het zijn vele trappen naar boven, dit was helaas niet vermeld

Heerlijk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op een top locatie! Ook het contact met de host was perfect, reageerde direct👍 We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Excellent location - very central. The apartment is an absolute delight - 2 generous bedrooms, comfortable living space, good shower and well equipped kitchen. The architecture is fabulous and it has been decorated in a very modern, but sympathetic style.

It's not so much a "didn't like" as a "be aware". It's in the eaves which gives it lots of character - the flipside is that it is on the top floor, up 3 steep flights of stairs. Not an issue for most people, but worth being aware if you are less physically able.

Prachtig appartement op een topverlocatie dicht bij het centrum. Alles was keurig schoon en de service was uitstekend. Zeer klantvriendelijk, een absolute aanrader!

卫生干净，阁楼宽敞亮堂，房间很安静舒适。

我们的阁楼房在三楼，楼道很窄小，我们四个提着28寸大行李箱很不方便。但也没办法，入住体验还是很好。

De locatie, het appartement en de communicatie met de gastheer was uitstekend!

Appartamento su due livelli,appena si entra c è la zona notte,poi si salgono delle scale piccole e strette,tipiche del centro storico,e si arriva su un ampia zona giorno con cucina,tavolo e divano con tv,tutto ben attrezzato. Letti comodi. Posizione centrale in pieno centro storico

L'appartamento è al terzo piano ovviamente senza ascensore perché in centro storico,quindi se si hanno valige è veramente difficile salire e scendere . Avevo chiesto se potevo lasciare I bagagli fino alle 14,inizialmente mi è stato detto che non era possibilei,ma poi mi è stato proposto di pagare 10 euro per ogni ora di late check out ,quindi considerando che l'uscita dalla camera è alle 10......fino alle 14.....ho rifiutato ovviamente. Premetto che ho prenotato la camera alle 15 del giorno stesso causa cancellazione volo,un minimo di sforzo da parte del proprietario poteva anche essere fatto

The location is right in the middle of the old town. Perfect location to explore Antwerp. Lots of shops and restaurants and bars all around.

Die Unterkunft in Antwerpen war sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm großzügig geschnitten. Sie befindet sich in einem schönen alten Gebäude mit viel Charakter – alte Dielen, Fachwerk und historische Details sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv war außerdem die Lage: Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés bequem ohne Auto erreichen kann. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und charmante Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Antwerpen.

Beautiful spacious and unique apartment, tastefully furnished with lovely kitchen and comfortable dining and sitting areas. Very atmospheric both in the morning and evening. Bonus of lovely partial views from the kichen of the cathedral and wheel lit up at night. Both Michiel and the cleaning staff were very responsive and helpful, we hope to return to this lovely property. As mentioned by others the stairs to the apartment are steep just make sure you bring an average case size and its manageable. Many thanks.

Fijne locatie en mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn weekend in Antwerpen.

My favorite areas are the lounge on the second floor and the kitchen. The light in the attic is particularly good, and the kitchen is quite spacious. It has a separate staircase design, which I really like. It's also very warm in winter.

Erg mooi en schoon appartement, ruim en heerlijk om te verblijven. Daarnaast midden in het oude centrum op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt! Goed bedden dus ook prima geslapen. Zal hier zo nog een keer boeken!

Als je lichte slaper bent dan hoor je gedurende de nacht wel eens feestende / dronken mensen door de straten lopen, maar als je in de slaapkamer achter slaapt heb je daar geen last van.

Appartamento restaurato in palazzo antico in una zona piacevole a pochi minuti dalla cattedrale. Stanze silenziose e living e cucina confortevoli. Ok Wi-Fi e Netflix.

Aumentare la dotazione di asciugamani!!! E mancano le tazzine per caffè espresso. Alcune luci (bagno e una camera) non funzionanti.

The apartment was great and really gorgeous. All rooms have air conditioning, are spacious, high ceiling, modern and clean. The key lock system is easy to understand and convenient. It’s very valuable and highly recommended!!

Only a note is there is no cutlery although there are plates and cups, that’s a bit strange

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr sauber, tolle Aufteilung und sie war richtig gut gelegen!

Es un piso en el centro histórico de Amberes. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la catedral y la plaza mayor pero en una calle tranquila, repleta de locales con encanto y servicios como supermercados. El piso está en un edificio histórico . Se ha restaurado hace poco (el piso) y alguna zona como el salón es realmente bonito y luminoso. Es un duplex, con dos habitaciones muy amplias y con las camas muy cómodas en la parte de abaji , además del baño, y salón cocina arriba.

El acceso es muy complicado. Es un tercero sin ascensor on una escalera empinada y estrecha. Dentro, ocurre lo mismo con la escalera hacia la parte de arriba Se puede llegar en coche pero el parking más cercano está a diez minutos Me pareció muy caro para lo que ofrece, aunque es cierto que fuimos en el fin de semana de Tomorrowland y quizás la demanda fuese alta El check out a las 10:00 es muy temprano La comunicación con la propiedad, solo vía chat de Booing, no te dan un teléfono (lo pedimos) por si ocurre alguna urgencia

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this beautiful duplex apartment in Antwerp’s historic city center. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to all major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants, bars and cafes. - Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. - Prompt and polite response from the owner when we had a question. Thanks for that! - The air conditioning in all rooms was a lifesaver during our visit. - The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, hob, pots and pans, and all necessary cutlery. - The large windows fill the space with natural light and there is so much space! - A hairdryer provided was convenient for us, 4 girls! We were very happy with our choice. Perfect for couples or small groups who don’t mind steep stairs and appreciate staying in Antwerp’s historic heart.

There are some practical aspects to be aware of: - The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building with no elevator, requiring you to climb narrow, steep stairs - this could be challenging for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Or it could be a good exercise 😁 - The layout has the kitchen and living room on the second level, so you need to walk up the steep stairs. - For bathroom facilities, there’s one toilet (without a sink) and one separate bathroom with shower and sink. This setup might be inconvenient for larger groups. - One of the bedrooms faces the street, which can get moderately busy in the evenings, so light sleepers should pack earplugs. Although the closed windows take a lot of noise out. The other bedroom was very quiet. - Only one towel per person was provided - having two would be more practical for longer stays. - The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine, so plan accordingly for extended visits. The apartment’s character, prime location, and excellent amenities far outweighed any minor inconveniences.

This is a lovely duplex flat with a wonderfully light airy open-plan sitting room moving into diner and then kitchen. The view from the front window of the top floor looks over the step gables on the historic buildings over the road. It is restful and evocative. From the window in the kitchen you can see the tower of the cathedral. That’s pretty wonderful and unexpected. But then the location is very central. It’s a great street with plenty of shops and eateries and only a short and pleasant walk from the cathedral and various museums. On the floor below you have two generously sized double bedrooms with plenty of hanging and storage space, especially in the front room. The bathroom and toilet are fine. The whole apartment is very light and airy. There is efficient aircon on top floor and in bedrooms. The flat is on the third floor at the top of three flights of steep and narrow stairs. But it is worth it.

Very light and airy apartment, tastefully decorated. Lots of hanging/cupboard space. Comfortable seating in the lounge area. Decent coffee machine.

There was only one pillow per person and the pillows were not very full.

- spacious rooms with high ceiling - wide open kitchen and living room - minimalistic design, however (almost) everything you need is there - check-in not complicated - host answers your request (if needed)

- the stairs up to the apartment is quite narrow, so not very comfortable, especially for elderly - if there were a washer/dryer it would be even better - maybe if the living room (or more the dining table) could be more lit

Nice house, detail in furnishing, clean and perfect for a quick get away. will def book again when in Antwerp

Maybe a little more coffe and a bottle of water in the fridge house can use some plants
