Absolutely superb hotel!!! The architecture beautiful and cleanliness was outstanding. It is a must stay! The staff took the superb rating and elevated it another level with their service, Karim and Caleb went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and left me a lovely surprise in the room for my birthday and looked after me throughout my stay, when they were not there Haroon was there. Sadik in the restaurant catered to all my needs. Nothing was too hard or too much and I appreciated the chats throughout the stay.

We stay the second time in this Hotel. Last year opening and some fail on Service, Breakfast, Dinner. Overall it was ok for 1.300 USD (11 Day) This year price was going up and Service going Down ! Breakfast and Dinner bad, no Sport Activity at Beach. only Promises "maybe tomorrow". it looks like a Business Hotel for 1-2 Stays it will be ok. Near the Hotel some new Building and loud working

We stayed for a day at sea point hotel room no 313 and 314 with family full board package and extra two of my kids joined to eat dinner but they charged an extra fee of 180 for both of them 90 dhs per person and 180 is not a small fee but it is ok If the food is good but to our disappointment there was barely any variety just some food which you can barely call a buffet I was very disappointed by the food and worse how much they charged for it . The food was totally not worth the money there was not even a main dish no proper meal to actually feel satisfied and cost for THIS is tottaly unbelievable just 3-4 dishes nothing special this is my first experience seeing a buffet like this and the fact they charged an extra 180 for 2 kids one who is 13 nd one 15 for this poor food is tottally unacceptable.

The staff are so kind, Mr. Shafeek from the reception who assisted us with respect and politeness. The place is so relaxing with a seaside and pool view, perfect for a family get together. Overall, our check-in experience is incredible. I recommend this to everyone who wants a quick escape to a busy city.

Quality staff's and professional staffs with very decent behavior Mr.Rol/Ms.Shokhista. Very clean hotel spacious beautiful room.Only issue had was with poor wifi which gets disconnected constantly.

All in all, the stay was fine. The hotel is still quite isolated at the moment, but construction is going on all around. Unfortunately, even on request on a Sunday, there were no glutenfree desserts except for ice cream. The glutenfree pasta with my requested sauces and my glutenfree toast were great. There were no glutenfree pancakes or pizza possible... Only one breakfaststation for egg omelette, otherwise everything was from the buffet. There was no Nutella and the salad buffet was also very poor... The general buffet selection could be a bit bigger, the buffet was partly cold due to the few guests and there were actually always the same dishes, only a few exceptions were changed, like spring rolls, chicken nuggets, falafel, fries, curly fries, etc. The service at the bars was ok, the pool bar was only open from 12 noon and there was sometimes nobody there for hours. There was always someone at the beach bar but it only has limited opening hours. The room was not really cleaned during the whole stay, the dirt on the carpet that was already there before our arrival stayed there the whole week. However, the bed was freshly made and toilet paper was replenished. The beach towels were always available and the sunbeds at the beach or pool were always available, but this was because the hotel was very empty.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, especially if you’re looking for quite and cozy atmosphere . From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk team — special thanks to Kareem at reception, who made check-in smooth and pleasant. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, and he made sure all my questions were answered with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness. The room was cozy and spotless, the bed very comfortable, and everything was well-prepared for a relaxing night. Although it was a short stay, I’d definitely come back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai — especially if you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Kareem at the front desk. Excellent experience for the price! The staff is very nice and the location is as we expected, away from everything and very quiet. The life guard Lalith was especially friendly with us and helped me when a jellyfish stung me. Great experience, would come back for sure!

We visited family in Dubai but wanted a few days on our own to relax & that is just what we got. The hotel is quite small but well equipped & the staff are more than happy to help & assist with any requests. The lifeguard Fred was very helpful & always pleasant & funny. The variety of food was exceptional & more than plentiful. All in all we had a very pleasant stay & will definitely return in the future.

I've shared my full review on Google Reviews. This is a superb and peaceful hotel—an ideal place to relax. One suggestion would be to add more children's toys in the pool area and perhaps offer some beach or water activities, like jet skiing. That said, the pool by the beach and the Shisha lounge are both outstanding highlights of the stay.

Dès l'arrivée on pressent que c'est un établissement qui cherche à impressionner, mais qui n'a que des prestations moyennes ! Accueil lent et demande du dernier pas satisfaite alors que demandé le 20/02 pour un séjour le 6/04 ! L'hôtel dit m'avoir surclassé mais ne m'en a rien dit au check-in ! La communication est mauvaise dans cet établissement. Belle chambre avec petit balcon (stupide délire d'architecte pour la vision depuis l'extérieur ?). Belle salle de douche, mais WC dedans ! Grand lit très confortable. Moquette tachée au 5ème étage. Piscine moyenne souvent à l'ombre et dans un coin très venteux de l'établissement (architecture nid à courant d'air !). Accès peu naturel vers piscine et plage, la majorité des gens passe par le restaurant, chemin plus pratique ! Le restaurant est trop petit pour les heures de pointe du petit déjeuner. Pas grand chose de bon dans les buffets matin et dîner ! Deux petites machines à café indigne d'un établissement qui reçoit autant de monde ! Eloigné de tout, il faut une voiture ou un budget taxi conséquent !

I’ve been here a couple of times before only, but when I arrived I was greeted and remembered by Siddiqui despite it being an exceptionally busy day in the restaurant. As a customer service trainer, I am always vigilant regarding how customers are being treated. I sat and watched as the staff were continuously clearing and topping things up ensuring there was no cause for any customer to be uncomfortable. I was also impressed seeing Tony, who I think may be the manager, joining in and enduring tables were cleared, clean and with cutlery. When I went to get tea, the water had just been topped up so was getting hot again. Rather than letting me wait, Siddiqui took my mug and filled it from the kitchen. A truly impressive operation on an exceptionally busy day.

This hotel is lovely and the staff are lovely as well but it is not geared up to be all inclusive, the is very little included on the AI. You can only use the main buffet restaurant (Jalal) which is quite small and if you don’t like spicy food you will struggle . Breakfast is the best meal available as you can have omelette made to order or fried eggs cooked to order and toast is available. This is also the only meal where you can access the actual coffee machine at other meals it is only available pre-made, you only get cheese at lunch time Proper coffee is not on the AI neither are any snacks or ice cream!! I have never known this, YmZ bar not AI different owner Restaurant Yakamz not AI different owner Beach bar not open till 12.30 even for soft drinks food is not on AI Pool bar never open Cafe bar only place to get drinks so long walk from beach. You cannot take alcohol into the foyer where all of the comfy seats are so the only place to sit is outside or in the restaurant/coffee bar where there are only 2 sofas By day 4 I complained at dinner that we had had the same 3 choices of dessert/cake at lunch and dinner and requested Ice cream as a substitute - I was told this was not on the AI but after some more complaining they finally relented and gave me 2 scoops of ice cream In all my years of travel I have never been to an AI resort/hotel where coffees and Ice cream were not on the AI list and also some form of snacks like Burgers sandwiches etc.

I have received Very postive Service from Ilyias ! Excellent Service in all areas in the Restaurant and Pool areas. All people in the Hotel/beach areas provide and excellent Service in all respects. Thanks to all persons involved in the Hotel areas.

It’s all perfect! The massage is great! Pleasant music, great relaxation. The best thing you can wish for on vacation is a massage at the hotel at a convenient time. Masseuses know their job perfectly! I will recommend everyone to contact this salon.

Perfekt sted om man vil kun slappe av på stranden utenfor byen og kun det. Hotellet har 2 restauranter som serverer bra mat, ene er Marokkansk og veldig gode smaker. Litt dårlige engelske språkkunnskaper, men alt løste seg. Hotellet ligger ca 30-40 minutter unna Dubai Mall. Det er billig med taxi/Uber. Viktig da å velge biler med taxi skilt på taket, aldri velge de som hotellet tilbyr, de er dobbelt så dyre. Bra strand med hyggelige service personell og god fingermat på stranden. Vi hadde ikke all Inclusive selvom hotellet tilbyr det, så mat og drikke er norske priser.

Park Regis by Prince sijaitsee uudella keinosaarella, josta ollaan rakentamassa uutta luksusaluetta. Nyt hotelli seisoo omassa rauhassaan, mutta hotellille kuitenkin saa helposti ja edullisesti takseja, ja matka sillan kautta saarelle ei ole ruuhkainen. Oma uimaranta on kiva! Uima-allas helmikuussa varjossa. Aamupalalla viikonloppuna vähän ruuhkaa. Palvelu erinomaista ja huone tilava. Laadukkaat petivaatteet. Parvekkeelta näkyy meri. Hyvä valinta, jos ei halua olla hulinan keskellä.

Nice hotel

Excellent service and very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a beach holiday it’s perfect. Only negative is their tv- and moviesystem. There is nothing there.

L'hôtel est beau avec une plage privé et sécurisée, nous avons également apprécié la piscine et jacuzzi, le buffet été bon et le personnel très agréable en particulier Karim qui a su répondre a toutes mes questions. Seul bémol c'est l'emplacement complètement isolée.

Beach culture, new area developing up…

Park Regis was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with balcony and sea / city view which was very lovely, although not much to see from the sea side it still had a quite calming note to it. Having a private beach and large pool with hot tub definitely gave this a resort style feel. Overalll great experience, my partner and I would certainly stay here again.

Park Regis was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a lot of options. A bit out of bounds in terms of location, however, it is a developing area with lots more resorts opening around the area, so it'll become a more popular area, having said that, taxis are just a call away on the app and gets here failrly quickly. Great views of the beach, water and city area. Only critique is that the staff should pay a bit more attention to cleaning the rooms and public seating areas. Overall an excellent experience.

for the price its great, it is secluded and does seem abit far from things but if your after a relaxing break this is perfect. Staff were really friendly and some went the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

I would recommend this hotel! We enjoyed our stay. The receptionist, Kuya Joseph is very accomodating and jolly. We’ll surely get back here! Maybe the only need for improvement is their wifi connection. Other than that. Good!

Amazing! I was planning to stay few days just to avoid the flood and ended staying 25 days. Is a hidden gem in Dubai. The only peaceful beach in Dubai. The service amazing! Harshit the manager of the restaurant, Wine the waitress. Wow! Lovely place!
