Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Close to St. Katherine’s square & metro. Rooms were comfortable. We stayed in Room 101 which only had 1 very small bedside table & 1 chair. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful with booking taxi to airport.
Property could use some maintenance as far as paint & wall repairs. Lighting in hallways was very poor! Dark carpet with dark paint colours makes visibility challenging. There was a motion light in Room 101 that couldn’t be turned off or the door near it closed so the light went on every time we got up through the night. Door lever in bathroom came off but wasn’t repaired before we left.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Locatie is perfect, zowat in het centrum en vlakbij leuke restaurants en bars. Dee kamers zijn mooi en goed ingedeeld. Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en staan je goed te woord.
Er zat een vlek op het beddengoed bij aankomst, na contact met medewerker is dit snel opgelost. Het ontbijt, loopt tot 10:30 maar om 10:00 was 60% al op en het werd ook niet meer bijgevuld. Er was alleen nog wat yoghurt met cereal, wit brood en belegopties zoals ham/kaas/kipfilet/jam.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Breakfast was delicious, the lobby was a great place to hang out/work, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous - so many great places to eat around there, a post offices, beautiful churches, the big square with a water fountain that people sit around, groceries, etc. The room was comfortable and pretty and had a big, gorgeous window. Price was reasonable.
The shower only has the half-door so the bathroom basically floods when you shower and they don't give you enough towels/mats to truly dry the wetness. The lobby did get stuffy/warm, but I brought my own portable fan so I could hang out there (on hot summer days) in a pleasant temperature. Brought my own black tea to breakfast as their caffeinated option was green tea.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir waren mit Rad - Schiff unterwegs von Brügge nach Brüssel. Eigentlich wollten wir nur unser Gepäck im Hotel unterstellen aber wir konnten schon um 10:00 !!! unsere Zimmer beziehen.

Como aspecto a mejorar, recomendaríamos colocar un cartel que recuerde a los usuarios verificar que la puerta del ascensor quede bien cerrada al salir. Da la impresión de que se cierra sola, pero si queda abierta puede terminar bloqueando el ascensor. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de la estadía.

They did not have black tea at breakfast....Definitely not the end of the world, we brought our own. But this is literally the only thing I can find wrong with this lovely hotel! It is a great place.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La cham || propose un style vraiment atypique, très différent de ce qu'on trouve habituellement à Bruxelles, tout en offrant un confort parfait. C'est un véritable cocon idéal pour les couples. L'accueil a été irréprochable et le personnel d'une grande gentillesse tout au long du séjour. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : juste à côté de Sainte-Catherine, au cœur d'un quartier magnifique et très agréable à visiter à pied. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner: simple, fort copieux et très bien présenté, j'ai beaucoup aimé ! Quand on additionne la qualité de la chambre et ce petit-déjeuner, le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel, ce n'est vraiment pas cher du tout pour ce niveau de prestation.
L'ensemble était très bien ! Si l'on devait vraiment trouver un petit point d'amélioration, un léger coup de peinture permettrait de rafraîchir un peu la chambre et de lui redonner tout son éclat. Mais sinon, il n'y a absolument rien à redire !

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Stanza ampia, confortevole, climattizata e pulita, colazione varia e ricca. Posizione centrale e strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni del centro. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.
La colazione pur buona, può essere migliorata,in quanto già a metà settimana alcune cose terminate non sono state rifornite, come ad esempio lo yogurt. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, segnalo che non erano funzionanti le lampade di fianco al letto e le plafoniere erano staccate e poggiate nella mensola, pur spaziosa mancava un armadio o comunque uno spazio adeguato per riporre la biancheria. Per solo una giornata su cinque, rientrati verso le 14.45 in stanza, mancavamo dalle 9.00 circa, non erano state fatte le pulizie, magari per una svista, in ogni modo sarebbe meglio fare più attenzione.

Fatalna obsługa, zajęta głównie sobą. Śniadanie miało być od 7.30, o 7.40 może połowa była rozłożona, mimo że i 7.30 na śniadaniu było już z 15 osób. Obsługa sama nic nie donosi: kończą się noże - trzeba poprosić, trzeba wyczyścić ekspres do kawy - trzeba poprosić. Miałam poranny samolot, zależało mi na czasie, prawie 10 minut czekałam przy pustej recepcji, nikt nie przyszedł, zostawiłam klucze i napisałam kartkę, że się wymeldowujemy. Przy wyjściu okazało się, że dwóch Panów z obsługi stało sobie na zewnątrz i rozmawiało. Hotel z świetnym potencjałem - ciekawy, nowoczesny design, ale strasznej zaniedbany, brudne, obdrapane ściany. W pokoju łóżko postawione tak, że jedna z osób nie ma dostępu do światła żeby poczytać - na zdjęciach łóżko było ustawione inaczej. Prysznic zepsuty - nie ma opcji wyłączenia deszczownicy. Suszarka też zepsuta, na szczęście dość szybko dostałam nową.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Molto accogliente e curata la struttura. Ottima pulizia; colazione varia e gustosa in ambiente caldo e piacevolmente arredato.
La camera: estremamente piccola ed essenziale; c'era lo spazio (molto angusto) solo per il letto. Non aveva altri arredi perché lo spazio non lo consentiva.

Onze kamer (001) was echt piepklein, smal tweepersoonsbed tegen de muur aan en we hadden uitzicht op de brandtrap. Waarschijnlijk hebben ze ook betere, grotere kamers maar wij hadden een last-minute aanbieding.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Breakfast ok but fairly limited. It was also not provided on time on the Sunday, which was inconvenient given my required departure time. Shower heat was inconsistent throughout stay. Storage options in room not great.
