la verdad está cerca de todo ! la atención de la gente un lujo aunque nunca te cruzas con nadie pero por teléfono resuelven todo

Excelente el alojamiento, la ubicación inmejorable, la limpieza excelente y el desayuno impecable. El edificio es nuevo, con seguridad y comodidad en las instalaciones

Usina ist sehr zentral gelegen und eine schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben erst 30 Minuten vor Check-in einen Zahlungslink erhalten, der ebenfalls nur 30 Minuten gültig war – sehr umständlich, besonders wenn man eine Anreise hat (z.B. Flug). Die Zugangsdaten gab es erst danach. Zudem hatte die Dusche kaum Wasserdruck, Warmwasser war schnell leer und brauchte ca. 30 Minuten zum Aufheizen. Das Gym bestand grösstenteils aus defekten Geräten, und insgesamt war es sehr hellhörig und laut von der Strasse bzw. dem Auto-Lift mit klappernden Metallgitter. Ideal wäre eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Personal war nicht sehr hilfsbereit

Great location, only a few minutes from the centre square. The room was clean and comfortable. The guests were very helpful and always replied promptly to answer any requests.

One of the rooms I stayed in didn't have any natural light - the windows were facing the garage. The gym was a bit dirty, specially the floor.

Ar condicionado subdimensionado e mal posicionado num canto do quarto, e o vento nao atingia todo o apt. Um calor na cozinha absurdo. O balcão para refeições muito alto, impossível sentar nos branquinhos sem perigo de queda. Escrivaninha e cadeira de trabalho boa. Mas sem iluminação nem tomada para usar notebook. O arquiteto nao era bom Piscina suja, nao tivemos coragem de entrar. Academia sem ar condicionado nem ventilador, com equipamentos sem manutenção, enferrujados e faltando mosquetão, inviabilizando uso. Café da manhã mediano

Aucun contact avec le personnel puisque tout se fait par WhatsApp. Heureusement on maîtrise la technologie. Impossible pour qqun pas habitué. Paiement par une plate-forme de paiement. Il faut avoir confiance.... Longs échanges par téléphone pour tout comprendre, application de traduction obligatoire. Bref, pour moi il est essentiel d'avoir un humain en face, surtout dans un pays étranger.

Nos gustó mucho la terraza. Ahí se sirve el desayuno y eso es un punto extra. El depto es lindo y cómodo

A nosotros nos tocó un depto interno y era un poco oscuro. Y otra cosa que podrían solucionar es que se va el agua de la ducha y moja todo el baño.

Está muy bien situado y cuenta con gimnasio y terraza si vas a utilizarlos está bien. El desayuno es correcto!

A pesar de llamarse coliving está bastante pensado para estar de paso. Cuenta solo con 2 platos, 2 cubiertos de cada etc. y no hay un cuchillo grande de cortar por ejemplo y nosotros que comíamos allí ya que trabajamos, pues se hacía complicado. También, nos cobraron 50k pesos por hacer late check out cosa que me parece una barbaridad, más caro que la propia noche, pero por tema laboral tuvimos que cogerlo, aunque si lo hubiese pensado antes hubiera cogido una noche más que salía más barato. Entiendo que se page más para late check out pero igual el bloque estaba prácticamente vacío, no había problema de ocupación.

Tremendo desayuno. Las facilidades que te da el locker pre check in o post check out está buenisimo. La vista por la terraza en la mañana no se la pierdan.

las camas podrian ser un poco mas cómodas. Pero es buscarle el pelo al huevo. Todo lo demas de 10.

La despersonalizacion del servicio del anfitrion repitiendo que habia REGLAS que cumplir...mientras usaba el diminutivo de mi nombre como si eso lo hiciera mas amigable....un fastidio. Tanto protolo y no poder hacer una llamada y resolver cada inconveniente generado...por no cumplir con las REGLAS...

Todo perfecto... pero la limpieza impecable,un diez,la disposición del personal mediante wasap para la llegada,la recepción y cualquier consulta...

Lo único los utensilios de cocina q eran muy pequeños, usé tenía q cocinar de forma individual... ojalá cambien esto ya q pensamos volver...

Very annoying check-in process which involves multiple screens and forms, and any problems are directed to an AI chatbot. Maybe I'm just getting old but it was pretty annoying, especially on my weak travellers internet. I couldn't even get through the front door and was stood outside in the rain until I tailgated someone. i dunno it's not a disaster but the rooms aren't particularly nice and there's other places in Salta which are nicer and have a normal check-in process.

Todo fue genial! Gracias al establecimiento por esta gran estancia, recomendamos encarecidamente.

Il soggiorno presso la struttura ci è piaciuto per quanto riguarda la camera e tutti gli ambienti, la bella terrazza, la piscina e la possibilità di usare la palestra dopo una corsa a Salta. Abbiamo passato 1 notte e successivamente altre 2.

Gli unici aspetti che ci hanno creato piccoli disagi è l'assenza di una reception e comunicazioni unicamente via whatsapp. Nonostante l'efficienza dell'operatore che rispondeva tempestivamente e in maniera gentile, i codici per entrare nella struttura e successivamente per entrare in camera arrivano in giornata su due comunicazioni diverse via whatsapp. Durante il nostro viaggio in Argentina la connessione a internet non sempre funzionava e il timore di non ricevere il necessario non era scontato. Inoltre i pagamenti da effettuare online durante la fine del soggiorno, non li ho ritenuti pratici, avrei preferito il pagamento automatico per evitare diverse comunicazioni in un'altra lingua con l'operatore. Ribadisco tutti gentilissimi e per questo nulla di dire. Grazie

El depto hermosísimo! Todo nuevo en perfectas condiciones, un olor riquísimo hasta el último día que estuvimos, cuentan con box seco en caso de que no estés en el horario del desayuno, todo hermoso y moderno!!

La terraza para desayunar y las vistas desde ahi son lindísimas... El acceso por código es súper fácil y rápido. La comunicación por Whatsapp fue siempre muy fluida y efectiva. No sé notó que no había nadie en recepción la verdad. Yo me olvidé en la heladera del departamento una medicación importante que requiere refrigeración y me la guardaron en la heladera de la oficina por tres días muy amablemente. La verdad que la relación precio/ calidad es buena

El cuarto para tres es realmente muy chico, nosotros eramos dos adultos y un niño y estábamos super apretados. No hay mesa para cenar ahí porque no entra sinceramente. Es más un depto para 2 que para 3. Fuimos en una época de mucho frío a la noche. La única calefacción es un aire frío calor que está en la zona del living y no llega bien al cuarto principal (salvó que lo prendas muchas horas antes). No había suficientes frazadas. la primera noche tuvimos bastante frío

Great location, close to downtown. You can park free in the street. It’s very quiet so you won’t have any issues finding a spot. The swimming pool was nice, though it needed some cleaning and the water was very cold. The work out 🏋️ area was very worn and maintenance and updated is needed. The floor there is not even and there is a shattered window. The roof top it’s very nice and the breakfast is ok. The croissants are not the best, the lack of taste and not looking fresh may be what brings me to that conclusion. The apartments are very nice and comfortable but there was an issue with water so instead of receiving a one bedroom apartment, we got 2 single apartments. This was already accepted by me as the other option was to go to another building that didn’t have a swimming pool. Something that it’s a must for my family. The thing is that every time the 4 of us were together, we were in the same apartment which felt cramped. But at night we split it in two groups We went for dinner to the roof top to be more comfortable where they have tables, sofas and coffee tables

Please note, this team is fully remote, so if you need to reach someone for communication, it's almost impossible. If you don’t speak Spanish, please think carefully before booking! They will send you a lot of information upon check-in, but the check-in instructions are only in Spanish. I later discovered that one of the messages mentioned, "If you book a tour through us and need an early departure, we can prepare breakfast for you, but you must inform us before 1 PM." The hotel knew that I had booked a tour through them, but they didn’t proactively ask if I needed breakfast, so if you miss it, you just miss it! The bathroom instructions are also in Spanish, and one of them says that if the bath towels or bath mat are stained, you'll be charged for damages (and I believe it's quite expensive). However, how do they define what counts as "stained"? If I step on the bath mat with my slippers and leave a mark, does that count? Also, since the wheel of my suitcase came off, I wanted to borrow a screwdriver to fix it, but communication with the hotel was extremely difficult. I felt very frustrated. They said, "We don't have a screwdriver because our cleaning staff doesn't start work until 9 AM." But the time their staff starts working and whether they have a screwdriver are two separate issues. They kept making excuses, saying that since they all work remotely, they can’t solve problems like this. This made me realize how important it is to have onsite staff. In the end, I had to go to a supermarket nearby and borrow a screwdriver to fix the issue. I found it quite unfriendly for non-Spanish speakers because some of the check-in information was only in Spanish, and they didn’t proactively inform the services the you could access.

Clean, practical, well located, quiet (not on the street side), black out curtains (not that common in South America !), comfy bed, hot water with good pressure, good internet in the room. Good communication with the management albeit a bit confusing on the actual price to pay (foreign no VAT etc.). Option to leave your bags in lockers before/after check out.

It isn’t a coliving it’s an appart hotel. There’s no social space / activities. As per other reviews the shower leaks out.. they did try to add a curtain but unfortunately water still gets out and soak the shower mat. (Minor for short stays, can see it getting annoying for longer ones). Breakfast is very simple. Pool not very clean. Wifi on terrace is really slow.

- Breakfast provided, secure accomodation not far from city centre.

- Payment would have been better obtained via booking.com and not Google document. The process was a little convoluted.

Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days.

The host were very nice and helpfull. The view from the breakfast area was beatiful. Accomodation was ok and provided everything we needed. Also the location was good and close to the center.

The doors of the balcony could not be locked and we could hear everything the neighboors were doing. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent location, very easy check-in. The appartment itself was fantastic - clean and very comfortable. The access to gym & pool was a great addition.

The vent in the bathroom carried the noise from (upstairs?) appartments. We were unfortunate to have noisy neighbours and so had a poor night sleep.

The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is perfect. Check in was easy.

It was a lot smaller than I expected. Enough for one person, but two is a stretch. The desk is squeezed in between the bar and refrigerator, and blocked my partner from crossing from the kitchen area to elsewhere. The desk chair needs be an actual desk chair, not a living room chair. Its hard to work in such a low chair. The balcony is a nice idea, but if there are no chairs, how does one use it?

The studio is small but nicely furnished. Would not stay here again. There are many better options for that price.

- The ad said you can pay in cash. Partly because of this option, we chose this apt. (Because paying cash using the Blue Dollar rate pays off.) It turned out we had to drive to an office to pay for the room. What?? - All upfront communication was in Spanish through a virtual assistant, our Spanish is basic. English would be a nice option. - we had to fill in many forms (in Spanish) before arrival. Booking already has a lot of info about us including our credit card, so why? - we couldn’t lock the balcony door so we used a broom stick - the safe didn’t work properly (not a good thing in combination with the former issue) - the shower panel is so small that a lot of water goes into the rest of the bathroom - breakfast is fine but it’s cold up there! - We did not know upfront about the parking garage which we wanted to use.
