Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Mooi en rustig hotel om de hoek van allerlei horeca, de Maas en kleine haven, niet ver van de Euromast. De rustige kamer had alles wat we nodig konden hebben, naast een fijne douche en comfortabel bed. Inchecken was makkelijk.
De kamer wordt geopend met een zescijferige code. Die moet je wel bij je hebben of onthouden.

Prometeu mais do que entregou. Check in e check out com muito pouca simpatia. Condições do hotel não valem o preço pago. 100€ de depósito para um quarto com paredes danificadas e pouca comodidade. Fomos incomodados por um funcionário a bater na porta do quarto 1 hora antes do horário de check out, enquanto durante toda a manhã se ouviu os funcionários que realizavam a limpeza de outros quartos em conversa excessivamente alta . Hotel a não repetir, ao contrário da cidade.

A szálloda előtt nem lehet megállni, még a bőröndök kipakolása és a bejelentkezés idejére sem. De a közelben mélygarázs található.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Lokalizacja super, nad samym portem. W pokoju bardzo cicho, nie słychać dźwięków ulicy ani innych turystów. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kawa, herbata, woda i owoce dostępne 24h. Środki czystości i ręczniki również można pobrać z szafy obok recepcji.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Our first trip to Rotterdam, an hotel picked by chance. and WHAT a nice surprise. our first contact with the staff was amazing. the girls and boys from reception really were supportive, very involved to understand and solve our questions, from parking till recommendations. rooms very clean, nice bed, and level of quiet really good. standard breakfast but coffee and fruits available for free during the day. i like the idea of water, also for free, go and fill your bottle with sparkling or not. very good food options around the hotel we recommend it.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026We liked the convenient location, close to the train station and the city center. Free coffee and fruit are available in the breakfast room, even if you don't pay for breakfast. The room was clean, as was the bathroom.
We had a minor incident with one towel that wasn't very clean. But the front desk replaced it and apologized. So it wasn't a problem.

Nous avons eu une fuite dans la nuit de notre arrivée. Un réceptionniste est venu nous prévenir et vérifier si il y avait bien une fuite dans notre chambre. Effectivement il y en avait une dans la salle de bain, il est parti pour vérifier dans les autres chambres et ne nous a jamais informé de la situation, ni proposer de changer de chambre. Le lendemain nous avons été réveillé par une autre personne de la réception qui a vérifié également ou avez eu lieu la fuite, il est reparti et ne nous a jamais proposé au moins un petit-déjeuner, gratuit ou un geste commercial afin de compenser la mauvaise nuit et le fait d’avoir était réveillé à deux reprises.

No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Habitación pequeña. Poco accesible. Muchas escaleras. No facilitan de ninguna forma el poder guardar una bicicleta cuando estás viajando con ella y la única solución que te dan es dejarla en la calle. Y por último. Nunca me había pasado que en un hotel te retengan de la tarjeta 100€ cuando ya has pagado todo. Y 6 dias después no se haya hecho la devolución de ese dinero culpando al banco de ese hecho.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Room was comfortable and there were nice facilities, like 24/7 coffee, friuts and water machnie available. Location is good, within a walking distance to main points of the city. Very good bakery in the other side of the street.
Crew was not able to advise about transportation around the city - when we've asked for the advise they showed us how to search on google maps (where we knew there were not realiable information). While checking in even if receptionist had my ID, our room was mixed up with a booking of another person - with lower standard and for less days, only after a while we've realized that we had here +1 day (we made a round trip in NL, staying for various number of days in different places). Also, there was a fire alarm at 6:20 am - that receptionist was not able to cancel, so we got stuck on stairs as some people were trying to follow evacuation procedure, while others were going up "passing info from the reception that alarm was fake", that's really not how you do it. Last but not least - our furniture in the room had stains. Multiple color, multiple histories. It was quite disgusting.

Das Frühstück war sehr knapp, kaum eine Auswahl und alles schnell leer. Zu wenig Personal um nachzufüllen. Keine Möglichkeit im Hotel in einer Hotelbar abends noch etwas zu trinken. Für den Preis hätte ich ein anderes Angebot erwartet.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Chambre au calme donnant sur cour intérieure. Appréciable après une journée de visite. Proximité immédiate du pont erasmus pour prendre le waterbus ou rejoindre la fenix food factory ou foodhallen. Pouvoir profiter du salon partagé, des casiers à bagages, des cafés, fontaines à eau et fruits gratuitement sont extrêmement appréciables et rendent le séjour encore plus facile et agréable.
Je ne sais pas si c'est la personne qui logeait au-dessus de notre chambre qui avait le pas lourd ou si l'insonorisation plafond est moyenne mais nous entendions tous les déplacements du dessus, dont ceux tard le soir et à 6h30 le matin... C'est vraiment le seul petit bémol que j'aurais à relever.

Don’t think the cleaning staff are being paid enough. The linen and towels were all fresh and clean. However it didn’t look like surfaces had been properly cleaned (coffee cup rings on bedside tables, dust on surfaces and skirting boards). The walls are also heavily scuffed and marked which makes the rooms feel a tad shabby. In one room the shower kept flooding. Some staff attentive and helpful, others indifferent. You can’t actually see the exact room you are booking on booking.com so it’s a bit of a lucky dip. I booked two rooms - a deluxe twin for a couple and a deluxe double for myself. The twin was dark and small so we ended up swapping out of that room into another twin that while brighter was still smaller than the double. There were also no fridges in the room and no ironing facilities,

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose. It was walking distance to Albert Heijn and the Tram stops. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was really nice and inviting! They have complimentary water, coffee and fruits in the lobby/breakfast area. They also have breakfast for a fee, but we opt out of that. We had in total 5 rooms, and everyone in the family really enjoyed their stay at Hotel Rose. Highly recommended.
Breakfast was limited, but there is a Albert Heijn within walking distance.

Just wished the A/C was able to get colder.
