Beautiful villa, spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Quiet area not too far from other restaurants or gyms on a bike. Staff helped me with my needs, were very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay

Had a wonderful stay at Canggu Reserve Villa! The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Honestly- not much. Really friendly staff - that’s about it.

Villa was very different to the photos Villa looked REALLY old and a lot of mosquitoes around. Air conditioning was only for the room - so if you’re chilling in the living room… with no aircon…. You’re basically just waiting for the mosquitoes to feast on you. Whole house and furniture just looked really old and worn out… you couldn’t have even thought of that from the pictures. Great job at false advertising here. Pool was dirty - clearly hasn’t been cleaned or chlorined in awhile. We didn’t even bother to go in. Shower had no hot water - we had to complain before they fixed it. And after that, the shower pressure was pathetic… it was trickling down from the shower head. That’s how sad it was. We didn’t bother to complain anymore… it was 3 nights no point arguing cos we were out of the villa most of the day anyway. Overall v poor experience - won’t be coming back. This is purely our experience, maybe the other villas are superb but ours was just purely terrible and very underwhelming. Tbh I wanted to leave the moment I checked in and took my first cold shower…. But my wife convinced me to just give them a shot and ask them to fix it. Clearly wrong decision.

the house didn’t have a door only curtains, which meant we could only spend time in the bedroom at home because it had a door and aircon, it also meant lots of bugs were able to enter the house easily the rubbish ‘bins’ were small baskets with no bin liners so made it hard to keep our villa clean due to not having any rubbish space we asked for the wifi when we arrived but didn’t receive any for the duration of our stay staff were very hard to communicate with we also had a couple items of clothing in our room that have gone missing now that we have returned home not sure if they were taken or not the keys they provided were not working nor was the code for the safe we also paid a $50 bond on booking.com which the staff didn’t know about and couldn’t refund us for when we were checking out

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely untruthful booking promo and pictures. It’s old, dirty, terribly maintained, overrated, the promo exists to attract attention and no money can be returned once u come and see this anti-sanitary.

The images and descriptions you provide are falsified, creating a deceptive representation of the property. What you actually offer are rooms that resemble torture cells, not accommodations fit for guests. The state of your property is in clear violation of basic health and safety standards and poses a significant threat to guests. Specific Issues Observed: • Unhygienic Mattresses and Sofas: The mattresses and sofas in the rooms are in an appalling condition, covered in stains and emitting foul odors. The supposed “royal upgrade” room offered as an alternative was equally deplorable. I can provide photographic evidence to illustrate the substandard state of these furnishings. • Terrible Room Conditions: Both the initial room and the alternative provided were filled with dirt, grime, and signs of neglect. Cigarette butts scattered around and extensive damage to the furniture are unacceptable. • Health Hazards: There were clear signs of mold and fungus throughout the property, which are serious health risks. Such conditions are not only unsanitary but also dangerous to guests’ health. According to the legal standards set by the Indonesia Ministry of Health and Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), a hotel can be closed if it poses a health risk or fails to meet required hygiene standards. I requested that they provide the latest certifications and inspection reports that your property has presented to [Booking Platform]. These documents should accurately reflect your compliance with health and safety standards, which, based on my experience, appears to be grossly misrepresented. Not done. i also notified Booking Platform about the discrepancies between the advertised and actual conditions of this property to prevent future guests from being misled.

Breakfast, when ordered the day before, came hot and on time.

The villa complex is a bit dated. Was probably fantastic when first built. Now in need of updating given the prices being charged. The kitchen is NOT fully equipped with either full sets of glasses not cooking items...plan on eating out or having food delivered.

Very quiet place, strong WiFi supported even video calls, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

The doors were not sealed so we had a lot of animal visitors - geckos, snake, incests. The villa is a bit older, but still pretty comfortable.

Stayed a week with my friends here, from the moment we got to the villa, we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. They were so kind, and went above and beyond for us. The villa itself was lovely, it was clean and tidy. It was also my birthday, they printed a huge picture off of me, and sang me happy birthday in the evening, which was so incredibly special.

The bath outside caused the bathroom to have an odd smell to it - obvs the drainage!

Property was beautiful, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and pool. Breakfast was below average, one major thing to improve

The staff is very polite and has a good attitude. There are many types of breakfast and it is very delicious.

The air-conditioning in the room is not cool, the faucet in the bathtub is broken and I can't use the bathtub. The water from the bath faucet is very small, so I can't enjoy taking a bath. The design of the bed needs to be improved. Since the mattress is smaller than the bed board, almost every day when I pass by the bed, it will be scratched by the bed board. Hit at a right angle, very painful. The stairs to the second floor were very loud and felt like they would collapse at any moment. The swimming pool was very dirty. I could only see bottle caps and garbage in it, which made me afraid to go in and play.

The staff were incredibly helpful and caring. The Villa was beautiful and felt like home. I would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay! Ms. Danielle

The location is a little bit far out of the “buzz” - which I personally didn’t mind, as I like my quiet. It’s cheap and easy to get into the main area via scooter or GoJek - about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

The staff that worked there were the best! Very attentive and were a pleasure to talk to. Massages that were organized by reception were also great.

Only fault I had was the breakfast wasnt the best for the price, 120K RUP for every meal.

The villa wasn't clean apart from the beds. Thought I was booking a villa close to town but it was actually a 15 minute drive away from Canggu. Think the host updated the villa address on booking.com to show the true location. The property needs some TLC. Pool lights didn't work. Contaminated water dispenser

Staff were great, and were flexible with my payment as my card wasn't working for some reason. They let me pay by cash on day 2 of my stay. That was really helpful as I was feeling unwell the day I arrived.

Upstairs bathroom had a bad sewerage smell coming from the drain. Couldn't smell it from the bedroom with the door closed but it was terrible when you were in the bathroom.
