Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The Aionion Residences by K&K are in a great location. Very walkable, close to the Athens Flea Market, the Acropolis and restaurants and shops. It is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. Coming from the islands where our accommodations were very small, the spaciousness of the apartment was wonderful.
There was nothing to dislike about the apartment.

Staff didn’t speak English however were very nice and helpful . It ver really closed off . If we had been given the verandah main rd side maybe it would’ve been better , not sure . Overall 5/10

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026We really enjoyed our stay! We had two adjoining rooms for a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). The roof top view at night was incredible!!! The location is fantastic! So close to everything! The acropolis, the ancient agora, syntagma, monastriraki and ermou shopping district. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so attentive and helpful!
The only issue was the shower. The rain shower was squirting everywhere. And there is no separation or glass door to prevent water from going everywhere. But other than that, everything was great!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026מלון דירות בוטיקי, מטר ממש ממרכז האקרופוליס. המלון הוא בית דירות מעוצב מעולה, מרווח, מחולק נכון ומזווד מעולה. לקחנו שני חדרים מחוברים שהם שתי דירות למעשה. בקלות יכולנו להיות שם במקום 5 אנשים - 8, עם שני מטבחים, ושני חדרי מקלחת. המיקום פנטסטי ובמרחק 20 שניות הליכה נשפכים לטיילת סובבת האקרופוליס. אין מילים - עשה חשק לקנות דירה ביוון. האירוח כולל ארוחת בוקר סבירה בלבד. מנגד מטר מהמקום אין ספור מסעדות ובתי קפה.
חסר מגבות..... הארוחת בוקר ספרטנית.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to a metro station. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was very kind and communication was easy and smooth throughout our stay. Since we arrived early in the morning, the host was kind enough to accommodate us with an earlier check-in, which was especially convenient for us as we were traveling with children. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace, where you can sit and relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the Acropolis. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Résidence bien située dans 1 immeuble dédié à la location. A quelques minutes du metro Thissio. Accès facile et à pieds des quartiers touristiques d Athènes, Thissio, Plaka, Psiri, Monastiraki. A 1h de l Aeroport en metro et 20 min du port fu Piree.Confortable, bien agencé.
La vue de l appartement 14 est nulle : en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, donne sur une impasse, barreaux aux fenêtres, ne pas être clostrophobe.

Arrivée à minuit facilitée par des indications claires. Franchement rien à redire !

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Gute Lage, nahe der Akropolis und dem Zentrum. Ubahn nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Badezimmer im Zimmer Nephele war eine Katastrophe die Regendusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert und war total verkalkt und dadurch verstopft, also konnte man nur den kleinen Duschkopf nutzen. Beim duschen ist das komplette Badezimmer überschwemmt da die Duschwand viel zu kurz war und das ganze Wasser rausgespritzt ist. Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut, Staub im Schmafzimmer und Haare im Bett. Die Wände waren extrem hellhörig, wir waren im 1. Stock und konnten hören wenn jemand unten in die Hauptür ein und aus ging was extrem laut war. Auch die Putzkräfte konnte man morgens beim sauber machen hören.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Πολυ βολικη τοποθεσια. Δυο λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σταθμο του Θησειου. Και δεκα λεπτα απο Ακροπολη και Μοναστηρακι. Απο την ταρατσα εχει θεα τον Παρθενωνα. Ανετα διαμερισματα και καθαρα. Οποια ευκολια ζητησαμε μας εξυπηρετησαν αψογα. Ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Location was great. Stella was friendly and easy to deal with. The apartment was lovely and clean. The rooftop area was a bonus.
The rain head shower rose sprayed all over the ceiling, and the handheld shower attachment was tricky to use and got the floor really wet. However we advised Stella and she was going to have this looked at.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Good location in the Thiseo neighborhood, close to many restaurants and the subway station. Place is clean and there is an elevator that was useful for us since we had luggage.
Breakfast included is so-so but this is not a dealbreaker.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Jättebra läge, ligger i lugnt område och med gångavstånd till allt runt Akropolis, restauranger och områden som Plaka och Monastiraki. Rent och fint Jättebra mottagande och enkel kontakt med värden Stella.
Det fann en del småskavanker i lägenheten som skulle behöva fixas.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026דירה מאובזרת ומרווחת בעיצוב עכשווי ונעים. נמצאת סמוך לתחילת רחוב ארמו כעשר דק עד למרכז המדרחוב . גג נעים שמשקיף על האקרופוליס סמוכה לטיילת ולפלקה.
בדירה שלנו, חדרי השירותים היו בתוך החדר עם דלתות שקופות למחצה מה שהקשה מעט על הפרטיות והנוחות. באחד החדרים דלת השירותים והאמבטיה לא נסגרה עד הסוף.

Δεν είχε πρωινό.Οι καφέδες ήταν μόνο για δύο ημέρες και όταν ζητήσαμε μας είπαν ότι δεν τους ανανεώνουν .Η καθαριότητα (πετσέτες και τα λοιπά )αλλάχτηκαν μόνο μια φορά κατόπιν απαίτησης μας.Το δωμάτιο έβλεπε σε φωταγωγό και για να δούμε θέα έπρεπε να ανέβουμε στην ταράτσα που δεν είχε υποδομή .(τέντες ,ομπρέλες )για προστασία από τον ήλιο.Με 190 ευρώ στις αρχές Ιουνίου (4)θα μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε σε ξενοδοχείο με πρωινό και καθημερινό σέρβις δεδομένου ότι ο χώρος ήταν ένα δωμάτιο μονο(μονόχωρος)με μπανιέρα και ντουζιέρα ακάλυπτα στον ίδιο χώρο.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The location was excellent. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The area was quiet and peaceful at night.
The bathroom smelled a bit musty and had some mold and water leaked out of the shower when we used it. The couch also had an unpleasant smell.

Biz 1. Katta kalmıştık. Odalardaki 1 tuvaletin kapısı tam kapanmıyordu ve 2 oda tuvaletlerinin kapısı yarı şeffaf ve üst taraf açık olduğu için rahat değil.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Excellent location for the main sights of Athens. Very easy to walk to the Parthenon, Monastiraki etc. Train station very close by and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable apartment and great views from the rooftop garden. We were able to book an extra day with no issues.
