The layout, location and decoration The use of the spa in the hotel were amazing.

Het ontvangst bij het Cobergher Hotel was super goed geregeld. We kregen een drankje van het huis aangeboden omdat er nog wat administratie geregeld moest worden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijke en we voelden ons meer dan welkom. De wandeling naar het appartement was wat langer dan verwacht, maar het appartement zelf was super. Mooi, schoon, ruim en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Daarnaast hoefden we niet met onze bagage te zeulen, want deze was al voor ons naar het appartement gebracht.

We stayed in this awesome apartment for 10 days with our daughter. It was perfect, especially with each bedroom on its own level and private baths. She had to work during the trip and there was a great space with a desk in the loft for that. Even though the weather was cool, we enjoyed sitting on the sun deck and enjoying the stars at night. The location is excellent, being close to the train station, the city center and tons of bike trails for walking or cycling. Because the apartment is owned by a lovely hotel in town, we were able to enjoy the incredible wellness center with fitness, sauna, and steam rooms. The staff went over and above expectations to assist us. This was definitely one of our favorite stays on our trip to Europe.

Aandachtspunt is het parkeren in Kortrijk. Veel 2 uurs plekken en grotere log-stay parkings op minimaal 10 minuten lopen. Treinstation op kleine 10 minuten lopen dat dan wel.

That was absolutely superb accomondation. Clean, fresh, very good equiped.

Mayby only one disadvantage is parking. That you have to use public parking, but on the other hand it's from 20:00 to 8:00 for free.

Het voelde als een woning, thuis. Strak modern ingericht met goede bedden en moderne faciliteiten en sterke WiFi.

Koffiezetter (WMF) is niet echt een handig apparaat. Liever een Nespresso voortaan.

Acc 22: De ruimte , 2 slaapkamers. Waarvan 1 met een 1 persoonsbed. In de woonkamer nog een slaapbank. Alles aanwezig!

De afzuiging die de gehele dag/nacht aan was. Wat in de nacht niet prettig was in de slaapkamers. En ik had erg graag een bad gehad met de luxe die er was.

Locatie aan de rand van de stad, maar gemakkelijk te parkeren, dat is het voordeel. Rustige buurt, goede isolatie, want het waren warme dagen, en toch warmde het appartement niet op. goede wifi connectie.

We picked up our keys at the Hotel reception and they provided a taxi to take us to the Apartment. The apartment was perfect for us and we would definitely go back.

Very large and modern penthouse apartment, very clean with all facilities available. Extremely helpful staff, we even got a glass of champagne as a welcome drink in the attached luxury hotel. The location is close to shops/restaurants.

Gave us a different room from what was booked and paid for.Booked the pent house and was given an apartment on the 3rd floor which wasn't as described. When asked about this we were told the penthouse was booked out to more people than was in our booking.

We loved everything. The penthouse is 7 min by foot from the main hotel. At the hotel we had a free private session of 2h sauna,hamam and a welcoming glass of wine. By the way, very kind and nice staff at the reception. Then we took the keys from the hotel reception and go to the apartment (which is 3 min from the center of Courtrai). Modern and minimalistic with 2 big bedrooms(each one of them had a bathroom with toilet…which was great seeing that we were 2 couples and we need intimacy). Spacious living room with comfortable couch, free bottles of water in the fridge etc.

We can’t say anything bad about. 10/10 experience

This appt is linked (and close) to the new Cobergher hotel in Kortrijk. This hotel has introduced a new standard in hotel business! This is an exquisite 5 star hotel.. I travelled all around the world the last 35y and I can genuinely say that this is in the top 5 hotels in the The most astonishing feature of the hotel is the interior decoration. Truly breath taking. The vibe in this hotel is ultimate class and luxury. But also the service, the attention for detail, the quality of materials and food is outstanding. A real gem and most likely the best hotel in Belgium.

Great location, being only a short walk to the centre and river. The apartments are new, very spacious and well equipped. the atmosphere in the apartment is very pleasant.

Happy to collect keys from Hotel, however its a little challenging as there isn't an easy place to park the car whilst you're having to check-in, the apartment is a drive away which means its quite awkward.

Incredible stay at a virtually brand new hotel. Very friendly staff and we even had private access to the wellness area. The price was ridiculously low considering what we got.

EDIT: I had actually left a nice review until a very uncomfortable thing happened. Unfortunately, one week after having had a great time at the apartment, we got a message accusing us of having broken the salt and pepper shakers and approximately 90 Euro were charged from my credit card. This was done without providing any sort of evidence or receipt for the replacement. After I contacted the hotel asking for an explanation and insisting we had nothing to do with the alleged damage (we don't even remember having used the items in question), and asking for pictures (we wanted to rule out the possibility that we had done something to the items unknowingly), we were even accused of having conceiled the damage so that the hotel staff dind't see it, which is frankly ridiculous. Since our second request to check the circumstances (they contacted us one week after our stay, and the alledged damaged could have happened in the meantime) and another request for evidence of the damage or a receipt for the purchase of the new items, we haven't heard anything else from the hotel. This was several weeks ago. I'm really sorry to have to change my review, and I don't even mind the money that was charged, but the fact of having done it without providing any difference and being accused of dishonesty is really something else.

It was a nice and comfy apartment.On a good location like a 10 mins walk from the railway station.

I was staying over the Christmas period and all the football channels were blocked.And the kitchen utensils should be stronger as one of the spoons was broken.

ALL ROOMS were too hot , December .... All thermostats were set at 25.5 degrees WHY ???? . We had to open the windows and were forced to eat outside ... We wanted and brought stuff to dine inside ... Additional cost 180€ for restaurant plus the cost of the food we bought....so... Not happy.

We went to the hotel to pick up the keys. They offered us champagne and then accompanied us to the apartment. The place was brand new.

The staff were amazingly helpful and could not have done more to help our stay a success. The flat was a great size, beautifully decorated, and fantastic for pir small group. It is excellently located in town with easy access to the station and town centre.
