Super Lage, 15 Minuten mit der Tram vom/zum Hauptbahnhof Den Haag, einige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wird Zimmerreinigung angeboten, erfolgt nicht regulär. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt aber ein Regal in das meine Sachen ( für 1 Woche) problemlos passten und unten hat auch der Koffer platz.

Die steile Treppe ist sehr gefährlich, vor allem mit Koffer. Hatte das kleine Zimmer direkt über der Eingangstür und neben der Tür zur Treppe nach oben, die sehr laut zuklappt, war mitunter sehr belastend wenn man abends zur Ruhe kommen will.

Excellent location and very good value for money.

The bed frame made it uncomfortable to sit on the edge of the bed and new towels weren't provided each day of my stay but considering how little i paid I'm not complaining too much.

Location, spacious room, tidiness

This accomodation had serious security issues. The owner got the access via mobile phone to our room to other guest (?) In the middle of the night. Their names weren't even checked before opening my door, so two men just entered even though my reservation was on a female name. Its not acceptable and the owner started ignoring me after any request for the compensation. The entry door to the house was also broken, the owner was i formed. The spider net at reception and empty vendingachine were creepy. Cannot recommend this place.

Парковка для авто яку пропонує Готель знаходиться далеко від самого Готелю. Пішки йти 10-12 хвилин. Мікрохвильовка була брудна. Перед нашим приїздом погано прибрали за попередніми відвідувачами :(

Die Nähe zu dem Kurhaus und de Pier mit den Attraktionen war super. Das einchecken funktionierte gut, jedoch fehlte der Hinweis zu den Karten im Safe um die Zimmertür zu öffnen.

Die Treppe war sehr steil und für schwere Koffer ungeeignet. Der link zum Öffnen und schliessen der Türen funktionierte bedingt gut, aber am letzten Tag half bei der Zimmertür nur noch die Karte im Safe. Die Mikrowelle war eigentlich überflüssig weil es kein Besteck und Teller wie bei einer Küche gab.

Geen airco en slechts 1 klein raampje wat open kon voor ventilatie. Wel waren er ventilatoren neergezet maar hier zat zoveel stof in dat je deze ook niet graag aan zet..

Heel fijn hotel, meer een soort airbnb zonder balie en zonder personeel. Zelf inchecken met codes en via mobiel de kamer en voordeur openen. Een pas gekregen na 1 telefoontje en het was een net en schoon hotel van alles voorzien. Zeker een aanrader!

We stayed one night and, overall, the experience was unfortunately more negative than positive, although there were definitely some good points. The good: The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. There were also more than enough towels, which was very convenient. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer, so the basic amenities were well covered. The location is also a big plus, it is very close to the sea and in a great area of Scheveningen. The automatic check-in and check-out system is also convenient if you prefer a contactless stay.

The bad: The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. The main entrance door of the building was broken and remained open throughout our stay, which did not feel very secure. The light in the hallway was also on all the time. Since our room was on the first floor, the light came into the room through the gap underneath the door, which was quite disturbing at night. The biggest issues for us were the alarm during the night and the lack of privacy during check-out. At around 1 a.m., the building’s alarm started sounding and continued for quite some time. As there is no reception, we had to figure out what to do ourselves. Eventually, we went to reception and called the provided number, and we were given a number to stop the alarm. Having to deal with a loud alarm in the middle of the night was extremely frustrating and disruptive. The check-out experience was also very disappointing. Our phone stated that check-out was at 11:05, so we understood that we had until then to leave the room. However, a cleaner was already knocking on our door before 11:00, and what was particularly uncomfortable was that she knocked only once and then opened the door without waiting for us to answer. We had to tell her that we were still in the room and ask her to give us a moment. This happened again shortly afterwards. The fact that someone would open the door without waiting to hear whether the room was occupied felt like a serious lack of privacy and was one of the worst parts of our stay. You never know what someone might be doing in their room, including being undressed, so staff should always wait for an answer before entering. The room also had no air conditioning, which can be a real issue during the summer, and we would have appreciated having a small fridge as well.

Die Atmosphäre des Raumes und des Hotels ist unangenehm und betrübend. Es wirkt ungepflegt und unsauber. Man kann nur schlafen und schnell wieder wegfahren.

Der Aussenbereich aber auch das Zimmer haben keinen Styl und sind völlig verfehlt eingereichter. Die Eingangstür schlägt laut zu und wirkt störend. Der Eingang ist absolut lieblos. Ich würde nicht mehr dort reservieren.

Am diesen Tag war sehr warm und Fenster könnte man nicht aufmachen komplett, weil kaputt ist. Und war da ein Ventilator und das war trotzdem drinne warm

Check out war bis 11.00h gewesen. Allerdings konnte man bereits um 08.30 h nicht mehr ins Zimmer rein. Digitales Aufschließen hat nicht mehr funktioniert. Das war seltsam.

Die Vermieter waren nicht vor Ort aber egal, wenn man sie angeschrieben hat, hat sie sofort geantwortet und hat auch sofort eine Lösung gehabt. Wir hatten nämlich Probleme online unser Parkticket zu bezahlen. Alles hat super

Da kann ich leider nichts berichten, weil nichts Negatives war

Mir hat die günstige Lage gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Bettwäsche weiß ist. Weiße Bettwäsche würde einen saubereren und gepflegteren Eindruck machen.

Lage ist super!

De locatie, direct naast het Circus theater. Een ruime kamer. Een goede douche.

Het was wat warm (nog geen eens hoog zomer). Er is geen personeel. Je checkt online in en de sleutel is digitaal. (Deur open je met je telefoon). Op zich handig. Maar je bent wel alleen in een huis met overige gasten - zonder dat er direct personeel rond loopt. Dat is misschien niet altijd handig of prettig.

The hotel has great location, 2 min away from the tram stop that takes you in Hague for 15-20mins and 5 mins away from the beach. They upgraded me from single to double room and it was great, the bed was so big and so comfortable. Everything needed was in the room.

The electronic key is awful, if you run out of battery of the phone, you are locked out. The stairs are dangerously steep and the door need to close smoother, because now everybody is shutting them and all people can hear.

Hele prettige locatie en makkelijk zonder fysiek personeel kunnen ‘inchecken’.

Geluid van andere gasten in het gebouw was helaas erg duidelijk te horen in de kamer. Omdat dit niet een hele nacht was, maar alleen tot later op de avond en vroeg in de ochtend kan er wel gewoon prima geslapen worden.

Parking not included; even though there are pictures of parking spaces and description parking available. It does say it somewhere in the text but hidden. Parking was a 10 minute walk or so. No physical reception, all digital. However the website didn't load properly so we were locked out of our room for a while. We couldn't contact them by phone, even though it was after 9:00. Finally via booking chat we managed to get information about the keycards to the room that were in locker boxes.

Het is een toplocatie,vlak bij de tramhalte om een uitstap te maken naar Delft of Den Haag.Het ligt vlak bij de boulevard aan zee en aan horeca in de buurt geen gebrek.Mooie badkamer en een kleine koelkast tegen betaling €10. Ze hebben een parkingplaats op 10 minuten lopen langst de boulevard,€30 per dag,best handig om vooraf je bagage eerst ter plaatse te zetten,je kan parkeren in de straat(parkeerautomaat).Systeem van keykaart werkte perfect. Al bij al een hele mooie prijs voor een toplocatie wat het verblijf uiterst aangenaam heeft gemaakt.

De kamer was vrij warm daar er geen airco is en het een hele kleine opervlakte is,er staat wel een kleine ventilator.Na dag 2 er in geslaagd om het zware oude raam open te krijgen ,wat de benauwde ruimte wat meer zuurstof geeft.

Close to the beach and multiple tram stops to go along the beach or into the city easily. Basic room to provide a good central base to explore the Hague. Self check-in and entry via phone which means no need to worry about keys.

Other guests can be quite noisy and can be heard through the doors and stairwell.

Good location very close to pier, seafront and local bus and tram services. Kettle in room. Comfortable bed.

Entry to hotel and room is only via a virtual key on my smartphone. (I am not very good with modern technology).

The rooms are big, the furniture is new, and the location is close to the beach. I like the entering system, everything is keyless.

For people who don't have orientation skills - like me, maybe a higher label at the building entrance will be a helpful feature. Yet, the support is great and you will get the proper guidance.

Entree was nogal troosteloos. Naam bord op hotel was eraf. Entree als je binnenkomt is met een lege niet werkende snackautomaat. Gewoon niet aantrekkelijk.

На момент заселения не был выслан онлайн ключ, пришлось несколько раз звонить, потом ключ при открытии двери опять не работал, нужно было писать емаил, вызывать службу, и только к вечеру онлайн ключ стал реагировать, неприятно, Не советую этот отель😔

Très bien situé face au Circus Theater, à deux pas du Kurhaus et de la plage. Le tram pour La Haye est à côté, ce qui est très pratique si vous arrivez en train. Petite chambre mais avec tout le nécessaire (belle douche, thés et cafés).

Enregistrement compliqué car il n'y a pas de réception. La remise de la carte clef de la chambre se fait par Internet par l'intermédiaire de l'Iphone. N'ayant pas accès à Internet sur mon téléphone, il a fallu entrer en contact avec l'hôtel par téléphone. Ceci dit, l'hôtel a été très efficace et réactif puisque en moins de dix minutes une personne s'est présentée devant l'hôtel pour me remettre la carte de la chambre.

Super Lage! 5 Minuten bis zum Strand, Cafés und Bar in der Nähe. Super Organisation und schnelle Antworten der Hotelbetreiber (z.B. bezüglich Parkplatz)

Leider konnte man das Fenster nur 5-10cm öffnen bzw. nach oben schieben. Zu meiner Zeit war es gar nicht so heiß/sonnig aber trotzdem war es sehr warm und stickig im Zimmer.
