Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Excelente ubicación!!! Bares y Cafés a la salida del edificio. A pasos del Ecoparque, el Botánico, Jardin Japonés, el Rosedal. Un monoambiente muy completo y cómodo.
A mí, no me resultó cómoda la ducha.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Perfect location, cozy, got everything needed. The area is super nice, lots of restaurants, close to the park. Building is safe. I would stay longer if had time. Love having coffee at balcony and getting breakfast at the shop downstairs.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026La ubicación es excelente: está cerca de todo y me sentí muy segura durante toda la estadía, ideal si vas de paseo y querés moverte caminando. Además, la persona que gestiona el alojamiento es muy amable y atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
Como sugerencia, estaría bueno que detallen mejor qué elementos están incluidos, por ejemplo si hay plancha, toallas, shampoo o acondicionador. Entiendo que no es obligatorio que estén, pero tener esa información ayuda mucho a organizar la valija y viajar con más previsibilidad.

Relacion precio-dpto NO lo vale. muy caro Para destacar La ducha muy chica No entra una persona de mas 60/70 kilos. Buscaria opciones en la misma zona. En otras aplicaciones todo es real. lo que se Pública es y sin complicar. y te cobran lo que se publica. Muy mala experiencia No alquilo mas

The property was not properly cleaned, the sheets had stains and the floor was dusty and sticky. The bed had a “hole” in the mattress, meaning it was very uncomfortable because it was bended in from maybe much use, also the pillows were flat, not very confortable either. The ventilation of the bathroom was not working well and to top it all off, the digital door lock was not working properly either. One of the nights, me and my partner were left outside (at midnight), we had to contact the liaison person who then had to contact a locksmith to get us in the property, we had to walk to get new batteries and also had to change our plans for the next day, to be able to give access to another locksmith to fully solve the issue.
