Hay que comprar el desayuno El café también hay que pagarlo Nunca hay agua caliente Las cama ya están de cambiar No hay nevera en las acotaciones sólo en suite pero veo la diferencia si están igual las acotaciones

Excelente ubicación. Buena relacion precio/calidad.

Experiencia decepcionante. En el check-in no me dieron información básica (horarios de la piscina, del desayuno, servicios, etc.). Al momento de la salida me cobraron un extra por una toalla manchada con tinte de cabello, sin ninguna explicación previa. Esperaba más claridad y una mejor atención al cliente. Esperienza deludente. Alla partenza mi hanno fatto pagare un extra per un asciugamano macchiato dal colore dei capelli, senza alcuna spiegazione preventiva. Un poco la ubicación

Desde el inicio el personal tosco y poco amable hasta agresivo verbalmente, indican que no les conviene que uno lo haga por medio de la aplicación, sus precios en el comedor son sin impuestos y al.hacer el pago le incrementan el 28%, y no le proporcionan ni comprobante ni factura, la piscina esta sucia.

Me faire peur et me disant que ma carte bleu ne fonctionne pas alors que c'était une mauvaise manipulation a l'acceuil.

Everything that i noticed was really well, and in my opinion nothing really went wrong, as the property was rather good. 3 star obviously, but did not detract from the overall experience.

La propieda necesita mucho areglos la comida muy cara

The experience was not safe.Take too long to open the gate and you're a sitting duck the full quality was horrible and the menu was slim make a reservation online with 2 Queen size Beds up to 4 people. Then I was told i had 2 bedroom with standard beds for 2 people i had shown the receipt and the reception and owner insisted the computer showed I had pay less, ontop of that, we just when back and forth and sat in the lobby for an extra 3 hours. In the end i ended up paying 95 dollars extra a night in total 570$.

Only at the restaurant there was an haitien lady who made great food Her name is Paulina she has great skills and great customers service 👏 👍 😀

They stole money from my wallet while I was gone, $1,400 was taken from my wallet and management takes no responsibility for anything and instead said they trust their employees. Everyone agrees to steal from guests who are not from the area.

Close the airport and family’s house & the pool.

The water in the sink was not purified , it had an awkward smell. I was forced to use bottled water to brush my teeth.

The shower need attention

Property was very clean but the staff was horrible receptionist tryed to charge me for bringing a case of water in to the Property even though no water or fridge was provided and the ac didnt work

Staff organization is terrible ask for check out 3 times and a manager ask for money after I paid for bring pizza from outside and eat at facility with a visit and not make people welcome parking inside you need tell 3 times walk to front desk after you ask to open the gate owners very nice people but need change some front desk staff ,kitchen and maids very good service

It's a peaceful place

I didn't like anything in this property. My family and i couldn't sleep because of the smells in the bathroom. The person in the receptionist was so stupid, he charged me double price for the room. He was so unprofessional, he needs to go to school to learn how to treat people. I will not come back to this nasty place. Do not waisted your money or your time on this place.

the focus of the staff to try to take every single penny off your pocket, the room was super small with beds that are very old, they were on wheels so the bed moves with you, super uncomfortable

The staff were very accommodating and professional. They did their best to make me feel like I was home. The hotel is not a new hotel but it felt like that when the staff added their accomodating skills. I would definitely recommend it

Room was outdated. Bed wasn't clean.

I went there the first night and I canceled my stay because I just found out that my father passed away and I needed to stay close to family. I told this to the registration and canceled my 6 nights stays but the property manager refused to give me a refund for the rest of the 5 nights.

Service and management are amazing …. Excellent food , clean rooms

The pictures of the property and the rating does not reflect the reality of the hotel. Rooms had old furtniture and beds, was not at all what was shown in the Expedia profile. I did not stay there and ran away within 5 minutes of been there because I felt decieved by the pictures

It would be good if the shawer can be separate from the bathroom toilet. The staffis very kind!!!
