Be prepared for something that's not cereal and toast. A very Eygptian breakfast. You will not leave hungry at all. Restaurant staff very attentive. The view to the Pyramids of Giza is fantastic. Traffic is everywhere so doesn't expect it to be quiet.
It has views from the rooms and the dining area with unobstructed views of the Pyramids. The staff were always willing to do anything for us, from advice on where to go and what to do, to offering services straight from the hotel. It is located only around 3km south from the Pyramids of giza wich gives it a nice location to also visit Saqgara. You also don't get as much noise at night as you would do within either Cairo or further towards Giza.
From the moment we arrived, everything at Pyramids Sunrise Inn exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the Pyramids — watching the sunrise from our balcony was a magical experience. The food was another highlight: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every single day. Whether it was breakfast on the rooftop or a quiet dinner, every meal felt special. What sets this place apart is the personal touch and genuine care shown by the team. From seamless check-in to local recommendations, they made our stay stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic experience near the Pyramids. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent service
I recently stayed at a hotel just steps away from the Giza Pyramids, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to a full view of the Great Pyramids from my room was surreal—like something out of a dream. Whether enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace or relaxing in the evening with a cup of tea, the view never got old. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, blending comfort with authentic local charm. The food was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a taste of Egypt’s rich culinary tradition. If you’re visiting Cairo and want to be close to the Pyramids while enjoying top-tier service, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giza. This place made my trip truly unforgettable!
We were a large group occupying 17 rooms at the Pyramids Sunrise Inn Hotel, and every single one of us was beyond impressed! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect – the hospitality, the cleanliness, the comfort, and most of all, the breathtaking view of the pyramids, especially during sunrise. 🌄 The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The food was delicious – fresh, flavorful, and with something for everyone to enjoy. Waking up to that majestic view was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our whole group had a fantastic time, and we already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a hotel that combines great service, stunning views, and genuine Egyptian hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Pyramids Sunrise Inn for making our stay so memorable
We stayed at the Pyramids Sunrise Inn Hotel as a group with 17 rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the view of the pyramids is absolutely stunning – especially at sunrise! From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and very well kept. We also enjoyed the delicious food, which was fresh and beautifully prepared each day. The whole group felt at home, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. It’s not easy to manage such a big group, but the team handled it perfectly. We all had a fantastic stay! If you’re coming to Cairo and want an unforgettable view with top-quality service, this is the place to be. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel!
The hotel is a big bang for the budget. The view from out suite was amazing. Pyramids in clear view and up close! We were upgraded from standard room to a suite...spacious with a great breakfast. The area around the hotel was not conducive to strolls as there are no defined foot paths. Everything can be completely overlooked by the most friendly and effective staff. They arranged for the tours to the pyramids, museums, histotic mosques, traditional market place, modern mall cairo tower. We stayed for a week, and every day, the staff arranged for activities,.. dinner cuise, private felucca sail.. Asmaa took us to amazing bbq restaurant and seafood restaurant ..amazing ambience and food...and wow so so inexpensive. They took us to modern malls with local luxury brands. Leathers, cotton at a fraction of cost in the tourist malls. Shuttles were arranged from and to the airport. Every staff membersmade it a great holiday. My special thanks to Anes ( the efficient and loving magician who fixes every thing.) and Asmaa with infectious Joie de Vivre.
We were so excited to stay here based on the reviews and pictures, however upon arrival things switched very quickly! They did pick us up from the airport for free but we did tip the driver. The hotel is in the middle of an area that is under construction, garbage is all over the street and a lot of dirt. It is not pedestrian friendly and it’s not close to anything walkable. Once you are in there you need a car to go anywhere. Check in was smooth, however the hotel is being remodeled and you can tell. The room was nice but wires were visible in the bathroom, sheets did not seem very clean, we were bit by mosquitos multiple times the entire time, there were also flies. Breakfast was great and the ladies were very friendly. The offer tours but are extremely over priced! We were under the impression they offered free airport transfer based on what it says here but we were charged $25 dollars to be taken back! Uber would have been $4 dollars. I think they have potential but needs work and as a tourist what keeps us coming is feeling cared for not taken advantage of because we are on vacation.
It was what I was exactly expecting in Giza. The personal was very kind and helpful the hotel was very clean and nice.
Good for the price. The stuff are great
The staff treat you like family! We will be back!
Great location and newly renovated property very near to the Pyramids of Giza. Upon arrival, I had a slight problem with my room and this was fixed immediately by the Manager and my room was switched.
The staff was very nice but property needs major work and upgrades the internet was terrible the elevator was unsafe it broke down 2 days into our stay everything there was very limited!!! A big problem with mosquitoes we were getting bites the whole time we were there l would never stay there again or recommend anyone l know to stay there the pictures on the internet will fool you it looks nothing like that in person but pne good thing was the restaurant was pretty good cleaning could also be better especially the bathroom
the property management was not acceptable and they nickle and dime, they charge for everything and the price of everything is very high and not reasonable. the property was not very clean and the house cleaning is not very good.
construction going on at night, towels and sheets dingy, i left a early
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, offering an amazing view of the pyramids, especially during sunset, it was absolutely breathtaking. The food on the rooftop was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I also loved the free breakfast each morning; it was both tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Everything was excellent
Grear hospitality. Great staff. Thank you.
Transport with taxi is not easy as the Uber is hard to get. Located far from Cairo downtown, great view of the pyramids from rooftop. Breakfast was good every time. Staff need more hospitality training and they need more English speaking staff on site. Room was upgraded as my std room was n/a on the day I checked in so was a plus. Room was not cleaned on 2 occasions. Thought that was a given. Otherwise not bad if u want a pyramids view.
The surrounding area does not provide dining or shopping options. It is very industrial and dirty. Great hotel and staff.
The place is very good. The staffs are especially friendly and helpful. The front desk greeted us warmly every time I passed and the staff, Nabli, transferred us to an ATM when we wanted to withdraw some cash. We are really grateful for that. The room is large and clean (I booked in a double-room for I travelled with my family). The location is fine. Only a few minutes from the Pyramids but not in the busy area.
The property and staff were great. Sara and Nabil on the front desk were amazing. Extremely helpful, always assisting us with whatever we needed. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of location. Despite the exceptional view of the pyramids the only drawback was that there wasn’t anything nearby to enjoy in the evenings in the local area. We had to use taxis a lot to get into town which ended up being quite expensive.
The hotel really excellent. Hotel very clean the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious if any questions or problems will be resolved immedietly. I recommend this hotel
I really enjoyed the stay it was so much fun The best part was the rooftop and the staff, the food was delicious and nabil was more than amazing he so helpful and polite. The location is near to the pyramids and also enjoyed the view from the rooftop specially at night with the movie night that you have. Highly recommended and very good value for money. I wish I could stay more.
This is my second time with pyramids sunrise inn and they are really feel like family Everything was amazing better than the last time. So you can tell there is improvement The staff was super nice especially Emad the manager Location is convenient so you’re close to anywhere you want go
I booked hotel for solo weekend getaway based on positive reviews and VIP status. Hotel met the basic essentials- clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable. But not much else. I purposely conducted visits convenient for Giza due to location. Hotel is still under renovation and currently (Feb 2024) has only 1 floor of rooms (which is 8 rooms?) Comfortable sleep but not the type of hotel to hang out otherwise. Most of the staff is great. I did have one problem with one guy from front desk who was not helpful to get a taxi for me when I had difficulty getting an Uber (and treated me like an idiot although I spoke basic Arabic). The rooftop view is amazing. The Egyptian breakfast is generous but requires an acquired taste. Was ok for the weekend but would not stay again. (Have visited multiple times to Cairo region.)
Staff was incredible and attentive, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and a good variety. Amir was very helpful in giving tips for what to do and how to get around. Rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the pyramids.
