The website description of the room that I booked does not match any rooms at this hotel. The website description says that the Executive Room has a separate bedroom and living room, while no such rooms setting is offered at this hotel. All the rooms are studio rooms.

Una joven llamada Paula que se acercó de forma incómoda a impedir que los que tenemos acceso a la piscina nos presentemos al área de restaurante, como si hubiera letreros para que podamos identificar la información. No hay letreros que digan hacia dónde dirigirse si restaurante, piscina o habitaciones es por mera deducción. Por más de dos horas no hubo servicio a la piscina y no se podía pasar al restaurante como nunca llegaron tuve que ir a la habitación y luego me llaman para pedirme la cuenta del restaurante como si la falta de asistir a dar el servicio en la piscina fuera mío. Los baños de la piscina los usan los empleados.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025I stayed in this property before and the service and everything was excellent but this time around it was poor. Nobody went to clean my room until I asked for service. No clean towels, I had to asked for it when I arrived to the hotel. I went to shower on one of the mornings and there was no water at all. I had to used water bottles for me and my toddler. My experience was very poor staying at the hotel this time around and I was there for 6 days and 5 nights.

I showed them my passport, my wife and they did not let me check in because I did not have an ID for my five year old knowing that when you have a kid, you don’t have no ID at all for them they treated me bad And they didn’t have no consideration that I was with a baby and I want a full refund back I felt so disrespectful because I had to sleep in my car because I was not able to get a room that night. Had to wait till the next day to to be able to get something.

At the back of the hotel, smelly sewage flows directly along the hotel wall. We had the room at the back of the hotel and it stank horribly in our room.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025I loved the hospitality of the staff and each one of them in the hotel-restaurant. I spoke very little Spanish and yet everyone greeted me with a warm smile to my, "Hola!" Even the fact that human connections don't really need languages but a genuine heart, sometimes, could be exemplified throughout my stay in the hotel and in the Dominican Republic. Thank you to all!

The front desk agents, the manager, the chef, the waitress were all so nice and went out of their way to make sure I'd get to my next destination properly and that I was safe. The room was really nice, new and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was really good. I loved the mangú. And they give you 2 complimentary water bottles, which I thought was a really nice touch. If you're a light sleeper, the hotel is located right by the highway so it might not be the best option because it's noisy at night. Also, the fact that the security guard had a shotgun at night made me feel unsafe because it gave me the impression that the area wasn't safe. So a suggestion would be not to great guests with the shotgun in hand maybe. That being said, just because all the staff was SO nice, I'd book there again. Thank you so much everyone :)

Reviewed Oct 5, 2024very nice and EXCELLENT PLACE, staff very friendly, amicable, very concerned about everything feel like family I was astonished seeing the hotel general manager went toward to me every day while I was getting breakfast to ask me how was my sleeping, how I feel in general very concern about your staying there they show you they really care about you. and on my last day, she bid me farewell inviting me back and for sure I recommended this hotel had better condition than the resorts very convenient to go to Punta Cana, Bayahibe, La Romana, and Santo Domingo very convenience. mi gente less recomiendo a ojos cerrados este Hotel es un lugar encantador muy limpio con mejores condciones queue los mismos resorts todo incluido, el personal muy familiar te tratan como familiar te llaman por tu nombre muy atentos en todo la gerente general fue cada dia mientras yo tenia mi desayuno a preguntarme como habia sido mi noche,como estaba como estaba la estancia hasta el moment una experiences inolvidable

And they had a good restaurant on the ground floor so we could get some hot food and a cold drink. A great way to settle down after a good flight
It was only a bit tricky to find the location since the address is a highway marker. But if you look for the name of the hotel instead then there is no issue

They have a breakfast option and they have a beautiful restaurant/bar downstairs. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Dinner options were excellent. Evenings were busy in the restaurant but it did not disrupt any of my peace upstairs! Excellent!

Hicimos nuestra reserva por Expedia y pagamos, sin embargo al llegar al hotel nos dicen que ellos no aceptan pagos por Expedia, que hay que pagar en el hotel. Nos comunicamos con Expedia y Expedia llamó al hotel, pero no hubo forma de que entraran en razón. A las 9 de la noche andábamos sin rumbo, sin un lugar para quedarnos, lejos de casa y una noche que se tornaba peligrosa. Tuve que manejar dos horas a Santo Domingo para comseguir donde quedarme y mal pasar la noche.
