos (ruidoso e incómodo). El balcón da a un edificio en ruinas, con trabajadores y arriba de dos restaurantes ruidosos; además de que todos los sistemas de aire acondicionado están a lado del balcón.

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, deshalb wären etwas Kaffee und Tee für den Morgen eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen

Η μη ύπαρξη περισσοτερων παροχών ,όπως ενός καφέ ή ενός μπουκαλιού νερού τουλάχιστον για την ώρα της άφιξης.

Hosts were not responsive to communications. Our room was only supplied with half a roll of toilet paper on arrival with no extra rolls. Messaged host requesting additional rolls at time of check in and while hosts acknowledged request a couple of hours later they never followed through and never delivered additional paper. Bracket for shower head attachment was broken. Couch was passably comfortable but would not recommend for longer stays.

La porta del bagno è in vetro opaco e non ha serratura. Dimenticavi di avere accesso all' acqua calda se non avviate 45 minuti prima la caldaia (e comunque non riuscirete a fare due docce). La camera prevedeva vino e champagne per gli ospiti mai pervenuti. Ah, il divano letto è tra i più scomodi mai provati. Allego in foto il pulsante da premere nel quadro elettrico per poi pregare di avere accesso all' acqua calda.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Creemos que la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Buena informacion antes del checkin. Seguimiento y ayuda del anfitrion durante la estancia. Limpieza excelente. El apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. El mini frigorifico enfriaba muy rapido. Localizacion excelente, cerca del metro y del bus que para ir al puerto y al aeropuerto. Apartamento moderno y bien cuidado. No usamos la Wifi pero estaba disponible. Agua caliente sin sorpresas. Nos alojamos entre semana, la noche fue silenciosa y tranquila (aunque durante el día había algo de ruido). Está en primera planta, por lo que se puede subir y bajar fácilmente sin necesidad de esperar al ascensor. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Nos permitieron entrar una hora antes y salir una hora mas tarde sin cargo extra.
Lo unico que mejoraría es el colchon o el somier de la cama, en su lado derecho está totalmente hundido, dificultando el descanso.

Reviewed May 7, 2026It was walking distance from the airport bus drop off point and also super clean inside the room. Instructions to enter the accommodation was also given before the check in so it was very helpful.
The shower hot water requiring some boiling before use was a little inconvenient but not an issue once you get used to it.

To have hot water in the shower you had to wait 20' after tapping on a button and the hot water wasnt enough for 3 people . We had to tap it again after the second person and wait another 20' because the water became cold. Also it was a bit inconvinient as there was only one mirror, the one in the bathroom, it would be better if there was one more preferable full body.

Ar trebui să eliberăm camera la ora 11:00 dar noi am avut mijloc de transport la ora 14:00. Dar până la urmă nu a fost un mare impediment gazda a fost săritoarea și ne a spus să punem bagajele la locker

No welcoming Tea, coffee and bottled water. Though there are not big deal but, it could make warm welcoming, since you do not meet the staff!

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό, καθαρό και άνετο. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κεντρική και ιδανική για να εξερευνήσει κανείς την Αθήνα με ευκολία. Συνολικά, μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής.

Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Es gab lediglich ein paar Seitenschlitze, durch die ein wenig Luft hineinkam. Im Sommer wäre der Aufenthalt dort für mich nicht aushaltbar. Die Matratze war super weich und hing schon durch. Für den Erhalt von Warmwasser musste man zuvor einen Knopf für einen Boiler betätigen und ca. 20 Minuten warten, um Warmwasser zu erhalten.

We were three friends staying in this apartment, and the experience was frankly unacceptable. Two of us slept in the double bed, where the left side had broken slats, making it unstable and extremely uncomfortable. I was left with the sofa bed, which didn’t even have a proper mattress — I was literally sleeping directly on wooden slats. It was an absolute joke and a complete nightmare. None of us got any proper rest. What happened the next morning was even worse. We had clearly agreed with the host to extend the check-out time by one hour (until 12:00 instead of 11:00). Despite this, the cleaning lady was not informed, knocked on the door twice before 11:00, and then actually let herself into the apartment while we were still inside. This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable under any standard. This property is poorly maintained, badly managed, and shows a total lack of respect for guests. For the price paid, this is absolutely unjustifiable. Avoid this place. There are far better options.
