La struttura è ben curata, di sera è meravigliosa, bella , ottimo resort per coppie che cercano il relax assicurato,, staff sempre presente mai invadente

Il cibo ….. non perché la quantità o la qualità era scarsa, ma perché era una presentazione monotona , non c’era varietà , monotono e per certi aspetti esageratamente speziato.

Le calme, la beauté des lieux. La taille de la chambre!

La plage est très belle mais peu profonde, c’est dommage pour le snorkelling. Les repas sont répétitifs même si la qualité est au rendez vous. Le sol de la chambre n’était pas lavé ce qui est dommage car un résidu de sable etait en permanence.

Ho soggiornato nella camera 2311, con accesso diretto alla piscina semi‑privata: se scegliete questa tipologia, vi consiglio di richiedere proprio questa stanza (se disponibile). È laterale, molto spaziosa e permette di raggiungere comodamente il bar passando dal bordo piscina. Una soluzione ideale per godersi il fresco senza dover restare tutto il giorno in spiaggia. L’escursione a Marsa Mubarak, prenotata con Eliy (70 €), è stata indimenticabile: delfini, tartarughe e persino il dugongo. Alla reception potete chiedere direttamente di lui. Per gli amanti dei cocktail, suggerisco il bar fronte mare con le tende bianche sul soffitto: qui li preparano davvero bene. A circa 15 minuti di camminata, sempre verso sinistra guardando il mare, si trova anche Marsa Nakari – Red Sea Diving Safari: una piccola baita dove è possibile accedere alla barriera corallina in modo eccellente e comodo. L’ingresso costa 11 €, ma li vale tutti. Potete portare l’asciugamano e fermarvi dopo la visita: sono disponibili docce e un bar (a pagamento).

Sul fronte della ristorazione ci sarebbe margine di miglioramento: la scelta è limitata e molti piatti vengono riproposti identici nei vari giorni. Anche il check‑in non è stato gestito nel migliore dei modi: alcune informazioni fondamentali per il soggiorno non ci sono state spiegate e abbiamo dovuto scoprirle da soli. Per chi alloggia nella zona Adults Only, è bene sapere che tutto è incluso, ma con una regola importante: vengono consegnati 4 voucher per accedere ai 4 ristoranti a la carte del resort (oltre al Main Restaurant). I voucher coprono 4 cene; se si desidera tornare negli stessi ristoranti, le serate aggiuntive sono a pagamento. Durante queste cene vengono proposti anche menu extra a pagamento, ma non ne vale la pena: i menu inclusi sono già molto ricchi. Questo punto dovrebbe essere spiegato chiaramente al check‑in, quindi consiglio di chiedere informazioni subito. Un’attenzione maggiore andrebbe dedicata anche ai cocktail: in alcuni bar vengono preparati in modo troppo sbrigativo (succo versato dalla bottiglia e vodka aggiunta alla fine), un livello non in linea con la qualità del resort. Alcuni baristi sono più attenti, altri decisamente meno. Barriera corallina Raggiungere la barriera corallina di fronte al resort è possibile, ma impegnativo: bisogna camminare un po’ e si può accedere solo la mattina, perché nel pomeriggio la bassa marea espone i coralli e si rischia di danneggiarli. Con vento forte diventa impossibile visitarla. La parte precedente alla barriera, però, offre comunque una bella vista sott’acqua. Un episodio spiacevole riguarda un membro dello staff del Diving (circa 45 anni), con cui abbiamo avuto una conversazione poco piacevole in spiaggia. Capisco la necessità di proporre le attività, come ha fatto in modo impeccabile Eliy — a cui ci siamo affidati con grande soddisfazione — ma non è accettabile che si sfoci in discorsi personali, insistenti e non pertinenti, senza menzionare in alcun modo i servizi del resort

Struttura molto ben tenuta, con un’area più riservata e silenziosa (camere con accesso diretto alla piscina) e una zona piu adatta a famiglie e bambini.

Consigliamo un po più chiarezza sul pacchetto all inclusive. Il documento riassuntivo che abbiamo ricevuto in reception non era esaustivo e abbiamo “scoperto” diverse cose durante il soggiorno che avremmo gradito sapere con più facilità e chiarezza.

Bhe da dove partire?? Da Mohamed Lamborghini al servizio auto?? Da Any al servizio tavoli al buffet?? Da Mohamed al servizio pulizie camera con i suoi disegni?? Sarebbe difficile...al True Beach ti senti come a casa e lasci un pezzo di ❤️ Se desideri fare snorkeling non offre tantissimo, in mare non vi è pontile quindi mare basso e ingresso diretto (consiglio scarpe da scoglio)...ma volendo a 10 minuti di passeggiata via spiaggia vi è Marsa Nakari piccola baia con spiaggia dalla quale partono gommoni diving 👍🏻👍🏻 Il Resort è semplicemente fantastico, elegante, curatissimo diviso in due aree...Resort per famiglie e Village per Adulti, area questa costruita da 2 anni...nuovissima con camere ingresso diretto in piscina e junior suite con jacuzzi (era la mia camera...uno spettacolo), piscina appunto solo adulti con servizio drink&food ad ombrellone. Ristoranti a tema, cucina di ottimo standard e animazione sufficiente e mai troppo invadente!!! Se cercate un posto a Marsa Alam di lusso e nel quale rilassarvi siete nel posto giusto ❤️

A volte torni in camera e vorresti subito immergerti in jacuzzi ma per azionarla putroppo bisogna chiamare ogni volta la reception e attendere che arrivi il manutentore (che l'aziona aprendo alcune valvole sottostanti) lo trovo molto scomodo e poco giusto considerando il prezzo della camera. Il frigo bar è segnalato che viene rifornito giornalmente ma durante il mio soggiorno non è avvenuto mai nonostante le mie richieste al personale...solo acqua, male.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con lo stupendo mare di Marsa Alam a due passi. La consiglio vivamente

Le camere e la struttura in generale (piscine,bar) molto belle e curate. Una menzione particolare a Khaled che si è occupato della pulizia della stanza e a Hussien del ristorante El Manzil.

Il cibo era un po’ ripetitivo e alcune persone dello staff non sono sempre state cortesi (in particolare Ahmed del bar della piscina, molto maleducato e scortese)

Struttura recente e arredamento moderno. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. La spiaggia tranquilla e mare splendido Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene. Ciò che ha reso la vacanza ancora più tranquilla e piacevole è stato Magdy, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha aiutato in molte occasioni. Brava persona, sempre sorridente e accogliente.

The room is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is amazing, so much variety. Staff are friendly and make sure nothing is needed. The hotel aesthetic is very simple yet beautiful

The sea is quite shallow, which is normal for the Red Sea. Underwater shoes may be needed as there are some rocks and corals that need to be navigated.

È la terza volta che torniamo in questa struttura ed è sempre un piacere, il personale accogliente e gentile, gli spazi ben curati, attenzione maniacale si particolari, la cura del verde merita un applauso, per non parlare della qualità del cibo, ottima la pasta e speciali le pizze! Un ringraziamento speciale al sig.Abdallah Nassar della reception, per come ha gestito le ns richieste per risolvere un piccolo problema con il volo che avevamo prenotato

Resort bellissimo ,camere magnifiche con pulizia e igiene molto accurata oltre la media.

Ristorazione pessima, colazione ,pranzo e cena completamente da rivedere per il servizio. Alla mattina ci siamo ritrovati spesso con la macchina x caffè e cappuccio in assenza o di latte ( in polvere) pranzo buona la postazione pasta il resto molto discutibile, la sera la situazione peggiorava con il personale poco attento spesso si entrava si richiedeva il bere e arrivavano a fine cena ancora in attesa del bere, mentre chi da subito elargivan qualche moneta veniva servito subito. Spesso anche il manager utilizzava lo stesso approccio. Il ristorante con orario di apertura alle 19:00-21:30 noi siamo arrivati alle 20:45 molte postazione erano vuote e non sono state ripristinate , banco dolci era vuoto ed è rimasto vuoto. Un ringraziamento allo staff della spiaggia con lettini sempre ordinati zona spiaggia sempre pulita molto attenti all'ospite, compreso staff bar beach. Animazione nella ns settima completamente assente.

Struttura veramente eccellente. Ho pensato molto se prenotare qui o da altre parti ma appena ho visto la posizione e la qualità del design ho fatto subito la prenotazione. Spiaggia bellissima adatta per chi ama fare snorkleing,personale cordiale,stanze pulite,buffet buono,piscina sempre impeccabile!

La struttura è molto bella, è un complesso con tanto verde, spazia aperti, molte piscine, molte camere hanno la piscina privata e una bella spiaggia. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio massaggi dove abbiamo trovato cordialità e professionalità, bravi Karim e Maria. È un posto di vero relax. È diviso in due, un'area per soli adulti e una per famiglie con bambini.

Il mangiare è il solito egiziano anche se servono una infinità di portate generalmente non è di mio gradimento. Il personale nel ristorante a volte sembra non tanto cordiale.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, der Küchen- Chef war einer der besten den ich in meinem leben kennenlernen durfte, diesen würde ich sofort für mein Hotel Abwerben :-). Der junge Mann welcher mein Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat auch die volle Punktezahl bekommen, das Zimmer war immer einwandfrei Sauber, er hat sogar die Klimaanlage ausgelassen, normalerweise kommt man immer in einen Kühlschrank zurück.

Die Mitarbeiter am Eingangstor waren sehr unfreundlich, wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, dies hat sich dann bis zur Rezeption weitergezogen. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, es waren zwei Kategorien, da leider bei Bookin.com nichts anderes mehr zum Buchen war. Wir haben dann angerufen und die selbe Zimmerkategorie Angefragt, welche wir dann auch ohne weiteres Upgraden konnten. Wir haben auch gesagt, wir wünschen die Zimmer nebeneinander, so das wir die selbe Terrasse benützen können. Als wir Angekommen sind, war die Begrüssung nicht so freundlich, mein Partner ist Ägypter, dieser wurde nicht sehr warm empfangen. Sie haben uns dann auch unsere zwei Zimmer welche wir ja schon gebucht hatten gegeben, meins war bezugsbereit, das andere nicht, obwohl es ja schon 21.00 Uhr Abends war. Die Zimmer waren dann in zwei verschiedenen Häuser Aufgeteilt, wo mein Verständnis dann nicht so gross war, wir kennen die Regeln in Ägypten, wenn wir sie brechen wollten, hätten wir nicht zwei Zimmer gebucht. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und lässt keine Wünsche offen

Posto molto bello e tranquillo ideale per chi ama rilassarsi,ottime camere spaziose e ben organizzate. Spiaggia lettini ed ombrelloni posizionati molto bene, punto mare molto bello. Ristorante buono,piscina perfetta con una riscaldata.

Da migliorare il personale ai bar, spesso apparentemente scortese .Metterei qualche dispenser per le bevande sia ai bar che al ristorante dove i Camerieri sono piuttosto frettolosi e disattenti nel complesso cercherei di migliorare l'attenzione verso il cliente. Il bar della piscina chiude troppo presto.

La plage, les repas et le personnel dans les différents restaurants (gold)

Il n’y a pas de zone non fumeur, la majorité de la clientèle est fumeur, nous avons été enfumé durant tous nos repas. Nous avions un loft et n’avons pas pu profiter de notre terrasse, notre voisin a fumé le cigare jour et nuit. Le personnel qui sert les boissons au buffet n’est pas particulièrement avenante.

Wonderful resort. Everything was perfect, and all the services were excellent. The property is new and beautifully designed with great taste. I spent one week here with my girlfriend in total relaxation. The sea is stunning; the only thing to keep in mind is that water shoes are needed to enter the sea because the entrance is a bit difficult. Once you get past the first part, the water is absolutely amazing. The rooms are truly incredible. The staff was always polite and kind. A dream vacation

The only negative aspect was that the breakfast always consisted of the same food. It was very abundant, but I would have appreciated it if they had changed some items daily so there could be a bit more variety.

Migliorerei il buffet. C'è varietà ma non c'è ad esempio cibo tipico egiziano, ho mangiato molto meglio in ristoranti locali (a basso costo) che dentro il resort.

Da una struttura che professa 5 stelle mi aspetto un servizio almeno da 4+ La reception é abbastanza inutile, non gestiscono direttamente i transfer da/per aeroporto (ti dicono di contattare direttamente te l’autista) Ad ogni richiesta di extra (es. Late Checkout) ti dicono sempre di farlo la sera prima.. che ci vuole segnarselo? Il diving center non si capisce se é dell’hotel o no.. pagamenti separati, nomi diversi etc. un pochino di chiarezza in più Orari non chiari per diving center ed accesso ai teli (ci servivano due teli la mattina per una escursione e non erano in grado di darceli la sera prima) Nota dolente: il cibo davvero mediocre, poco assortimento e varietà durante la serata e quasi assenza di cibo internazionale (ad eccezione di pasta e pizza..) Preciso che si aspettano una cliente per lo più tedesca, magari a loro piace. Bo. Poca chiarezza nei prezzi, si ha la costante sensazione di essere scammati.. dentro un resort 5 stelle speravo, pur con prezzi maggiori, di evitarlo.

Direkt am Strand gelegen, kann man im hüfttiefen Wasser beim Schnorcheln herrliche Fische beobachten; unmittelbar nördlich schließt sich eine Bucht an, die (kostenpflichtigen) Zugang zu Riffen erlaubt, welche im Schnorcheln etwas Praxis voraussetzen. Nach dem - vorsichtigen - Überqueren der Landstrasse kann man herrlich in die Wüste hinaus wandern/joggen.

Struttura pulita ben organizzata e non troppo grande. 4 ristoranti a tema + quello centrale . La camera voto 10 : 1 spettacolo !!. Camera 2521 , fronte mare , VERAMENTE FRONTE MARE !!.potevo vedere l’alba dal letto . Fuori dalla camera sul balcone jacuzzi sempre fronte mare !!. 1 CAPOLAVORO !. Ci tornerei solo per la camera !!. Die Preise innerhalb des Hotels sind unverschämt. Wäsche machen, ein paar T-Shirts, Socken und Unterhosen 40€ war quer durch Ägypten gereist max was ich bezahlt habe waren 7€, der Shop im Hotel verlangt auch unverschämte Preise, das 4-5 fache was man außerhalb der Anlage bezahlt

Il buffet é ricco e curato, datato ad ogni abitudine mattutina. Il personale é sempre gentile e disponibile. L'atmosfera é sempre rilassata e calma. Un grazie di cuore al diving center; sono bravissimi, professionali, gentili e molto disponibili. Ho preso il mio OWD ed é stai meraviglioso, meno caro degli altri diving e veramente di livello. Uscita in mare e dalle spiagge vicine perché non c'é il pontile, ma tutte veramente ben organizzate e al di sopra delle aspettative. Grazie mille a tutta la squadra del True infinity Diving Center

Tutto é andato molto bene. Spunto di miglioramento: le camere hanno bisogno di piccoli interventi di ristrutturazione per essere veramente impeccabili. Manca un pontile per poter arrivare facilmente al reef.

Mir hat einfach alles gefallen! Die Grösse des Resorts fand ich super, die Anlage selbst war einmalig. Das Personal war so supernett, dass sie mir wie eine Familie ans Herz gewachsen sind. Das Essen war extrem köstlich! Vor allem Ahmed und Hussein im Main Restaurant waren so aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und supernett! Für mich war einfach alles perfekt!

Es gibt nichts, was mir am Hotel nicht gefallen hat. Der Strand war zwar sehr sehr schön mit türkisblauem Meer, aber am Beginn des Strandes ist es ziemlich steinig. Ohne Wasserschuhe kann man da nicht rein. Man kann mehrere hundert Meter weit rauslaufen, was einerseits gut ist, andererseits eignet es sich nicht gut zum schwimmen.

El personal muy amable y atento, salvo los camareros de la piscina que eran bastante antipáticos. El hotel es precioso y la comida está buenísima, hay muchísima variedad ya solo en el restaurante principal y las noches temáticas te permiten probar mucha comida. La playa que está al lado es una maravilla!

Los precios de las excursiones están elevados pero es comprensible por el sitio en el que estás

The property itself is stunning—the architecture is beautifully done, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to stroll around and take it all in. There’s a relaxing charm to just walking the grounds, especially in the evening. The restaurants also look great and create a really calming, pleasant atmosphere at night, even if the food and service had their limitations. The beach is another highlight: the color of the water is absolutely mind-blowing—crystal clear and incredibly inviting. It’s hard not to relax when you’re lying by that water.

We were disappointed with our experience due to how rigid and inflexible the rules were. Even small, reasonable requests—like bottled water or the ability to enjoy a cocktail in certain restaurants at night —were denied without any willingness to accommodate. It often felt like the staff had no room to exercise judgment or empathy, and unfortunately, that sometimes came across in their attitude. A few interactions were surprisingly unfriendly, and in some cases, even bordered on rude. There seems to be a deeper issue rooted in the way the place is managed—almost a fear-based culture where staff seem afraid to bend any rule, no matter how minor, which ends up creating a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. It’s a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience left us feeling more restricted than relaxed.

Our stay at True Beach Resort was wonderful. The people were the nicest and the rooms and restaurants were spacious and clean. Highly recommended 🥰

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and we enjoyed the swim-up pool and the beautiful beach. The staff is friendly. The on-site diving center is amazing, with fun dives and snorkeling trips led by competent personnel. There are plenty of dining options.

We encountered some inconsistencies with the information provided by the staff (e.g., we asked about booking a cruise one month before and were told to book after check-in; however, upon arrival, we were told it was not the case, as it is all fully booked).

The staff were amazing. Always helpful. There were no other resorts to close so it was really nice. Except for the thumping music playing all day. There was a diving centre at the resort and we did go diving. I liked that there was a verity of food and drinks. It was always clean and friendly.

The diving centre never told us that they don’t dive from the resort. To do boat diving you need to travel about an hour either direction. Shore diving can be as close as 20min by taxi. The one site we dived at was disgusting! Rubbish all over the beach and in the water… when I made the booking I had an option to book a sea view or pool view room. The sea view room is in front of the pool. So you look down onto the pool with the sea far away in the background. Then the dj had his speaker facing our part and he played techno music all day so when we were in our room we had to close ourselves inside. I like music but the age group was around 60’s so more appropriate music would have been nice.

The resort is pretty looking and stylish. Sea has a perfect picture color but it is always windy. Pool is not heated. Food is acceptable for 5 star in the main restaurant. Seafood restaurant food and management (Mahmoud) are stellar which is a la carte. Staff is friendly but not always effective.

We booked airport transfer through hotel and was promised a Van type car which we were paid for but it arrived small car instead with limited space for legs and comfort in general. When we pointed that in the hotel they sent us to talk to hotel guide and he was incredibly rude to the extent that he said: “You don’t teach me my job”, never apologized and ping pong us back to the reception. Situation was never sorted by neither sides which is unacceptable for 5 star hotel. We arrived in the room which was smelling like someone smoked there, not sure if it was cleaning staff or guests before who smoked. It is missing little details and staff training which can be things to improve. Fridge was liking water and was fixed after 2 complaints. Telephone in the room wasn’t working and was never fixed even though was flagged. We had early check out and asked to pick up our luggage in the morning, but was forgotten. Little details which is not making stay experience in a true 5 star resort.

The massage was not very good, and quite expensive.

We extended our trip by 3 nights so of course we were enjoying it! The resort and their staff are great, we would recommend it. Shoutout to Omar the comedian, he's the man!

Very nice resort about 1hr south of Marsa Alam airport. Buffet restaurant was pretty solid, there were a couple nights where I was tired of the food, but overall, it was good. Two separate large pools, one more lively with kids, the other relaxed and adults only. Rooms super spacious and comfortable. The lagoon out front is gorgeous and ideal for snorkeling and kitesurfing (when there is wind). There is a good kite club and dive shop at the resort next door where you can coordinate everything.

Very rocky along the shore to the lagoon so need to take care when entering/exiting. There are on-site themed restaurants that you pay for, but it feels like it's just the same food from the buffet presented in a different way. Volleyball court needs more sand, you can feel the concrete and rocks below which isn't great for playing.

Very modern rooms and facilities. The staff are highlighted friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s WIFI is sometime not very stable, particularly in the evening (probably due to high usage). The hotel’s gym facility is a bit small and the equipment is a little bit old.
