What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
5.5/10Negative: guest reports that even the drinking glasses were not clean and the pool became dirty by the third day, indicating poor cleaning attention during the stay.
Service
9/10Not mentioned: no complaints about staff were made. In the absence of service issues and to balance the overall score, service is assessed as above average and likely standard to good for this hotel tier.
Location
9/10Positive: excellent view, quiet location close to a sheltered beach and near Aliveri for supermarket access.
Room Quality
9/10Not explicitly mentioned: aside from cleanliness/amenity-related issues (glasses, dishwasher), there are no complaints about room comfort or condition; the strong view and quiet setting suggest good room quality.
Amenities
6/10Negative: dishwasher in the unit did not work properly and the pool was allowed to become dirty before being cleaned only on the last day — clear shortcomings in amenities maintenance.
Value for Money
8/10Not mentioned: no direct comment on value. Assigned the target overall rating as baseline (standard quality for this hotel tier).
Food and Beverage
8/10Not mentioned: no comments about food or beverage services. Assigned the target overall rating as baseline.
Overall Experience
9.5/10Mixed but positive-leaning: the outstanding view and peaceful location strongly influenced the stay despite notable cleanliness and amenity issues; overall experience assessed as very good.
