Reviewed Mar 30, 2026La propiedad es un mono ambiente con todas las comodidades, tienen vestidor, utensilios para cocina, termo para mate, sal, aceite detergente lo esencial para poder cocinar y limpiar cómodo, también tienen un horno eléctrico. Muy decorado el lugar es tal cual las fotos.. y seguridad las 24 hs en el edificio. Marta la anfitriona es muy amable y atenta ante cualquier duda o inconveniente te responde
La terraza donde está la piscina es solo hasta las 21 hs pero son reglas del edificio

La vista a los espacios verdes de Recoleta es inmejorable! Totalmente recomendable! Muy buena atención de Marta!! El edificio cuenta con piscina exterior con solárium, un gimnasio muy completo con muy buenas vistas! Exelente

Very little. My room was next to the lift which pinged constantly, but volume decreased over night, so not an issue. The kitchen was small and missed some utensils, but easily managed.

We did not have time to spend exploring around, but the area felt safe. The tea pot shut down before the water was boiled, so we could not use it. The communication with the property was very good.

We have to report a few things here. After our arrival we were not given any information where to find the facilities (pool, gym), we had to call the host to ask for this information. We were given all the check-in information in Spanish, although it was obvious that we speak only a little bit of Spanish, because we asked all the questions in English.

The apartment had great facilities, however would have been nice if we were provided with a bottle of water at least, bathroom amenities or some coffee/tea, so that once your guests arrive they can get themselves comfortable instead of going to purchase all these items. We found that the music was extremely loud until 1 am in one of the bars downstairs. Gym was super small and one of the 3 weight machines was not working.

The front desk staff was so welcoming. 100% recommend this place. The apartment is gorgeous. The decor, the attention to detail, the space. Don't think about it. Stay here for your next trip to BA.

PROS Convenient to restaurants Grocery store next door Nice design Inexpensive BEWARE OF THE FOLLOWING: CONS NOUSE. NOISE. NOISE. it is not soundproofed even though it is advertised as soundproofed. Noise from hallway, street noise all day and noise from party people from dance clubs all night till early morning No shower tray!!! A few piddly sachets of liquid soap and only one roll of toilet paper. Service apartment with NO service for baggage storage. Air conditioning blowing onto the bed. Concierge only speak Spanish contrary to advertised as multilingual.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2024First time visiting Buenos Aires. I had a fantastic time. The apartment was very cute, clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was heavenly. They arrange a car for airline pick up and drop off. A definite plus! I was even allowed to stay a couple of hours past checkout time to accommodate the later flight. The grocery was right next door, and Recoleta cemetery just a few steps away. A special thank you to Marcelo, the front desk staff and Luis. All of you help make my first visit to Buenos Aires memorable. Thank you

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024El departamento era excelente, impecable y agradable, excelente ubicación, pero tenia 3 inconvenientes: 1) estuvimos las noches del viernes y sábado y constaba dormir porque la fuerte música del bar o disco que está a pocos metros del edificio 2) Se hace el check out a las 11 AM, y no permiten dejar maletas hasta mas tarde, de manera que tuvimos que buscar y pagar lugar para dejar las maletas hasta la hora en que salia nuestro avión de vuelta. 3) Se suponía que a las 11 AM del día de salida, se anulaba la clave para entrar el departamento. ese día dejamos todo listo, salimos de 10 a 10;45, y cuando volvimos a recoger el equipaje, la clave habia expirado! Antes de la hora de salida, Muy poco serio
