El servicio es malo. Pedí algo de cena y a la joven se le olvidó y se fue sin hacerlo, me quedé sin cenar. Para el desayuno nos sirvieron un desayuno que otro huésped dejó y se veía viejo.

Manque d'équipements dans les chambres (étendoir à linge, mobilier sur le balcon, lumière dans le petit hall, sèche cheveux). Donc rien de dramatique...

cuando llegue, nadie me recibio, tuve que cargar solo mi equipaje La habitacion no estaba lista a las 3.15 pm Las toallas me las entregaron media hora despues de estar en la habitacion Le echaron un perfumador de ambiente a la habitacion, que era insoportable A las 11 p.m. nos dimos cuetas que el sanitario no bombeaba, horrible. SOLICITO REEMBOLSO DEL 50% DE LO PAGADO. FUE UNA ESTAFA

Short staffed, breakfast and lunch took forever. Limited hot water and on ocassion, no water at all. I woke up at 6 am. to an empty un staffed hotel, even the security guard was nowhere to be found. Power went out at night and they couldnt even start the back up generator. All an All, the location is excellent but the place is very poorly run and understaffed. The road to get in gets worst and worst. This is my second time staying there and wont be staying there again. The Hotel is a gem because of its location but very poorly ran, the limited staff they have are very nice but very poor management. Ohh, and the pool water wasnt maintained either, water was green with algae. I would rate this hotel as it is right now, a very low 2, maybe 1 1/2.

Wo sind die 5 Sterne? Es fehlt eine Tür zum Badezimmer, kein Fön,, keine Minibar, keine Pooltücher! Die ,Zimmerreinigung erfolgte am ersten Tag um 19 Uhr, am zweiten Tag fand sie überhaupt nicht statt! Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber völlig überfordert!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Nice friendly staff, beautiful views, but the hotel needs a fridge in the rooms, more security personnel, more lights at the beginning of the entrance towards the hotel . Doors in the bathroom so people can have some privacy and the pool needs markings so people know how deep or shallow it is. Other than that, it was a good place!!

Reviewed Feb 25, 2025The staff was very friendly, they really care about their guests. The rooms are comfortable, and in comparison to the local hotels, this hotel is amazing, good value for the money, and very safe, the pool area is very clean and even if there are people with loud music on the public side next to the property, you can hardly hear it (we came to rest not to party). The interior designer did an amazing job. The beach ( I had an ocean-view room) is at a safe distance, but close enough that you can hear the waves. The staff welcomes you with coconut water, making the stay magical. Even though it rained the 3 nights we stayed, the beach was very clean. The property's gardens, and surroundings are clean and in good condition.
The hot water took a long time to come out of the shower; if you are someone patient, this won't be a big deal; however, in my case, I do lack patience. Another thing is, there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. However, if you ask, the staff is more than happy to assist. One last thing is that the road that takes you to the hotel has multiple potholes, so if you are renting a vehicle, make sure it is ready for this, as this part is no fault of the hotel but of the local government.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated RIGHT at the beach, which makes this such a unique experience. The room are tastefully decorated with a minimalistic design, and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor areas are great for enjoying a drink or eating, and the beach is quiet and relaxing. And last, but not least, the staff at the hotel are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, everyone from the receptionists, the cleaners and the security guard. I am looking forward to my next stay!!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2024Loved the location of the premises. You step out in your right in the beach the staff is wonderful and the food is really unbelievable. The chef and the assistance is amazing. You can eat right by the beach and enjoy the most delicious Dominican food. It’s still in the works, meaning that it’s not fully constructed yet But no matter what it’s still worth it. This comes from a big-time beach lover.
