Narmer Pyramids View

Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para todo el equipo del hotel. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy cuidada y estuvieron pendientes de mí en todo momento. El staff es súper amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Durante mi estancia contraté varias excursiones a través del hotel y la experiencia fue fantástica. Siempre tuve un guía que hablaba español y un conductor que, sinceramente, fue un crack, porque el tráfico de El Cairo es otra liga 😂. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Mohamed, el conductor, que fue excelente conmigo. Cuando tuve un pequeño accidente con un quad y me hice daño en la muñeca, estuvo pendiente de ayudarme en todo momento. Incluso me acompañó a la farmacia para ayudarme y evitar que me cobraran de más por ser turista. Y, como hacía muchísimo calor, en una de las excursiones paró a comprarme un zumo de mango natural y me invitó. Son esos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. También quiero agradecer especialmente a Mohamed, de recepción, que me ayudó a organizar las excursiones y estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien. Incluso cuando no estaba de turno, después de enterarse de que me había caído, me escribió para saber cómo estaba. Ese tipo de preocupación y atención hacia los huéspedes dice muchísimo del equipo. Y por supuesto, Islam, mi guía, es un genio. Explica toda la historia de una manera increíble, con muchísimos conocimientos, pero sin hacerse pesado ni aburrido. Al contrario, consigue que quieras seguir escuchando y aprendiendo. Ha sido un placer descubrir Egipto con él. El hotel también me ha resultado muy cómodo: las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, todo está limpio y el desayuno es buenísimo. Además, cuando quería comer en el hotel podía pedir lo que necesitara sin ningún problema. Un día no llevaba efectivo para cambiar a moneda egipcia y pude pagar perfectamente con tarjeta, algo que agradecí muchísimo.

Staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibili e sorridenti, hanno dato supporto in tutto quanto richiesto 24h (navetta aereoporto, ristoranti), molto precisi in tutta la gestione della prenotazione e del soggiorno. La vista dalla camera e dall'area comune sul tetto è sensazionale, con tutte le piramidi e la Sfinge di fronte, è il grande valore aggiunto della struttura. Molto disponibili nel rifornirci continuamente di acqua in bottiglia e colazione da asporto quando avevamo visite presto al mattino. Prezzo super conveniente, camera ampia con 2 camere e bagno (ottima la doccia) Per i canoni occidentali c'è bisogno di un minimo di spirito di adattamento, non è un hotel ma una struttura con diverse camere (7-8). Si vive calati nella realtà locale, è bello ma non a tutti può piacere.

I dintorni sono il punto dolente, manca realmente la possibilità di avere uno spazio/strada con locali dove poter concludere la giornata, o meglio ce ne sono ma quanto di più lontano dall'essere rilassante e piacevole. Tutta l'area immediatamente vicina alle piramidi è piuttosto degradata (ma sicura), con ricoveri per animali utilizzati nelle visite alle piramidi. Giza non ha una struttura urbana propriamente intesa, non è necessariamente una cosa negativa, piuttosto una caratteristica e credo vada saputo prima di decidere se soggiornare in questa area o in altre più "rassicuranti".

Le meilleur emplacement pour profiter des pyramides, pas du tout loin, vraiment idéal. La vue sur les pyramides depuis la chambre est top. Vraiment très bien, je recommande vivement !

Emplacement proche des pyramides, accueil chaleureux, peu cher pour un sejour d’une ou deux nuits. La plus grande suite de l’hotel est magnifique et bien décorée, propre.

Odeur nauséabonde aux alentours de l’hôtel… la rue de l’entrée ne met pas en confiance et aucun taxi ne peut entrer puisqu’il y a une barrière au bout de la rue, à vous de marcher dans la terre avec vos valise À notre arrivée nous avons vu un cafard, pas surprenant en Egypte ou dans d’autres pays mais étant phobiques de ces bestioles cela signifie que n’importe quoi pouvait probablement rentrer dans l’hotel ! Les couloirs de l’hotel aux niveaux supérieurs sont ouverts ce qui signifie que l’odeur et les bêtes sont à proximité aussi. Tous les chevaux et chameaux servant à la visite des pyramides sont déposés au pied de l’hotel en fin de journée, ce n’est pas la faute des proprietaires mais c’est tres desagreable. Nous n’avons pas passé la nuit. C’est dommage car la meilleure suite est magnifique et tres propre avec une belle vue sur les pyramides

This is, without question, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at – and I will gladly give it top marks across the board. That said, it is neither the most modern nor the most luxurious property out there. But you have to keep things in perspective. We are talking about Egypt. Of course, you can find a more comfortable property in Cairo – and even in Giza, probably – but it would cost seven, ten, or even more times as much. This one, however, is right next to the pyramids. It has a wonderful rooftop terrace, and my room was cosy and perfectly comfortable. I personally had a balcony with a direct view of the pyramids. I would especially like to highlight the staff. I always seem to get lucky with pleasant hotel teams, but this time it was exceptional. In particular, there was a young man working the night shift during my stay, just before I left for Luxor. He made my evening truly memorable – we sat together on the rooftop until about three in the morning. He turned out to be deeply passionate about his country's history, and it was incredibly interesting to talk with him. I even have a short video clip on my Instagram – and also on WeChat – where he says: "I will never forget this day. It's an unusual day." Thank you to this hotel. Thank you to the staff. Thank you to everyone who lives in Giza. Egypt is a beautiful country. I recommend it to everyone."

We had the best experience at Narmers Pyramid View Hotel. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with an incredible view of the pyramids. Waking up to such a stunning view was amazing. The food was excellent, and the reception team helped us arrange dinners, which made everything very convenient. The staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This is definitely the best hotel in the area for pyramid views, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Giza.

Karşılama , ilgi ve alaka gayet güzeldi. Piramitleri gören özel balkonumuz ve piramit manzaralı teras vardı. Fiyat performans olarak yorumlayınca herhangi bir olumsuzluk yok. Sabahları iletişim sıkıntısı yaşadığımız oldu fakat çalışanların misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliği gözönüne alınınca önemsiz bir detay olarak kalıyor. Onu da hızlıca çözüp İngilizce bilen personeli 10 dakika içinde çağırıyorlar.

Otelin içi ve odalar gayet yeterli ve resimlerde gösterilen gibi, fakat dışı ve içinde bulunduğu civar çok farklı. Tabi güvenlik anlamında herhangi bir sıkıntısı yok. Civarda yaşayan insanların size bişeyler satmaya çalışması haricinde güvenlik ile ilgili bir sorun yaşamazsınız. Fakir bir halkın yaşadığı civar halkı insancıl ve size zarar vermezler. En tenha yerlerde eşim ve çocuklarla yürüyüş yaptık fakat hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. İnsanların yoksulluğu size zarar verecek algısı olabilir diye not olarak yazıyorum. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Although it's run by men - which scared me as I travelled with 3 girls, it was very safe and I recommend them! They're available to you 24 hours. We liked the view and the warmth of the staff. They've been amazingly nice and collaborative, helping us with any request. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was actually very good and rich. Very quiet at night (with windows closed). Big room with AC working, helped us to recover after the tours in the heat.

More than anything else we didn't like discovering that the place didn't match at all the one in the pictures! We eventually found by accident where those rooms, decorated with hieroglyphs and LED lights, are and also found out that the price would have been the same if not lower! Our facility was not in a good state, not recently reformed nor decorated. The hygiene in the room required us to ask for a more serious intervention. The sink's drain in the bathroom never actually worked. The building is right in front of a camels stabble...so you get in and out on a dirt road with the characteristic smell of animals. Compared to places and fares we paid afterwards, I'd say that the place is not worth that price. Whereas it could have been a good deal for at least half of it, for whoever wants or needs to save money. The false depiction and lack of all the above info, is a serious and bad matter. If it wasn't for the extraordinary people we met in Narmer View, people we liked and don't want to damage, we should really take actions. We won't. However Booking.com should have some system to verify the reality, especially now that so many artificial tools are available!

We recently stayed at Narmer on a 3 day trip to Giza. It is located in an excellent part of Giza with great views of the pyramids. All the staff were always willing to help, it was very clean, and well priced.

We had a few issues with our toilet breaking twice but it was promptly fixed and the staff took the issue seriously.

Tutto fantastico, lo staff (in particolare il dr. Sameh) gentilissimo e disponibile, le escursioni proposte (magiche e ottimamente organizzate), il prezzo, la camera e la vista dal terrazzo(da sola vale il viaggio) ed anche il cibo. Abbiamo trovato una seconda famiglia in Egitto, speriamo di tornare il prima possibile!

La sola nota positiva era la vista sulle piramidi e la gentilezza e disponibilità dell' autista Mahmoud e del fratello Mohamed

Zona sporchissima e maleodorante, data la promiscuità con numerosi animali. La pulizia della struttura è pessima, le camere non venivano riordinate, la colazione è assolutamente inadeguata. Il bagno è privo della porta box doccia. Che dire? Assolutamente da non consigliare!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was nice. The location is perfect, only a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance to the Sphinx, with restaurants and shops close by.

I punti forti di questa struttura sono senza dubbio l'accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto il personale e la fantastica vista su piramidi e sfinge dal rooftop. Colazione buonissima e abbondante, camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Molto apprezzato il bollitore con caffè e tè in stanza. Nessun odore sgradevole percepito in stanza come ho letto in alcune recensioni. Non capisco come si possa dare un recensione negativa a questa struttura. Sicuramente per un europeo la realtà di Giza può non piacere ma viaggiare significa anche apprezzare e comprendere la diversità.

L'hôtel est très situé avec une très belle vue sur les Pyramides de Gizeh et le Sphinx. Le personnel est aux petits soins et adorable. L'hôtel nous a conservé nos bagages après le check-out pendant toute l'après midi et nous a même mis à disposition une chambre pour nous rafraîchir avant de partir pour l'aéroport. Merci à tout le personnel pour nos deux jours passés au Narmers 🙏🏽

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La camera era esattamente come nelle foto, pulita e accogliente, e il terrazzino con vista sulle piramidi è davvero spettacolare. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dall’ingresso delle piramidi lato Sfinge. Devo dire che inizialmente era stato difficile trovare un hotel che sembrasse davvero affidabile tra quelli su Booking, perché molti sembravano nuovi o con foto/recensioni poco convincenti, ma questo si è rivelato la scelta perfetta. Tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, sia prima che durante il soggiorno: ci hanno aiutato a organizzare il transfer e anche escursioni su misura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la loro disponibilità per la cena, facendoci ordinare e portare direttamente in camera ciò che preferivamo. Colazione abbondante e sempre servita in terrazza, davvero bella. Super consigliato!

Alles war schlimm, Lage sehr schlecht, kein Komfort, dreckig, personal furchtbar, null Manangement, Frühstück das schlimmste was man sich vorstellen kann. Noch nie war ich in einem so schechten Hotel gewesen, Kairo nur 5 Sterne Hotel möglich, alles andere ist Betrug! Badezimmer roch mitten in der Nacht nach Knoblauch bzw. irgendetwas giftiges, wir haben um 23 Uhr nachts das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen. Es war grausam!

La atención tan bonita de todos los que laburan allí, qué bellos seres, cumplimiento en cada uno de los horarios, reservé también con ellos un tour por el viejo Cairo y espectacular Tito el guía que nos llevó, la ubicación es privilegiada para despertar viendo las pirámides. Totalmente recomendable.

Après une petite inquiétude à l'arrivée (dédale de ruelles) une fois dans l'hôtel un accueil chaleureux, une équipe sympathique. Une belle chambre avec un balcon donnant directement sur le spectacle du sphinx et des Pyramides. Une salle de bain correcte, et un calme appréciable, loin de la circulation....Des bistrots sympas en quelques minutes à pied, et un roof top bien agréable face au site archéologique. Un rapport qualité prix très correct.

Un petit déjeuner continental qui pourrait être amélioré. Un éclairage type liseuses à côté des lits serait un plus.

The rooftop terrace provided nice views of the pyramids. The hotel is located away from the main roads, and so there is not much traffic noise.

The hotel is located directly opposite where horses and camels are kept, so the street is littered with their waste products, which of course stinks. The breakfast was awful. It included two pieces of sandwich bread and some funny looking "ham" or "salami". A traditional Egyptian breakfast, as we have had at other hotels, would have been much better. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace, which is exposed to the weather - on our last day it was very windy and dusty owing to the sand storm that was blowing.

Tutto l'esperienza di soggiorno. Camera non pronta all'arrivo. Pulizia pessima. Qualità del cibo con tempi di attesa lunghissimi. cibo d'asporto.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile! La colazione buona, mancava la diversità e prodotti locali. La posizione ottima per visitare le Piramidi e a pochi passi dai ristoranti ( molto buoni ) proprio davanti alla Sfinge. Il Terrazzo con una vista bellissima ma potrebbe essere curato un po meglio (mi riferisco solo al pavimento). La pulizia é buona. Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno e tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel. Intorno la vita dei locali, quindi non é un posto di lusso ma di immersione nell'atmosfera davanti alla piana di Giza. Grazie a tutto lo staff di Narmer !

La pavimentazione del terrazzo e la colazione, la farei più carata nei prodotti. Forse anche le lenzuola del letto.

Ottima posizione per visitare l’area di Giza e il GEM. Dalla terrazza si gode di un ottima vista sulle piramidi. Organizzato con loro transfer dall’aeroporto e crociera sul Nilo con cena. Dotato di ascensore. La colazione inizia un po’ tardi verso le 8.00. Sono disponibili comunque a preparare dei box con la colazione. Camere spaziose.

Colazione migliorabile, andrebbe aggiunta della frutta o del succo. Struttura migliorabile negli spazi comuni, magari con un po’ più di pulizia. Materasso sfondato. Comunque nonostante tutto buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Altro piccolo neo, a fianco è presente una stalla e dalla stanza al primo piano l’odore è abbastanza forte.

lo staff veramente eccezionale lo dico veramente non è una recensione fasulla. Mi ha organizzato una escursione a saqqara e dashur con autista e guida privata veramente ottima e a un costo veramente onesto. La struttura è pulita e in buone condizioni non è un cinque stelle però ve la consiglio.

La pulizia generale lascia un po a desiderare, colazione praticamente inesistente (un vassoio con una fetta di pan carré un miele una marmellata ed un succo, due fette di prosciutto poco commestibile e formaggio)

През целия престои от 6 нощувки никой не дойде да почисти стаята, да зареди с вода, да смени чершафите или тоалетните принадлежности. Имайте предвид, че отвън има камили и мирише на обор. Въздуха в този район е много лош тъй като се гори боклука и пластмасата. Не препоръчвам да се отсяда в Гиза.

La struttura non era un hotel ma una guest house non ho apprezzato che non fosse specificato su booking. La struttura non era pulita , abbiamo trovato dei capelli nei letti e in due stanze diverse poiché eravamo in gruppo. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente sono andati a cambiare le lenzuola solo in una delle due camere, il giorno dopo ho dovuto risollecitare, cosa che non ho apprezzato per niente. Ho dovuto dormire vestita e con una mia maglietta pulita sulla federa del cuscino. Il wc perdeva acqua e quando lo ho fatto presente mi hanno risposto che avrebbero asciugato loro. Per la zona in egitto il prezzo che ho pagato era più alto, pensando di avere una struttura diversa. La colazione arrivava dopo tempo nella terrazza di sopra , composta per lo più diversi piatti con pellicola intorno, pane in cassetta non scaldato, colazione per 6 spesso arrivava per 4 . Forse per l'Egitto è anche "normale" ma per chi pensa di prenotare un hotel pulito e si ritova in guest house con capelli di altri nel letto no.

Location and the view to the pyramids of Giza are great.

Rooms have very old stuff, some things were broken or in bad condition, like AC, poor shower flow, and old fully pellets bed sheets.

Le personnel est vraiment super gentil : on communique facilement, on est très bien accueillis, il y a le grand-père, le père et le fils. On n'avait plus d'eau, on en a demandé, ils nous en ont donné très gentiment. La propreté est impeccable et j'ai vu des femmes oeuvrer au ménage, c'est fait à fond ! Les chambres sont en fait de petits appartements avec un coin cuisine (pas tellement d'ustensiles de cuisine mais j'imagine que si on en a besoin, il faut demander). Nous avons eu exactement les chambres que nous avions réservées, pas de mauvaise surprise. Elles sont grandes et agréables : la suite familiale avec balcon et vue sur pyramides comprend une pièce principale avec un grand lit double et une petite chambre avec un autre lit ; la chambre avec lits jumeaux, balcon et vue sur pyramides est très bien aussi. Question nourriture : il n'y a pas de restaurant mais il y a un rooftop vraiment très agréable, calme et avec une vue très dégagée, notamment sur le sphinx et les pyramides, avec des tables et des chaises. On peut y prendre ses repas. Question emplacement, c'est dans une ruelle (non accessible aux voitures) à 100 mètres de la rue principale dans laquelle il y a l'entrée du plateau de Gizeh côté Sphinx donc super bien placé. On est tout près d'une grande place où sont les chevaux et les chameaux utilisés pour les balades autour des pyramides ; l'odeur peut incommoder certaines personnes, mais nous, ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangés. Et puis on ne sent qu'à l'extérieur, pas dans les chambres. C'est très calme : des chambres, la nuit, on n'entend pas de bruit.

Rien. C'est un super endroit où séjourner à Gizeh. Ah si... il faudrait des coussins moins rigides, moins épais. Comme dans la plupart des hôtels...

Siamo dovuti scappare dalla sporcizia che c era intorno all hotel, abbiamo pagato 7 notti e dopo la prima notte siamo scappati per paura di qualche malattia. Colazione da intossicazione alimentare... Una stanza senza finestre da claustofobia, sembrava di essere in un rifugio di guerra non una stanza d'albergo. Viaggiamo tanto ma una situazione del genere non l abbiamo mai trovata. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso non abbiamo avuto nulla.

スタッフが皆感じがいい。明るくて素敵なホテル。屋上から見えるピラミッドは完璧。食事の注文をするときちんとお釣りをくれて、値段も誠実。

シャワーを使うとトイレの方まで床が濡れて嫌だった。暖房の効きが悪くて、寒かった。

The staff were very helpful and always available, offering many tour suggestions at fair prices. They even helped us plan our excursions in Aswan. Amazing rooftop view of the pyramids. Good room, comfortable beds, hot water, and air conditioning.

El alojamiento esta perfecto por su ubicacion, desde la terraza de la habitacion ves las piramides y desde el roof top ves absolutamente todo perfecto, piramides y esfinge. El personal es un 10, sobre todo Ayman.

The hotel is located near a donkey and horse park (or is it a riding school?) and a landfill, so there's a constant, strong smell of waste. It's simply disgusting. If you're expecting a view of the pyramids from your room, you won't get one. Read the description carefully; this hotel doesn't have rooms with a view, only from the rooftop terrace. Room cleaning is extremely poor. Breakfast is only good on the first day; on other days, it's neither filling nor tasty.

Staff giovanissimo e gentilissimo, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, per esempio noi siamo arrivati la sera tardi e non abbiamo cenato, quindi ci hanno proposto una cena da asporto con locali convenzionati da loro e ce l'hanno portata direttamente in camera, davvero disponibili. Reception aperta h24. La terrazza dove si fa colazione è molto bella! :)

Forse la qualità della colazione da migliorare, comunque portano una grossa quantità di cibo sia dolce sia salato, quindi è sufficiente!

Beautiful experience! The staff very nice and helpful, always there when we needed something and suggested us many things to do. The view from the rooftop was amazing and the room was very nice. I recommend this hotel!

The neighborhood was a little bit sketchy but the hotel was nice!

El hotel es hermoso. Pero, por sobre todas las cosas, la amabilidad de los empleados. En todo momento me enviaron la información necesaria, se comunicaron siempre rápidamente ante cualquier pregunta, gestionaron el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto y pidieron la comida que les pedimos. El barrio no es lo más lindo del mundo, pero está muy cerca de las pirámides, por lo que facilita todo. Pese a no ser lindo barrio, caminamos de noche en dos oportunidades y no parece inseguro.
